I suspect the celebrity goof troops will be summoned and rallied against the non-doctor, Kennedy postehaste. Prepare for an onslaught of media yahoos professing their love for all things "wallet fattening"....I mean, "medicinally beneficial"...with typical sneering platitudinal arrogance.

I don’t much care for television, celebrity or Hollywood in general. Being continually steeped in a world that builds its reputation by play acting, lies and fakery...is bound to leave some residual staining on my better judgment and common sense. True, its attempts to brainwash and propagandize are of ill-effect to someone whose eyes have been opened, but why chance it? It's mostly rubbish anyway. Didn't Kimmel wish us all dead? Pithy, but not very uplifting, and an altogether haphazard way to attempt to get me to stay up past 11 pm.

As a side note, no one should have to resort to religious, ideological or any other kind of reasoning to opt out of shots of any kind. A "thanks, but no thanks," should suffice. It's a purely personal decision. What does it matter to those who chose to get jacked up?....Do the damn things work or not?...or do they only work if everyone takes them too? I don’t recall anyone losing their freaking mind because I didn't get a flu shot 7 years ago. Science takes a holiday.

"As a side note, no one should have to resort to religious, ideological or any other kind of reasoning to opt out of shots of any kind."

100%

ESPECIALLY when those shots are fraudulent & inherently dangerous.

Every single doctor or medical "professional" should have been able to recognize the true nature of the COVID modified mRNA-LNP gene "therapy" transfection injections (they are not vaccines) and the inherent danger of the mRNA transfection platform.

Instead, most medical "professionals" parroted the official narrative as the COVID mRNA transfection injections were fraudulently mis-categorized as "vaccines"...they knew most people would automatically believe the "safe & effective vaccine" propaganda, especially when the COVID shots were recommended by their doctors.

ALL vaccines are dangerous...But the Biggest Lie of the "COVID vaccine" propaganda is that the mRNA COVID shots are vaccines.

The mRNA transfection platform itself is irreparably flawed & inherently dangerous and the platform itself IS the primary problem.

Even if there was no E.coli DNA plasmid "contamination" with no carcinogenic SV-40 promotor sequence, even if they had not deceptively injected shots into the public that were made by Process 2, even if the spike protein was not pathogenic...these mRNA transfection injections would have still injured and killed people.

The mechanism of action (using mRNA instructions to turn one’s own cells into foreign non-self “spike protein factories”) IS the primary mechanism of harm.

These mRNA transfection injections trigger an immune system attack response, starting with the Killer T-Lymphocyte cells which will target and destroy one's formerly healthy cells, ANYWHERE in the body, that are now expressing non-self proteins...starting a cascade of damage at the deepest biological/cellular level.

Pathology reports, including from autopsies, have revealed & confirmed the Killer T Lymphocyte infiltration & destruction of cells, oftentimes in vital organs.

Self vs Non-self...This is basic foundational Immunology 101...

EVERY SINGLE DOCTOR or medical "professional should have been able to recognize the immunological danger of the mRNA transfection platform.

I filed my religious exemption to the mandated Jab at my large corp.

They were going to fire any of the non-compliant, with a date set for about 90 days ahead. H.R. did not send the approval until the last day (Friday) late in the afternoon. I would have been fired by Monday without the approval. They made us all sweat it out for those months. Horrible. It was a wonderful company that ruined it all with their medical tyranny.

I worked from home 100%. Hired in 2020 specifically to wfh, guaranteed to never have to go in to the office. I was on my spouse’s insurance. My employer rolled out the mandate and I said no. I was zero risk to my coworkers and I wasn’t even on the company’s insurance.

They tried to make me fill out a religious exemption and I had it all written out when I realized “this is none of their damn business!!” My workplace has no right to know my religious beliefs! (And I did have valid scriptural and faith concerns, so it wasn’t that)

So I told my boss I would not be complying. It made no sense to mandate me - a 100% wfh employee not on the company’s insurance. The following Monday they sent out a memo that if you WFH and were not on the company’s insurance, you were exempt from the mandate.

I don’t pretend it was me alone, I’m sure there were others fighting too. But talk about ridiculous!!

