That's the best anarchy advice, disguised in legal camo, I have ever read.

Valerie's avatar

Yes! And Jeff in full sarcasm mode is my absolute favorite.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Oh boy, I had so much to do today, but Jeff's C&C is a target rich environment which I cannot avoid. But I will try to keep it as short as possible.

On the flock camera's - it is an INITIATIVE to install flock cameras in a community. Therefore the first question to be asked is did they follow the Initiative process?? If they didn't then they violated the Constitution - at least in Arizona. In the Arizona Constitution, Article 4 (Legislative powers), part 1, section 1, sub para 8 it says,

"(8) Local, city, town or county matters. The powers of the initiative and the referendum are hereby further reserved to the qualified electors of every incorporated city, town and county as to all local, city, town or county matters on which such incorporated cities, towns and counties are or shall be empowered by general laws to legislate. Such incorporated cities, towns and counties may prescribe the manner of exercising said powers within the restrictions of general laws. Under the power of the initiative fifteen percent of the qualified electors may propose measures on such local, city, town or county matters, and ten percent of the electors may propose the referendum on legislation enacted within and by such city, town or county. Until provided by general law, said cities and towns may prescribe the basis on which said percentages shall be computed."

Read it carefully, especially the 2nd sentence, it is critical. Many boards at county level and below know what they are doing is unconstitutional (Illegal), but they also know 99.9% of the electorate is ignorant and wont challenge them. And for the .1% who does, they will lawfare them, SLAPP them, and do any of a number of criminal acts.

Check your state for similar constitutional provisions.

So the Board that "approved" them may not have had the authority to do so if they didn't follow the Initiative process (some Citizen had to come to them and request the cameras and present the required petitions) and if they didn't conduct an election to see if we consented to what is likely (or should be) illegal surveillance. If they didn't follow the Initiative process it is likely they committed a crime - submit a criminal complaint.

On the other hand, we also used the Initiative process to remove red light cameras in our community. Hint, Hint!

While it may be illegal to cut the cameras down, wasn't it also illegal for them to install them without our consent? Asking for friends (the US and State Constitutions which keep the power with the Citizens, if we want to keep it).

On Spencer Pratt, good on him, for seeing the problem and taking action. Anyone who says there is not wide spread election manipulation using wholesale mail in ballot fraud is lying. Period. If we don't get this fixed, we will not have legitimate elections ever again. Why wont Thune get the Save America Act passed, because it would end their life long stays in power over you and me - where they also become incredibly wealthy at our expense. Why wont they (the government who has stolen our elections and the counting from us) let us verify their "results". What have they got to hide if everything is above board?

We are in a crisis. Trump is doing everything he can to restore our power, but there are many (I dont need to name all the names, and it would take ten thousand pages anyhow) who don't want to lose the power they have illegally accrued over decades. Honestly, the deep state bureaucracy and those who control it are winning very important battles like birthright citizenship and counting ballots received after election day and for days and days. There are so many deep state operatives still in Trump's administration and in many state and local governments. People are going to have to get involved in ways they never imagined if we are to win this fight for the USA. May God have Mercy on us.

One other thing, on that deeply evil scumbag, Graham Platner, does anyone think like I do on this. That Platner was installed specifically to be removed and let 600 other scumbags pick their choice? He was well paid for his role in the drama, wasn't he. I mean they invoked and proved the process with Brandon Cabbage Autopen and Word Salad Kamala, did they not?

Sorry I was not able to keep it short but Jeff touched some nerves today.

Steve L's avatar

Yes Dan, our “democratic” friends, the Chinese have been using these cameras for years, and have gotten glorious results from this private invasion. It’s not the cameras that need removal, it’s the elected representatives who placed them there.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

If by "elected representatives", you mean those who were s_Elected, then I agree, 100% Steve. They have to go, one way or another. I'm just not sure enough American Citizens realize what is at stake and what needs to be done or are willing to do what needs to be done.

The chinese and the mexicans, and other evil actors, have deeply infiltrated our country - they are everywhere! They aren't here to serve us chinese buffets and mexican tamales.

Julinthecrown's avatar

Look to London, England who had similar cameras installed back in 2019 but for a different reason. Their citizenry fought back just as America is.

"Since August 29, 2023, London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (Ulez) has expanded to cover the entire capital and beyond."

"The scheme’s aim is to reduce air pollution in the city and requires drivers with non-compliant vehicles to pay a fee of £12.50 every time they drive around London."

"The cameras record drivers’ number plates, which then get checked against a database to see if the vehicle complies with Ulez rules. If it doesn’t, then the drivers get charged a daily fee of £12.50."

"According to the Sun, the Met Police recorded 1,760 incidents of criminal damage or theft from April to February. And of the 1,760 crimes, 320 involved the theft of cameras or equipment, 167 involved the damage of cameras or lenses, and 281 involved the setting of a kit on fire."

