He isn’t asking for all of humanity to repent, He knows that would not be realistic. He is only asking for HIS people, those who are called by His Name, to repent , seek His Face and turn from THEIR wicked ways .
If there had been 10 righteous people in Sodom , He would have spared that city. There weren’t even 10.

There weren't even 4 righteous people as Lot's wife looked back at Sodom & Gomorrah rebelling against God's explicit command through the "angels" sent to rescue Lot and his family and all other "righteous" souls.
Apparently it is. I have repented, and do so on a daily basis. But so many have been fooled into thinking they have to repent to a man in a collar. There is no mediator between God and man except through Yeshua.

Yes - apparently a "tall order" even for HIS people - let alone everyone else.

That's not what Jesus said at Mt. 16:18-19, when He gave Peter (and the Apostles) the "power to bind and loose sins."