I would have gone the same route of simply refusing with no religious exemption. My employer is a small 100 person software company under the Federal Contractor mandate. But the owner took a wait and see approach to let the lawsuits wend their way through the system. Had the final mandate come down I was planning to immediately start the process of forming a union at my company. Then enjoy the show while one arm of the government tried to fire me for being unvaxxed while another tried to protect me as a union organizer!

Yes, evil. I’m grateful that many were able to use a religious exemption to refuse an unwanted medical intervention, but it’s important that everyone realizes that the normalization of such alternatives-by-permission to tyranny tend to subversively reinforce the evil ethical premise(s) that animate mandates while, at the same time, quash the ethical premises behind Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. It’s akin to conditioning the population to accept the morality of slavery provided that the government grants, through petition and by permission, access to a modern-day Underground Railroad. Life, liberty, and the POH presumes that morality is an objective reality; that man must be free to discover what is in his best interest; that man must be free to reap the blessings of his choices, or suffer the consequences thereof. To corral men towards a religious definition of what values he should pursue, for better or for worse, is to corral him towards the values of the authors of that religion or the political leaders that profess to be entrusted with managing its philosophical orthodoxy. Indeed, the whole notion of the state, or private employers acting at the behest of the state, offering “religious exemptions” is utterly preposterous. Who gets to decide which religious convictions are sincere? Is that a skill in which people receive formal instruction? If so, does the government endorse that training with the imprimatur of a license? Are those without religious convictions second class citizens without access to an Underground Railroad? Frankly, the whole framework of religious exemptions, including those that extend beyond medical mandates, that are gradually, brick by brick, being enshrined into American jurisprudence (e.g Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission) are a tragic demonstration of the philosophical rot that has become the legacy of betrayal of today’s intellectuals as they wander farther and farther into the desert and away from the natural law that was so eloquently stated in our Declaration of Independence.

Indeed, well stated. There's also a profound irony when medicine, one of the most secular of institutions, is placed in a position to allow for such a counterbalance - an escape hatch really, if only by omission of its active opposition. Although it was not they who handled the administrative enforcement, more vocal protestations on their part would have made exemptions more difficult to attain for many, but it would have also backfired. But how could this scientific and purportedly rational behemoth go about arguing its incongruity with an exemption the basis of which it knows (and acknowledges) nothing? To do so would mean an exposure of that game, not only would bodily autonomy be publicized but so would god-given rights. We can't have that being discussed and believed! Even worse should the obvious conclusion that belief is not a prerequisite for these concepts to be true. No, religious exemptions were meant to placate some of the more vocal resisters of coercion who were as a group numerically significant bc of their shared identity. The rest didn't matter bc there was no unifying concept that tied them all together and could therefore be ignored without raising any general awareness.

I did the same thing at my former company, which was a medical nonprofit. Eventually I received a religious exemption, but only after they put me through the Spanish Inquisition. I still recall the chill that went down my spine as the CEO (who was still fairly new at the time), made an announcement on the quarterly call (over Zoom, of course) that even if you had already had Covid, you would be required to take the injection. “Some people are saying they are immune because they’ve already had the virus. But you still need to take the shot because it will give you SUPERIMMUNITY.” My jaw hit the floor. This coming from the head of an FDA-regulated medical company! What utter nonsense! And the look in his eyes was blatant—he was lying and he knew he was lying.

Of course, I realized he was only concerned about losing the Federal grant money, which was literally the only thing keeping them afloat, since donations had dried up. Later, after I had left the company, I looked them up on the USAID/DataRepublican site. They were taking almost $15 million in USAID money “for mRNA research” and that CEO took a $1.5 million salary in 2024. For a nonprofit!

Didn't ANY of these executives have any "mind power" to carefully review what this bioweapon jab DID to people--long term? No "critical thinking" skills prevailed--and I'm thinking corporations were getting some kind of 'sneaky back door appropriations' from huge pharma shills to require employees take their pernicious 'vaccine' in order to retain their employment.