Jeff, why are there no lawsuits to deem these flock cameras unconstitutional? It seems like unreasonable search, or search without a warrant. Same for the I95 cameras that write a speeding ticket by license photo and radar. Would likely be a pretty lucrative class action suit for a sharp attorney…. (Hint)

Gary's avatar

I believe our buddy Bill Gates helped them develop it there to bring here, which is flocked up.

Steve L's avatar

I’m not sure of any relationship with Bill and Flock, but the only place the camera should be placed, is on his front lawn to keep the pedophile off the streets. 🤔

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

bill, the Walking Crime Against Humanity, (forgive me for my lack of capitalization with some names like bill), but I simply will not give them even a modicum of respect.

But honestly he should be hung and then his head lopped off and placed firmly on a pike for all to see and know what happens to pure evil scum like him.

nancy's avatar

With the link provided, I was able to zero in on my street, only to find the pole off the sidewalk 3 feet from my driveway has a Flock Camera. I had mistakenly assumed it was to catch speeders coming into town.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Wow, Nancy, they are right in your face. Not suggesting anything here but you may want to figure out how to do the rules Jeff prescribed as what you are “not supposed to do”. Illegal cameras…

Using the deflock map, I discovered there are 8 identified in my town. Surprisingly, 4 are installed at the Home Depot and 3 are installed at the Lowes. I might need to talk to their managers about what they are doing with everyone's data they are collecting, may need to check with their corporate offices....

Apparently only one is set up on a street corner, monitoring traffic and not identified to a private org like Home Depot or Lowes.

Cabogirl's avatar

Yes and none of here on Jeff’s Substack will tell on you ! We promise.

In the county where I live, it was Lowe’s that had the most (3 or 4). I thought that odd, not where I expected to see them.

MSK's avatar

Our Lowe’s too. But nearby sports superstore had like 8

In their parking lot. Guess they’ve had a lot of shoplifters?

KB's avatar

I couldn't believe how many are in my town. That is unnerving. At least they are not on my street.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

They don't need to be on your street to know where you are at. Did you know, "law enforcement" can input your license plate number in the computer and the system will alert when it detects your car out and about? I hope you feel violated by that information…. you should.

jmsmithmd's avatar

No more car washes for my dusty plates.

Justin's avatar

Even more unnerving and inexplicable are the cameras installed in or facing public parks and areas where there are no motor vehicles allowed.

That kinda blows their alleged motor vehicle excuse out of the water, doesn't it?

Lisa's avatar

Just curious, does the camera move? Does it track cars, people movement or just face the street?

nancy's avatar

No, this one and the one at the other side of my city appear to be fixed cameras. When they put them in, it was where they had a "speed limit" cameras, I had assumed this was simply an updated version. I was wrong.

Freedom Fox's avatar

I would make no references to it being something that one is concerned with on social media, including here. So as to ensure that *when* it goes kaplat no member or LEO monitoring communications such as SS could ever use one's sentiment against them in a court of law. Innocent people get hauled in for crimes they don't commit these days as a result of expressing simple displeasure. Prosecutors are notorious prevaricators, fabricators of fictions, who can and will use what is said against you in a court of law.

When we pause and stand back and consider what the purpose of these "cameras" are, the picture becomes very foreboding. ................................................................

Will The USA Split in Two Thanks to the LEFT?

COMMENT:

I felt compelled to reach out. I attended your 2021 conference, and I remember clearly that you spoke about the United States heading toward political fragmentation—and that the real risk of a complete split would emerge after 2028....

REPLY: The LEFT is typically the most violent insofar as they inevitably seek to impose their views and theories by raw force. The fact that this position of the LEFT has been prohibited by the very foundation of civilization is proven that this has been acknowledge in the Ten Commandments prohibition. This is all rooted in material jealousy for the LEFT always presents that they are oppressed because other have more than they do. This cornerstone of the LEFT has been prohibited and is mentioned twice in Scriptures. The first time in Exodus 20:17 when Moses ascended Mount Sinai to meet with God: “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

The second mention of the 10th Commandment is in Deuteronomy 5 when Moses reminds the Israelites of the laws as they prepare to enter the Promised Land. Deuteronomy 5:21 – “You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. You shall not set your desire on your neighbor’s house or land, his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”...

...The LEFT seeks only to enslave everyone. I was in Vancouver and a LEFTIST politicians actually said, everything a person earns belongs to the state, nd the state decides what we are allowed to keep. Over 200 million dies the last time the LEFT sought to seek power and force their will upon everyone. They never learn from history because the do not have the courage to break into your home and rob you at gun point, so the tell everyone they are a victim and vote for them and they will rob the rich using the police to enforce what they would do personally out of material jealousy.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

To enslave us. That is the purpose of the cams. "Flock Safety", what a nice name for enslaving us. Its not only the left as much as I despise them to the core of my soul. It is also the RINOs who have stolen the republican party, and the deep state bureaucrats they both have put in power over us and who ignore Trump's executive orders and administrative requirements. And it is the global marxists - you know who they are.

