Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows with blessing will also reap with blessing. Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make every grace abound to you, so that in everything at every time having every sufficiency, you may have an abundance for every good deed[.]

One of my favorite OT events:

Now the Philistines took the ark of God and brought it from Ebenezer to Ashdod. Then the Philistines took the ark of God and brought it to the house of Dagon and set it by Dagon. Then the Ashdodites arose early the next morning, and behold, Dagon had fallen on his face to the ground before the ark of Yahweh. So they took Dagon and set him in his place again. But they arose early the next morning, and behold, Dagon had fallen on his face to the ground before the ark of Yahweh. And the head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands were cut off on the threshold; only the trunk of Dagon was left to him.

I recently read the Brian Godowa historical fiction books based off Revelation, and it was eye opening. Half of each of the 4 books is the storyline, half are all the insanely extensive references he used to base the histocal fiction on. Eye opening and life changing (and he's really good about specifying when he takes complete artistic license on certain scenes, or adjusts dates for the storyline, etc). Interesting, Robin, at the 2:22 spot in the speech, he says no man can know the true name of God. That is a very interesting statement and absolutely true. But then he goes right ahead and says that God‘s name is ‘I am’, in spite of just saying that no man knows God’s name. In fact, I don’t think any man can say that God has actually got a name. If he does, you gotta kinda wonder, Who named him?

I will try to listen to the rest of his more than an hour long speech, but I’ve already got the idea that it’s just gonna be more of the same

The trinity in the OT as seen in Isaiah 48:12-17

Isaiah 48:12 - Listen to me, O Jacob, even Israel whom I called; I am He, I am the first, I am also the last. Surely my hand founded the earth, and my right hand spread out the heavens;

Okay, reader, who is speaking in this passage??? It is fairly clear the speaker is God…Creator…first, last, founder of earth!!!

Now keep reading and scoot to Isaiah 48:16-17

48:16 -Come near to Me, listen to this: From the first I have not spoken in secret, from the time it took place, I was there, and now the LORD GOD has sent ME and HIS SPIRIT!!!!

48:17 -Thus, says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go.

So, now, reader…we have in a few short verses that the LORD GOD, sent the Creator GOD, and HIS Spirit. Hello, trinity!!!! We also have that the Creator God speaking originally is also the LORD, your REDEEMER and the HOLY ONE of Israel, who teaches us.

I love God’s word. This passage gives me goosebumps every time I read it and see how active Jesus was in creation and as our Savior and as the Word!!!

M Bagwell's avatar

Are you saying the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are not one?

Expand full comment
Jeremiah Davidson's avatar

I am saying that God is not three persons. Just because men have taught that God is three people, does not make it true. Jesus never taught that God was three persons, and that should be a decisive rebuke of the doctrine of the Trinity God!

The Bible says that the Holy Spirit is Jesus‘s father, so obviously the Holy Spirit is God, the father, and Jesus said that he and the father are one. No mention of a third person, a very telling omission. So the father and son are one, and Jesus said that we could be one with them. He said that he was in the father and the father was in him and that they would dwell within us. Again, no mention of a third person. So that would mean that we are one with God and with Jesus, right?

The history of the formation of the Trinity doctrine is easily available online. It is no secret that the teaching was developed (formed) over decades by men, leaders of the church. It is an eye-opening study for anybody who is willing to look at it. It shows how they formed the Trinity God, and it shows what they did to those people who refused to accept their doctrine.

Like Joan posted above; “In the book of Daniel, Nebuchadnezzar built a tall statue of himself and forced all people to bow before it or be executed.”

The doctrine of the trinity god was formed by men who killed those that would not accept it, a practice that was carried out for centuries, even by men like John Calvin, who is credited with killing over 50 people that disagreed with the doctrine

…. many people today still believe the teachings of men that were murderers. Go figure!

The simplest way to define FALSE GODS is to say that they are any that are NOT named Yashuah or Yahveh. That, even includes "Jesus" which is, actually a demon (false god) that is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. It is a demonic spirit that sometimes inhabits Christians when they go forward to invite "Jesus" in to be their Lord and Savior. I knew a 7 year old that this happened to. Anwar Al Awlaki (sp?) was the press spokesperson for Al Qaeda. Think an Islamist Jen Psaki. He was tried in absentia in an American court and convicted of abetting terrorism. He was an American citizen, by the way. He had been married to an American woman, non Muslim I believe, and they had a son. The son lived in Colorado with his Mom. Dad lived in Yemen I think.

Obama ordered a hit on Al Awlaki and killed him by Drone. Everyone played ‘Hail to the Chief’. What a hero!