There are an appalling number of physicians who still want to get the latest jab or get it for their kids. They must have trained in the past fifteen years when medical guidelines became the norm and must have only ever heard that vaccines are safe and effective. Any physician who dared to question out loud the spike protein non vaccine “vaccine” eloquently described in an above comment was doxxed and attempted to get fired. They questioned nothing because the Science said it was safe and effective, and saw no harm , because you can’t see what your mind is telling you doesn’t exist. I saw one child with difficulty swallowing post jab, and her mother was so relieved that I listened and believed them. I was limited in what I could do in an urgent care, but referred the, on to a specialist, whom I hope took them seriously. So if physicians still think these jabs are safe and effective, I’m not surprised that company heads were willing to go along, especially with threatened fines for not getting their people jabbed.

Well, I stood my ground, wrote my "clarification" and like so many here had to wait until the last minute of the last hour to get a resolution. My saving grace was my answered prayer to God. Yesterday I posted a request to get to the bottom of graphene oxide adulterated lidocaine and other local anesthetic “canines” … no interest whatsoever from the gallery… so y’all are ok going to the dentist being injected with GO…. 😱

Suspected presence of graphene-oxide in dental anesthetic found in Gibraltar - Gibraltar Messenger

1 – Understanding interactions between graphene and local anesthetic molecules applied in dentistry – Towards the prolonged effects of local anesthesia – Recent findings have shown that the controlled release of anesthetic molecules via adsorption by nanomaterials is a promising approach to prolonging the effects of local anesthesia. In this work, we have addressed the interactions between graphene and the best-known dental anesthetic molecules: novocaine, lidocaine, and articaine, intending to contribute to developing drug-carrier agents suitable for pain management.

2 – Lidocaine-loaded reduced graphene oxide hydrogel for prolongation of effects of local anesthesia: In vitro and in vivo analyses – In this study, a lidocaine-loaded Pluronic® F68-reduced graphene oxide hydrogel was developed to achieve sustained release of lidocaine.

3 – Printed graphene-based electrochemical sensor with integrated paper microfluidics for rapid lidocaine detection in blood – This work presents a novel approach for rapid lidocaine detection in real human biofluids using an integrated printed electrochemical sensor with paper-based microfluidics. The electrochemical sensor was fabricated based on simple printed graphene and a rapid non-destructive NIR curing technique.

Do you actually think all this research is being done for just grins or for real-world applications?

When I said I’d never even consider that, the dismissal was visceral. I went home and taped a 2400 gauss magnet on my cheek (neg side toward the tooth) and no pain no bleeding. My granddaughter is unjabbed at 5yo and you couldn't find a healthier, smarter, more energetic, more imaginative child anywhere. And this isn't just grandma talking. Everyone sees it. She goes to a Waldorf school where they grow and cook food, take care of animals, make things with their hands, and are outside most of the day. The school never asks about "vaccine" status. And despite all this, my daughter has to lie to people or many wouldn't allow their children to be around her. Please tell me how this makes ANY sense! If you believe that the shots you're giving your child is protecting them from some disease, how is an "unvaccinated" child a threat????

I'm SHOCKED BEYOND BELIEF. SCOTUS refused to grant review of Hogan v. Lincoln Medical Partners (Dkt 24-1242), where the Maine Supreme Court held that the PREP Act protects a nurse injecting a person with a drug against their will. SCOTUS has 200 years of precedent stating that states cannot require a person to surrender their constitutional protections, nor can they use laws as procedural devices to accomplish such results.

A medical practitioner has no authority to strip an individual of their fundamental rights through forced acts. If so, then the Constitution is voided by the perpetrator of the crime, leaving Americans as helpless victims of criminal acts, requiring them to seek justice on their own terms, since the criminal is allowed to strip them of their 14th Amendment rights without procedural due process.

Now, if you live in Maine, you cannot sue someone for injuries resulting from a covered countermeasure injected into your body against your will. I'll show you 200 years of SCOTUS precedent that has decreed such conduct as unconstitutional. Yet, this month, they allowed a corrupt state Maine court to start the process of stripping Americans of their 14th Amendment rights through judicial fiat. This is beyond unnerving, and make no mistake about it, this is a direct assault on the Republic by the federal judiciary.

Don't do business in Maine; it could cost you your life!