Politico Phil's avatar

Indeed... "Flock"! A euphemism for "herd". They tell us to our face what they think of us: the people are only a herd to be managed, controlled, culled and neutered. Tell me that is not exactly what has occurred the last 6 years.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

6 years? How about 6 decades. Trump is trying to stop all of it, return the power to you and me, he is fight a fight for the ages, for us. But he is up against a leviathan intent on not returning the power to us, on keeping us in their herd and under their boot.

Flock makes me think of sheep, easy to control, easy to butcher, will jump off a cliff if the lead sheep goes there. At least a lot of cows have horns.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Good point! And you are right! Thank you for sharing it, John.

Gary's avatar

well, you can also check, but now at least on Ford vehicles if you agree they can hook you up to telematics that monitor all of your driving habits for the insurance companies and of course law enforcement and lawyers if you are in an accident. So, if you are tied to this, speeding and have an accident, guess what, you were breaking the law so insurance can deny your claim the way I understand it.

Donna in MO's avatar

Yep. I got hit last year and my very reliable 2010 Buick sedan got totaled. Had money in the car fund + miracle of miracles, the guy who hit me had insurance, and they actually paid out more than I expected so was looking at late model used. But found a 2013 Buick with low miles and the same 3.6L V6 and none of the kill switch and other spy tech of the newer cars. Plan to hang on to it as long as parts are available. Politico Phil's avatar

Dave, you have a marvelous way of succinctly stating the most profound observations in very few words.

Coming to the USA. It was never about the car. ...............................................

Your Car Was Never the Target

For years, governments assured the public that license plate readers were simply tools to catch stolen vehicles, fugitives, and dangerous criminals. That was always the sales pitch. Now the mask is coming off....

The argument will always be security. It is the oldest justification in history....

The greatest threat is not the technology itself. Technology is neutral. The danger lies in believing that governments, corporations, and bureaucracies can be trusted indefinitely with unlimited access to information about every citizen’s movements, associations, and daily life. When your phone, your vehicle, your wearable devices, and even your pet become tracking beacons feeding a centralized surveillance network, we are no longer talking about crime prevention. We are talking about the creation of a digital leash attached to every individual. Once that infrastructure exists, the temptation to abuse it becomes inevitable.

https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/government-surveillance/your-car-was-never-the-target/

daverkb's avatar

And I keep thinking about smart self-driving no hands mom driving automated cars. They ought to be advertised as Assassination Made Easy Vehicles, because there will be 'accidents'. I can almost guarantee it.

Leo's avatar

Politico, Well yeah - that's what all those data centers are FOR.

Sunnydaze's avatar

St. Alia the Knife's avatar

I believe the election problems are often upstream from the counters. Once a ballot is accepted then it becomes just a data point. Recounting ballots disconnected from their perhaps tainted source will likely yield the same results. Where the ballots come from matters. While unfolded mail-in ballots with only one circle filled in is suspect it is difficult to prove they are illegitimate. One person, one vote, in person, with ID (unless specific needs are demonstrated and mail-in balloting is requested) and timely results are the only acceptable solution.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

You are right. Here's the problem, they have a responsibility to ensure elections are verifiable and certifiable - to the Citizens who own them. Instead of doing this, they have done the exact opposite making it nearly impossible to ascertain if a ballot is legitimate. It was intentional in order to complete the s_Election system they have built over us to enslave us. And we've allowed them to do it because people will not coalesce and do something about it.

Also mail in balloting can be done to ensure Identity - before anyone gets a ballot, and it can also be done for those who are home bound - but if they did that, they would not be able to steal elections.

S.P.H.'s avatar

Not sure how mail in ballots can done to ensure identity, Dan. Oregon, all mail in for forty years with no Republican governor since, is plagued with fraud. The only way the current system 'assures' a ballot is valid is by the signature attesting that the signatory meets the voting laws. We have gone from, as Pratt states, 'it's the person that counts the ballots that matters' to 'it's the person approving the signature that matters'. We have 800,000 excess voter names on the rolls, admitted to by the SoS. Every name can be a ballot, a vote. Once the ballot is removed from the envelope it is lost in a sea of legitimate ballots, never to be identified.

