I was watching Biden walk through the grass on Fox to get onboard the helicopter. I was focused on his feet to see how he was walking, when he exited the tall grass it looked like his shoes had flaps or wings on them, down by the souls.
Funny you mention that. In the video of him shuffling along at his border visit, I pointed out to my husband that it looked like his feet were bent out to the sides. Reminded me of my feet in ice skates as a young child, splayed out at the ankles.