100%

"If someone wants to assume the personal risk/ benefit of doing that, that’s up to them."

The most important word in your above statement is "personal".

Some "traditional" vaccines and the COVID modified mRNA-LNP gene "therapy" transfection injections can shed on others, making them dangerous and injurious for those who said "Hell NO!" as well...

These COVID transfection injection bioweapons NEVER should have been injected into a single human being...

It is not enough for there to be no mandates...

Generally speaking, because more people do not understand that this is not about "choice", this is not about the ability to tell others what to do or not...

Because more people are not standing up and demanding that these "traditional" modified mRNA-LNP transfection injections be pulled from the market, the next "evolution" is moving forward (the self amplifying mRNA transfection technology platform)...

https://www.drtrozzi.news/p/world-council-for-health-the-dangers

Vioxx, 1976 Swine flu shot, Thalidomide, DES, DDT, etc...etc...ALL removed from the market after having previously been approved for use in the USA, or Europe, or wherever...yet now some people are acting like removing a product from the market is unprecedented...

Dangerous, injurious, deadly products must be pulled from the market!!! You do NOT give uninformed or misinformed people the "choice" to use such products.

Especially when their uninformed "consent" leads to them taking a product that sheds and poses a legitimate danger to the health of those being shed on.

Shedding from these transfection injection bioweapons IS an extremely serious concern, with some people being affected more than others...

https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/what-weve-learned-from-a-year-of

https://pierrekorymedicalmusings.com/p/shedding-of-covid-mrna-vaccine-components

(This is part 1 of a 9 part series - other parts linked at the end of the part 1 article)...

AND...if all of this is not already horrific enough, there are legitimate concerns that the blood supply is contaminated:

https://x.com/Safe_Blood3/status/1942237297035899370

https://vesavanhatupa.substack.com/p/a-call-to-action-lets-end-the-silence

https://laurakasner.substack.com/p/results-of-the-2024-worldwide-embalmer

NO ONE should have ever had the “choice” of taking these gene “therapy” transfection injections because the modified mRNA-LNP genetic transfection technology platform is fundamentally flawed & dangerous by design.

NotSafeAndNotEffective.com

I cannot say it enough: It is NOT enough for there to be no mandates.

There's the world as we'd like it versus the world as it is. Religious and medical exemptions exist because they have basis in law and denying them can get those who do so sued. Religious exemptions exist because of their basis in the First Amendment, but more clearly the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Similar with medical exemptions which have a clear basis in the Americans with Disability Act of 1990.

If it were up to Public Health and the medical establishment, none of these exemptions would exist. They only do exist because they are forced to exist under the laws I list above. People need to understand that, as that's their weakness, fear of being sued.

We all agree it should be the individual's choice but that's not how the law works unfortunately. People need to understand this as knowing the law is how they avoid these shots, not by reciting a "give me liberty or give me death" speech to some public health flunky. It is a waste of time and counter-productive.

I obtained a religious exemption to the Covid vax from my employer which was covered under Biden's federal contractor mandate. I also obtained a religious exemption for my freshman son to University of California campus, one of only a handful granted by this institution (I requested all the numbers under the California Public Records Act). I also received an exemption for my older son to the California State University system.

The point of all this is not to boast, but that you have to beat them at their own game. Raging against something that we don't like isn't productive. It's a thoroughly corrupt system, but like any bureaucracy it can be beat once you understand what they fear (and they fear being sued for not following the law).

I admire your willingness to dig in to the issue to protect your family. I do the same thing in my work often so I understand what you did. I don't think everyone should have to have the smarts and tenacity to get institutions to do the right course of action.

Denying people to right to refuse medical interventions because front line staff don't understand some obscure exemption is not right and the executives of said institutions should make those exemptions plain and clear.

Expand full comment
Jeff C's avatar

I agree, it's awful and I'm not defending it. Just explaining what it takes to beat it (as we've done so successfully several times) and that raging about it being unfair is counterproductive both to the exemption cause and the individual.

The key language is "reasonable accommodation for sincerely-held religious beliefs". Reasonable accommodation is pretty straight-forward as it generally just means someone with an exemption can be onsite but may be required to participate remotely if there's an outbreak.