Sunnydaze's avatar

Oregon was ground zero for testing their cheat, and then perfecting it for decades before rolling it out everywhere. Former Oregonian - so I understand that which you speak of. It’s shameful. They got away with it because Oregons electorate is small, and tucked away up in the corner. Nobody noticed what they were doing. And Oregonians were not paying attention back when this should have been stopped dead in its tracks.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Here's how. The ballot gets mailed to the voter as it normally does. But here's where the process must change. They don't get to mail it back. They must hand carry their ballot - during the 30 day early voting period; plenty of time for even the laziest ballot harvester - to a local county office and go to a county notary public official and produce their ID card, which is verified by the county official - the same way a walk in voter must show ID to even get a ballot. Then Elector and County official co sign the ballot envelope before the county official places it in a secure county lock box. This shows - critically - at the most important moment when the elector relinquishes the ballot to the county the electors identity was verified and it also starts the chain of custody for the ballot. From there forward, chain of custody must be documented in writing as each person - involved in returning the ballot to the county election office receives the ballot(s) in writing on a chain of custody document. This can be done in batches as long as the record of all ballots in the box remains with the box and is appropriately signed during changes in chain of custody

If they are home bound then they call for a county remote election board to deliver a ballot and they follow the same process of cosigning, etc and then the Remote Board returns the ballot to the election office. That starts both full identity and full documented chain of custody and ensures home bound are able to vote too.

If a ballot comes back in an envelope without a county officials co-signature it is not accepted. Further, the ballot and ballot envelope must have a unique identification code on both in order to be able to verify the ballot actually belongs to a designated, specific elector. No more of this non-sensical secrecy issue, a code on a ballot does not expose a voter. Both the ballot and the envelop must be maintained by the county for hand counts and election certification for a period of not less than 2 years. Its not complex and it fixes the problem.

Donna O's avatar

Everyone, PLEASE call John Thune’s office and insist he cancel the silent filibuster and pass the SAVE act. Remind him he was elected to make changes the American voter wants, not keep the status quo.

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Hi Donna,

100% agree.

It's really, critically important to take 5 minutes and call Thune's office ((202) 224-2321)) and the other ones like Susan Collins, Murkowski, etc, your own senators. Ask whomever picks up the phone why Thune won't get the Save America Act passed so we can have verifiable elections with US Citizens ONLY! Remind them that 80% of America supports the Save America Act. Ask why Thune refuses to protect the Country and the Constitution he swore an oath to protect. Tell him, you as a Citizen are fed up with the silent filibuster and a Senate which uses it to avoid accountability and doing the work of the American people. Anyone care to add to the questions and comments one should consider making?

I asked ChatGPT (who is not the sole source proprietor of information but generally does a good job) a simple question: What is the primary role/function of the US Senate.

GPT's Answer: There isn't a single officially designated "number one" function of the U.S. Senate, but if you had to identify its primary constitutional role, it would be:

To represent the states equally in the federal legislative process by debating, amending, and voting on legislation.

The Senate shares lawmaking authority with the United States House of Representatives. A bill generally must pass both chambers in identical form before it can be sent to the President.

In addition to lawmaking, the Senate has several exclusive constitutional powers that distinguish it from the House:

Confirm presidential appointments, including federal judges, Cabinet secretaries, and ambassadors.

Ratify treaties by a two-thirds vote.

Conduct impeachment trials after the House votes to impeach an official.

Many constitutional scholars consider the Senate's unique "advice and consent" responsibilities—confirming appointments and ratifying treaties—to be its most distinctive constitutional function, while its day-to-day primary job is legislating alongside the House.

Donna Oliphint's avatar

In 18 months they’ve passed JUST ONE major bill. I think it’s time to dock their pay at the very least. Firing them would be best. If President Trump and the SCOTUS are going to be tasked with running the country, why are they needed?

Dan (100% All in MAGA)'s avatar

Morning Donna. The Senate no longer does their constitutional function, they no longer protect it or the states or the Citizens. That is because they are corrupt, damn near all of them and they are all taking kick backs, why they are always so enamored with giving our tax money to countries where there is no accountability. They do insider stock trading too. And they come begging for us to contribute funds, every damn day, like as if they dont have enough funds and staff which we ALREADY pay for. They are actually despicable and deserve the death penalty, not just firing. 535 people, 100 in the senate and 435 in the house are not protecting the Constitution which they swore to uphold, they are not protecting the country or us, all they do is figure out new schemes to screw us. I loathe them.

Dave Schultz's avatar

To your second to last paragraph, yes I believe that is going to be the new Dem way of selecting candidates. They did it unintentionally, or maybe it was intentional, and saw that they got zero resistance and will now continue it until they receive pushback. They won’t receive pushback so this will be a common practice for them.

Sunnydaze's avatar

Key words - “they won’t receive pushback”. Isn’t THAT the reason we are a country in distress? The People who are actually the ones who are supposed to be in charge - We The People - NEVER PUSH BACK. Krystine Kercher's avatar

While crime and illegal invaders are serious problems that we need to address effectively, the proliferation of flock cameras is the CCP solution; the one that ends with political prisoners in a secret camp being relieved of their organs for the good of the rich and powerful. It is NOT the solution that keeps Joe and Jill Public safe, healthy, wealthy, and wise.

c Anderson's avatar

ICE was using a system that WA state allowed the police to establish. If you are out in public, anyone can take your photo. You drive a car, you have a license plate on it to be used for identification. 🤦🏼‍♀️

c Anderson's avatar

Why would you want to catch criminals anyway? Are you aware of Terry v Ohio? What about Amber alerts and the use of flock cameras? Stupid is a choice.

