Let’s be honest. Men are physically stronger than women, have more skeletal muscle mass than women, more upper-body and lower body strength. There is no parity.

If I’m in danger, send me a ‘male’ police officer.

Dumbing down of fitness standards, in the military and police/fire department forces, has been ridiculous.

Agree. Women should be allowed in these fields but should have to pass the same standards as men and maybe be limited in the types of roles they can take.

This came up as a memory FB post for me today. Being forced to be dishonest about obvious things is an old communist tactic.

"In a communist society, the dissenter remains silent, living in a splendid mental isolation in which his feelings, possibly held even by the majority, seem to him to be held only by himself—abnormal, lonely ideas that are uncomfortable & too heavy a burden to carry. The Communists never hesitate to tackle a propaganda theme simply because it is ridiculous & untrue on the face of it; the more inconceivable, the more their propagandists appear to prefer it for its shock effect and probably because a denial of what is wholly untrue usually becomes so involved in detail that, in the confusion, sight of the intrinsic lie is lost."

Perhaps we should start all our 911 calls with "I need a male officer immediately due to . . ."

Just as insane to lower qualifications for women as it would be to,allow blind people to drive. Just. Pain. Stupid.
