Initially, she was involved with Crossover, a ministry to help gay people, with many hours of counseling. She has given her testimony at churches, prisons, conferences, etc. She has said that many in the homosexual movement are suicidal, feel unloved, and do not want to be that way. She continues to counsel women and has been married (Biblical kind-one man one woman) for almost 9 years.