Carolyn's avatar

That is only partially correct. You are protected from invasion of your private space which is your car. It is no different than if they put cameras within your house just to see IF you are going to commit a crime. IF these judges out there would administer true justice and put these criminals in jail where they belong most wouldn't be roaming the street. I would say as for ICE I am sure the locations they put them were known to be frequented by illegals. Stop preaching the violation of our rights as " supposedly" protection. Look at the patorit act after 9/11.

c Anderson's avatar

Ya, right. If that were true, there would be no need for car registration to identify ownership. If the police pull you over, they look in the windows of your car to assess if you have anything you shouldn’t have like an open bottle of booze, or if you are pulling a gun on them. They can check your license and registration without a warrant. If they suspect you are doing something illegal they have the right to search your vehicle. Cameras are Everywhere. From Walmart’s parking lot to your ATM. It will likely be campus video camera recordings that help convict Charley Kirk’s murderer. Your neighbor has a drone and can legally fly it over your backyard while taking videos. Get over it. You are online and your everything is being recorded somewhere. Sheesh.

Kathryn Dewalt's avatar

Well... that would be fine if there were a way to allow them to flock you and others who wish to be flocked.

But some of us seniors [80] are simply too old to be flocked... and have survived in this wonderful land without being photographed SURREPTITIOUSLY as we discreetly (or so we think) remove a groteque boog resulting from a head cold...or scratch an unfortunate itch in the assumed privacy of our car.

Therefore... I PROTEST THE FLOCKING CAMERAS!

c Anderson's avatar

Katherine, I beg your pardon, but you have flocked yourself by putting a photo of yourself on SubStack. Your face is already in databases like the “real ID” used to fly. Do you vacation in Mexico? Drive across an interstate bridge, through a toll plaza or on a ferry? Do you take a Waymo or a cab, rent a car, your ID is collected everywhere, by everyone. Every bank has cameras running constantly, and so do many gas stations and department stores. It is illegal for anyone to destroy public property. Even though you claim to be 80, I don’t think a judge would let you off if you cut police video cameras down. Keep wearing your Covid mask but your efforts at protecting your ID while conducting business in public is pathetically Don Quixotic.

Kathryn Dewalt's avatar

I don't wear masks...never did. Covid was a scam.

And you, strange person... couldn't even spell my name right and it's printed right above!

As far as my picture on Substack...that was my choice! I prefer, in as much as it's possible... to choose the recipients of my information. And certainly not on the sneak with a pole mounted camera.

With that said, I don't know who you are and truly don't want to know; so my parting shot is... you have my permission to flock yourself!

andy johnson's avatar

We need to use some Flock camera footage as evidence to prove election fraud. That would get them removed.

Don't forget the safety mask that covers your face for full face protection, and the cheap disposable work gloves for hand and finger protection!

You can't be too safe now can you?

I personally like the safety mask that was inspired by Guy Fawkes, but to each their own preference.

Also, the reciprocating saw works MUCH better than the angle grinder, and is MUCH quieter too. I use both of them at work, so that's how I know that.

Angle grinders also need hearing protection, but reciprocating saws do not.

Tell your friend that all of these personal safety protection items are available on Temu or Amazon.

My son has to cut steel pipes (and aluminum, but that’s not the point) as part of his job and he got this new battery operated band saw.

He said it was amazing. It makes nice, clean cuts through the toughest steel pipe super quickly.

So, avoid noisy slow angle grinders. Proper tools make efficient work.

Our small suburban town has at least three Flock cameras - at our Lowe’s! (Or more specifically where a new franchise coffee shop just went up at the edge of their parking lot. I’m going to have to go have a chat - yes a real chat, that’s not code 😂- with the manager…)

Ryan Gardner's avatar

Lowes has gone full on gay-race-tranny communist.

Last week I went to return a few things. The guy at the return counter identified as "sexy fox" (it was actually on his badge). So I decided to be nice and keep saying "thanks man" or "thanks sir".

Like I've been saying for 6 years on substack:

The imposition itself is the point.

Homey don't play that....

Shelle's avatar

Around us in a rural area, 6 or 7 have gone up in the last 4 months!

Queen Hotchibobo's avatar

They’re all over at Lowe’s. We were looking at local cameras and all of our neighboring towns had a concentration of them at Lowe’s.

We started looking at towns all around the nation and in every city we looked at, there was a big cluster at Lowe’s. And at casinos, but that’s another story.

