Neocons are all leftists by definition. It's the origins of their philosophy. Ultimately, big government, colonial expansion, and globalism define the "neoconservative" movement, and there is nothing conservative about any of those things. Haley is their last gasp attempt to subvert the populist movement under Trump. (As an aside...kind of funny how all the things we were told in school were "conservative" [neocons, fascists, colonialists, authoritarians] turn out to be more properly understood as leftists or the descendants of the left.)