But the son had been visiting him. The son didn’t die when his father did. But the next day Obama droned the same house and killed the son. No explanation given. They declared a successful hit on the father and then did it again! Which made no sense.

Al Awlaki was a bad dude. But he hadn’t been convicted of a death sentence crime. This was a hit on a wanted American citizen. And his son.

Expand full comment
Richard Whitney's avatar

Al Awlaki's father, also an American citizen, sued to stop Obama from killing his son. The court refused to stop the hit, claiming ''balance of powers'' as their excuse.

I have read the Constitution multiple times, and nowhere does it say that the president has the power to execute people without trial. The court abdicated their duty, same as the ones who refused to hear the election cases.

And the teenaged son was executed at an outdoor cafe, along with his cousin and a bunch of other customers who just happened to be eating there at the same time.

On average, despite being only 2% of the population, muslim men are responsible for 77% of the rapes in Europe.

The Egyptian (muslim) researcher found that at least 80% of the 50 million Muslims in Europe are living on social welfare benefits granted by their host countries.

The social welfare systems of some EU countries are therefore acting like a magnet, encouraging what is commonly known as ‘welfare tourism’, whereby individuals who have never contributed through their work to the welfare system of a Member State are making the absolute most of its benefits while the citizens of that country are being continually penalized due to the cuts made necessary by the insufficiency of available resources.

The obvious (and correct) word choice - for a media entity with any interest in being non-partisan is 'unproven.' ( I might go with, 'as yet' or 'unadjudicated', but I'm not claimning to be the media).

Yet they can't even manage that.

Yep, they continue to use that phrase "false claims".

Shame on President Trump!

The President participated in a ceremony of a foreign / demonic religion in the White House, bringing in four Indian CEOs were at the Diwali celebration. All four companies engage in rampant country of origin and citizenship status discrimination (Micron, Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and IBM).

Trump owes the Tech Bros big for campaign bucks so he supports their displacement of Americans with illegal hiring of fake-resume Indians.

And none of these 3rd worlders are expected to assimilate into our culture, instead they bring their gutter religion and practices.

The RINO idiot who runs Texas also pushes this diwali crap. He allowed a massive hispanic invasion of his border and promoted so many tech-Indian workers (H1B) to flood DFW that large parts of it now resemble India.

I respectfully disagree. Do you not have any friends or acquaintances outside white, Repub Christian people? I do and they are all wonderful and deserve to worship as their traditions and ancestors taught them. Just bc they do not know/believe in Jesus as Savior right now, does not mean they will not be led to Him at some point or even when He returns. How can we condemn all these people when not all of them bring their gutter practices with them? Many are law abiding and do assimilate like my friends. They love America and yet also love their home where their families had and have roots for generations. 2 of my friends have asked to attend Christmas Eve services with me so they can better understand what that celebrates. Is that not a beginning? I applaud President Trump. Good for him.

India is a total shit hole, just like every one of the 50+ black countries.

Bringing in more of them doesn't elevate the West.

They are being used to replace us. Whites are less than 6% of the world population.

You have made an important point, Lori. We can choose to look at this as God bringing the mission field to us so they can hear the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a country where their conversion will NOT mean automatic persecution and/or death. Do we not want them to know Jesus?

Exactly. And quite frankly, what God has destined to happen will happen so I don't do gloom and doom. The world that He made us is just too beautiful and I enjoy each one. Nature is beyond breathtaking. God will take care of it all and I will still continue to love and have friends of different ethnic backgrounds. I guess this is easier to do since I lived in many different countries and remember how I was greeted and treated with welcome kindness. I was fortunate. Thank you Robin.

In other words, going after someone who has illegally harmed you (or the public) is…retribution?

Ya’ gotta love these people!

Expand full comment
Juju's avatar

Retribution definition: basically “punishment”. But for what? “Punishment inflicted on someone for a CRIMINAL act”

They are now trying to redefine the meaning of “retribution” by ignoring that a criminal act must come first. Even if it’s done in vengeance, that doesn’t make it wrong. There is such a thing as righteous vengeance. Retribution done without a criminal act occurring first (such as when a group takes retribution on someone simply speaking truth) is the negative connotation. Let’s hope more people use their critical thinking skills to discern which kind this is.

Aside from being fixated on whether or not Trump really got the jabs, I’m also fixated on whether RFK boxes his ears if he did.

On another note, I grew up in DeKalb County, GA and now live in N. GA. A dear friend is a higher up, politically speaking. She was a poll worker for a decade and a half, and the stories she can tell you from election night would absolutely bust Stacey Abrams’ SPANX. Stacey Abrams is implicated as well, but MSM will never write a word. Stacey makes Fani look like a saint!

Someone should really look into what she's done with those dollars.