And another weird thing: there were a lot of businesses identified by name on the flock monitoring maps when you zoomed in. But not Lowe’s. For them, you had to look on the map app on our phones to find out what that business was.

Shelle's avatar

Also DO NOT apply Vaseline to the Flock camera (repeatedly), requiring a service person to come out again and again to repair it and frustrating authorities who installed these devices with absolutely no public input.

Charlotte's avatar

Here is a full rundown on the Bluetooth tracking on the flock cameras so, if someone were to (God forbid) cut one down, that would still make them able to ping your phone that you have in your pocket and track you down, unless, somehow, some parts were to go missing…

On one hand I understand his and his supporters’ frustration with the Democrat Gestapo party trying to big brother the whole thing and not letting the will of the people spoken in the primaries to play out …. but on the other hand, that’s why you create your own party to represent your own views and then that can’t happen. Sure you won’t win nationwide with the DSA ideology, which is why the DSA chose to try to capture and infect the Democrat Party instead, wolves in sheep’s clothing, but it didn’t match the party’s traditional ideology. This nation operates better with a two party system, and you need to WIN in order to be able to represent one of the two parties. It’s a double edge sword here … they did it the right way but they would have lost bigly nationwide, as they should have, but that’s when the Democrat Gestapo took over - which was wrong. They should have let it play out.

Anyway it’s their own fault for not recognizing their ideology could never win in major elections nationwide, and for trying to co-opt a party that were not communists to begin with.

Jo Highet's avatar

You don’t need widespread fraud to win an election. You simply need a handful of votes in key precincts, in key swing states. As I mentioned yesterday, I will keep repeating: There are 3 separate areas of election integrity that MUST be verified:

1. The voter (are they legal citizens, who reside in the state, at legitimate addresses, are they alive, etc)

2. The machines (did they count the vote the way the ballots were intended to be counted, I.e. sent to adjudication WITH proper oversight, no vote weighting, etc. Are the machines connected to the internet?

3. The ballot process - were ballots handled with proper chain of custody? Received on time, postmarked and counted within legal timeframe, etc.

Fraud, malfeasance and incompetence can impact each or all of these areas!!!

Just because voters (number 1) are legit doesn’t mean the ballot was counted properly or handled properly - ALL three aspects of the election must be intact to make the vote LEGAL!

Jo Highet's avatar

And…. it would serve the country and LA county well (with Pratt calling for more action) to start researching all the bogus addresses where mail-in ballots are sent. This is how they get their homeless “voters” among so many others, and this strategy has been out for years explained well by Tech expert Jay Valentine of the Omega4America substack.

It’s not a question of whether the homeless (or the millions of illegal immigrants allowed in under Biden) are physically voting, it’s that they are added to the voter roles where a ballot can be manufactured in their name and sent to a fake address where they are intercepted, filled out, and turned in under the cover of darkness, and after the polls have closed, to shore up a candidates win.

Spiritual warfare is going to intensify greatly 🙏🏻

Kay's avatar

Yes. Thank you for bringing this up. Even if names are real, the addresses are fake, with dozens to hundreds being registered in shopping malls or vacant lots. Jay’s fractal computing allows ordinary citizens to find these fake addresses on voter rolls without accessing names.

Bitsy54's avatar

Thank you for explaining this. So many people don’t understand HOW the steal works. They think the illegals are actually showing up at the polls 🤦🏼‍♀️

It doesn't take Sherlock's avatar

All good, but the Deep State (which has captured enough people in both parties) has a vested interest in not implementing any true verification. The Deep State wants there to never be a veto proof majority in Congress, especially on issues where 60-80% of the public are in favor. By keeping the Senate in the 53-47 range, just flipping who controls, the DS can best manipulate via Senate "mavericks". Then the people of a particular state like Maine or Alaska are told that is the best that can be done (Collins, Murkowski, etc.). Another Deep State goal is to create more states that are permanent Blue. That is why the Left doesn't care if people leave California in droves. Some go to Colorado and flip it Blue. Some go to Florida and make it reader. Either way, CA stays Blue and the Blue infection spreads. And on the House side, we can see that no Republican House Leaders have had the 'Rocky Mountain Oysters' that Nancy Pelosi has, to get anything seriously done. Cryin' Boehner, Lyin' Ryan, Empty McCarthy, or Smilin' Johnson. "Oooooo we can't be too mean or we might lose our majority!" Same thing over and over and over.

SD Scott's avatar

The root of the issue is central bank fraud. This is the continual looting device.

Governments are subverted in service to it.

Yep. Not to mention the other shadowy groups people have long (70+ years) been calling out (Bilderbergs, Rothchilds, Masons, etc.), but because information was harder to share, the vigilant were basically sidelined with their warnings for decades as 'conspiracy theorists'. Now more people are waking up. The question is whether enough wake up in time before the full digital cage is activated in the United States.