Sincerely-held religious beliefs is more subjective of course, but the key is demonstrating sincerity. You don't have to demonstrate logic or practicality (as the law says nothing about that) but sincerity. For us this was a letter explaining the nature and depth of our beliefs, and how we put them into practice in our lives. For my son's University of California exemption that took a five page letter. It would be nearly impossible to disprove his sincerity as he laid out his beliefs and how he lives in crisp detail. As an added bonus, the person reading the submission got a clear exposition of scripture and a testimony of how Christ's love changes people's lives.

That's the problem with political rants, if one starts with that and fails, and then switches to religious beliefs it appears insincere and will be used to deny the exemption. As usual, when people come at things emotionally (it's not fair!!) they often make bad decisions and shoot themselves in the foot.

Speaking of CAFE standards, I saw this in an early morning email:

Trump's administration should toss ethanol requirements.

Growing food to produce fuel has always been the height of oxymoronic insanity. Furthermore, the land being used to grow this corn for fuel is so saturated with chemicals and pesticides that it can no longer be used to grow food for human consumption. Several feet of top soil would have to be scrapped off the land to get rid of the chemicals.

This is all part of the on-going geoengineering program to diminish and destroy our food production capacities. In case anyone hasn't notice, for the past 10 years or so, livestock operations have been under going constant attacks and destruction as has the ability to produce fertilizer. This is an ongoing operation around the world. Conditions are being set and when the cascade begins, the result will be famine on a world scale.

You are correct. I found this after I first posted what is below.

The statement is correct: in the U.S., approximately 93% of corn is genetically modified (GMO). This high percentage is due to the widespread commercial use of GMO corn for purposes like pest and herbicide resistance, making it a "high-risk" crop for non-GMO sources. Most of this GMO corn is not eaten directly by people, but is used for animal feed, biofuels (like ethanol), or processed food ingredients.

I totally agree re corn and would add to also get rid of farm subsidies for corn. These subsidies (for corn, soy, etc.) mean there's no incentive for food diversity. They also result in the soils being depleted of natural minerals that help make food nutritious. See Joel Salatin's books and blog for more info.

I wonder why do we even need average fuel economy targets set by federal or state government. Consumers are already quite sensitive to fuel costs--why wouldn't any car company already try to reduce these costs by increasing mpg performance? I think Trump should have let the market control these standards instead of dialing them back.

Corn into ethanol was originally a feeble attempt to "grow" our own fuel (post Arab oil embargo, back when gummint believed in Peak Oil). The fact that it actually takes more BTUs to produce than ethanol delivers was moot at the time.

And now, the corn farmers in Iowa (the most important early presidential primary state) control the ethanol issue because politicians are afraid of the effect on their party's primary numbers.

If Iowa were demoted to a less important position politically, the ethanol issue could be addressed easily. As of now, corn is a sacred cow (talk about a mixed metaphor!)

The Covid shot killed kids, do we need to know more. HepB was barely ever tested and is a notorious culprit in allergies and has been implicated in autism among boys. The bad thing about the Dtap is that is doesn’t work—it doesn’t prevent whooping cough and it primes the immune system to catch another variant of whooping cough, it is just like the covid shot. It also breeds very bad variants and it spreads whooping cough asymptomatically. It’s also like the covid shot because it alters the immune system making kids more likely to get sick in general. The population of the US is 'officially' 330+ million. One in six is about 17% or about 55 million. I assume that is based on the latest census done in April 2020... which is before the mass invasion of Biden's regime. The next census is in 2030. That will be too late.

It is now estimated that the total alien born figure has doubled to 105 million, half of which are illegal. This all occurred in the 4 years under Biden. What this means is that out of a population of roughly 330 million, almost one-third are aliens.

As Tucker Carlson pointed out, when I was born, America was 90% Christian White as were Black Americans. That figure is now down to 60% White and dropping fast due to immigration and differences in relative birth rates. At this point, "Christian" America is clearly a minority now.

This is the collapse of Rome writ large. 105,000,000 'barbarians' have invaded the US. A civil war is coming to America.