Krystine Kercher's avatar

Here in Nebraska (and elsewhere), there's also a fourth (and fifth?) step: do you really know who that person is that you're voting for or against? Have you done your due diligence as a voter, and was there any real effort by people with integrity in any political party to vet the candidates?

Here, we have people running and winning seats as "Republicans" who are anything but, because they know that Nebraskans vote Republican. Once they're in office, they vote like the worst kind of Democrats.

It's infuriating--and--if they'd been properly vetted by their local GOP, this wouldn't have been able to happen.

It doesn't matter if all other steps are followed, and if the rules require same day voting and proper chain of custody, etc., if we the voters only check the boxes on election day without properly understanding or caring who the candidates are.

Copernicus's avatar

Yep. Good point. We have a lot of those in my state too.

GOP can oust them, IF they choose to. Can stop funding their campaigns. Just need GOP leadership willing to document that the politicians have voted against the stated GOP platform.

How many other machines were doing that same thing?

Planter needs to be investigated for disability fraud!!! If his arms and legs work, and he’s not profoundly mentally retarded (like a true mental disability, not a normal intellectual individual who is just stupid), he can work to earn his money.

Valerie's avatar

My former next door neighbors were both retired military with 100% disability. She worked for social security and he went back to school to be an aircraft mechanic. I do believe they had medical issues related to their service, but 100% disabled seems like an abuse of the system, but I don’t really understand how the disability system works. Maybe someone on here knows more and can explain it to me.

Because of their disability status, they paid in property tax for a year what we pay for a month. (Like $1000/year vs $12k/year). We’re in TX and property taxes are HIGH. So they put in a pool, had motorcycles, a boat, etc. we have none of that. Sadly, though, the husband was killed on one of his motorcycles a couple of years ago, and his wife moved away after that.

Carrie's avatar

It’s another one of those government programs that absolutely invites fraud. “Back pain”, “depression”, “mental anguish” are likely some examples of categories that can land a person a “disability” designation. I’m not saying those conditions are not real, but oftentimes having a job and purpose and structure to life are the “treatments” for especially the mental issues.

Juju's avatar

I never understood how you could earn an income AND collect disability at the same time. If and when my disabled son tries to return to work and is able to hold a job for longer than a month, his disability is reduced each month by the amount earned that month. So as soon as his monthly gross exceeds $1500 he won’t receive a penny of disability. So how are people like your neighbors receiving full disability while working?

Susan Seas's avatar

Military disability is not the same as having a disability. Military service is hard on your body and mind. Not all disability is seen. His 100% ruling is obscene. And IMO he should be unable to hold any type of office, but so should Mitch the glitch and Drunky Pelocy.

Yes. He can’t. That’s why he lives with us but there is still a burden on our finances. Still the extra money has helped us with that some, as it helps to pay for his phone, his food, his auto insurance, his life insurance, his gas, and all expenses related to his dog. Sometimes he has enough left over to pay for a new pair of shoes or some new pants. But it’s impossible to save any of it for his future security and protection once we are not here to help him. So while we can’t afford to save for our own retirement needs, we now have to figure out how to save some of our money for him.

Gloria Magee's avatar

I’m so very sorry you are in such a difficult situation. The system is so messed up and what it does to people is criminal. May God continue to pour His blessings on you and give you the help you need in tangible ways to traverse this difficult valley. He loves you all (as do many of us on here. ❤️)

SHug's avatar

Probably PTSD diagnosis. Lots of former soldiers end up with that, one of the big indicators is self medicating with alcohol & other drugs, rather than reaching out for help. I understand that he's had many issues with that alone. He should get treatment before trying to lead others anywhere. Aside from his communist tendencies, sounds like a bomb waiting to go off, last thing we need in Congress.

I really don't understand either how someone can be 100% disabled and still work a full time job. Many people end up so burnt out they can't do their former jobs, so they just get a job in a different field, starting over - they don't get disability for that. Most disability, just like SS, has limits on how much you can earn and retain a disability rating & pay - does military disability not have that limitation?

Jennifer Kellen's avatar

VA disability and SS disability are 2 totally different things. Different qualifying and operational rules.

Valerie's avatar

That’s what I figured must be the case. But for those of us with a general understanding of vocabulary it seems like fraud.

Jennifer Kellen's avatar

I get it and it doesn't help when the press doesn't bother to explain the difference.

Momcat's avatar

had a friend tell me about a guy that was a master at hanging wallpaper. She said he's really booked so call him and get on his schedule, he's been doing it for years, & he's absolutely the best, dependable, does fantastic work. I asked how she knew him, she said oh, he's 100% disabled, can't work, and she found out about him from another disabled vet. So, I ask her, If he's 100% disabled, how can he have a thriving wallpaper hanging business? Took her a bit to see it. Then she took his card from me, tore it up.

Jennifer Kellen's avatar

100% VA disability rated and SS disability are two completely different things. VA disability has no income earning limit and is awarded when a service member separates from the military. It's too long to explain the process here, but you can easily google the process. The two systems do not have anything to do with each other and are figured differently.

Joze's avatar

I think this way too.... but at the same time know someone who has a (Ten) 10% disability as a result of their military service; which hasn't prevented them from also being one of the most successful (& Healthy) people I know. In that instance it seems just compensation for an added burden on their life a a result of serving our country I would never begrudge them.... It does seem mind-numbing that a 100% disability, shouldn't mean that person is 100% disabled from all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)... Plattner surely did not seem to be disabled from being unable to keep his zipper shut, nor oyster farm, nor run for political office.... you're right for at some point calling BULLSHIT on "100%"... hopefully the Military has been paying attention and maybe Sec. of War asks someone to take another look?

Jennifer Kellen's avatar

I am in no way defending Platner, who is indefensible, but the way the VA disability works is that you go through an extensive medical exam when separated from the military. Let's say someone gets 10% for some loss of hearing, 20% for knees that are now shot, 20% for bone loss in their spine for jumping out of airplanes and 50% for PTSD. That's how someone could end up with "100%" disability. This is a very simplified theoretical example.

CMCM's avatar

"VA math" is a thing.

Joze's avatar

That is so very helpful to understand…. Thank You!

Sounds exactly like Govt.

If I understand you correctly… one can have a 100% disability from the Military; but not be 100% disabled according to the general understanding of what that might mean….

My husband ran in judicial elections in the Austin area for much of his career. Republican. He had/saw happen what Pratt describes any number of times in his career, the most recent of which happened when he ran for DA in a neighboring county in 2022. By that time he had been on a court of appeals for many years and so was very well known and respected in the adjacent county where we are retired. Law enforcement was all in for him, he had a ton of Democrats supporting him because his opponent was a joke and everyone knew it. But somehow, once again, the pattern Pratt describes happened and he ‘lost’ by 5500ish votes. We don’t have many homeless but we do have a large university. Nuff said. We demanded a recount and learned there are no uniform processes for recounting which leaves the procedure up to the whims of the county judge who is of course a Democrat and ours is a particularly rotten one. They fought us every step of the way. Long story, we found all kinds of statistical anomalies and irregularities and finally gave up due to the significant expense and hassle. So Pratt is exactly right that it happens BEFORE election night. Democrats aren’t consummate organizers for nothing. I feel like Charlie Brown and the football but maybe all that is finally going to see the light of day. Fingers crossed.

Pratt and Platner, two similar names, two very different types of men.

And I'm looking forward to hearing Promethean Action's take of the NATO summit. Susan and Barbara will be live at 10 am Central.

I knew the Platner campaign was over when I heard his biggest and only oyster customer, his mother, went outside and pulled her Platner for Senate sign down before he announced his “Pull Out”. Again the democrats are successful in purging their election winning candidate so “The Party” can hand pick their own.

I honestly think this was the plan of Maine Dems all along. Get Platner elected in the primary and then replace him with their pick.

I think part of being a successful politician is the deep state and higher up’s having blackmail material on you. Just look at our government, 80-90% of them are compromised

Steve Baker said Congressman Barry Loudermilk's J6 Committee had permission to investigate everything and everyone EXCEPT the DC Metro Police!

Love that Judicial Watch just posted the actual J6 DC Metro Police Body Cam videos for anyone to see! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9qGrH76yb8

Good morning all!!

For by grace, you have been saved through faith, and this is not from you; it is the gift of God; it is not from Works, so no one may boast.

RIDGID Pipe Cutter: 2 in – 4 in OD Cutting Capacity, Std Wheel Cutter, 25 1/2 in Tool Lg, 32840 silent and quiet and quick.

Good advice on what pipe cutter one shouldn’t use. Angle grinders make way too many tell-tale sparks if they were to be used in the dark. And I wouldn’t even consider a Milwaukee Fuel 18 volt Sawzall with Nitrous Oxide blade for the hard to get to spots.

Kenn Goodwin's avatar

pipe cutting is clean and you don’t have to bend/ hold the pipe and it still cuts through. I am a retired electrical contractor.

mspring's avatar

Excellent choice to not use under any circumstances!

Mark1's avatar

Absolutely, but whatcha gonna do when you’ve got two poles side by side?

Kenn Goodwin's avatar

Porter band or saws sall

It would be admirable if someone devised a way to beautify the flock cameras by covering them with feathers. I suggest that you first coat it with tar, you know, to act as an adhesive. Always ready to help!

Mayor's avatar

I have heard of people covering them with plastic bags.

John Galt?'s avatar

I think tar & feather would result in a more "colonial" appearance
