I plan to get to this entire column later, but there are two races where Rs came from behind to win, one in GA statehouse 154 (Greene) and one in AZ2 (Eli Crane). Savor it. This rarely, rarely happens. I can recall Boebert (CO), Valladeo (CA), and I think there was one other R recently who won after trailing in "late counting."

The smallest of sliver of silver lining, but will take it.

Basically the article is about reports in the media that the D's have an "opportunity" to show they can govern and work with conservatives on issues that voters care about.

Ha! Democrats "working" with Trump and Republicans! Lolol.

Good luck with that. Working with liberals is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, pooh-pooh on the board and strut around like it won.

I give all the states that flipped blue 6 weeks before they run out of potable water.

Whoopee, Larry. The cheat gets stalled here and there and I’m beyond taking comfort in any of this.

In 2026 in Blue Texas or Arizona, anyone could have beaten a Republicsn. Even Ted Bundy could have gotten elected if he was running agaist a Republican. Oh wait, Ted Bundy was a Republican, same as Denis Rader ("BTK") and Rex Huermann (the "Long Island Serial Killer"). My bad. I forgot!

Maybe Main Stream Media avoid reporting the Democrat Killers ?

I have yet to read this but could not help pasting in this ref to the MW Doc.

It explains a lot why Susie Wiles is gone and why THAT is so good, and also, why I have just now resolved not to send money to any national politician EVER again.

I have friggin' had it.

I too read Midwestern Doctor this morning. I am somewhat shocked. The fox has been in the henhouse. It surely would be great if we could know these things sooner rather than later.

Exactly like WTH wait this long???

Yes, just read MWD -- that's why I made my comment above. If these unknown, low spending D candidates vowed to do whatever they could to block data centers and/or transmission lines that are ruining communities, I could easily see them winning against better known, better funded candidates. One of the women is an "environmental activist" so, maybe.

Nancy Benedict's avatar

Yes. My family farm in Northern VA is part of a county that just rebuffed the Valley Link transmission line through some beautiful Shenandoah Valley farms. I understand the need to beat China in the AI race but why can’t these data centers guarantee their own power supply before they build? And I don’t mean a contract from a power plant two states over.

Eli's avatar

How did they rebuff it -- sent it someplace else? They play NIMBY with us. So glad you were able to save your family farm. I am still hoping the state Public Service Commissioners will deny permissions, but my lawyer says don't hold my breath. I say let China win. When I asked the question about why the data centers don't create their own electricity (which could be done with small nuclear reactors which would power individual data centers) I was told because then the data center would have to pay, and with the transmission lines every rate payer in the state -- all citizens on the grid -- are the ones who pay. So for them, it's a no brainer, make the citizens pay.

TRM's avatar

Build the freaking data centers in run down areas of Baltimore, Chicago, etc. No, they're going to put it where less people are so they can be railroaded easier.

Johnny-O's avatar

What did we get under Trump and republican controlled gov? Some good things, but those are really pretty low on the totem pole. Big issues, like data centers, flock cameras/surveillance state, wars, epstein class corruption, mRNA poison - ALL EXPANDED and pushed under Trump.

Yet instead of realizing this did play a huge role in the election, we are going to focus on possible cheating - which as of yet, there isn't actual evidence of. I'm sure it happened, because it probably happens in every single election. The GOP had 2 years to change how we do elections - you know, like hand counted paper ballots, and didn't do it. They only have themselves to blame.

TRM's avatar

But that's the whole scam ... FAIT ACCOMPLI

Just like with the vax scam. Bully everyone into it claiming "Safe & Effective" and then years later slooooowly release the "Well we didn't know" type stuff.

I was going to read that, but it looked like that AMD believes that the election outcome is because that’s actually how Americans voted.

Johnny-O's avatar

If people would step out of the maga cult bubble for a bit, they might realize that most americans are struggling, hate wars, especially ones started for another country, and also hate corruption and broken promises - you know, like promising Epstein release and then breaking the law to cover it up.

IMO, still worth the read as the article really gets into details of how Susie Wiles & her people obstructed (& even destroyed) MAHA objectives/reforms.

Stay Positive Continued

Many years ago I took a motorcycle riding safety course. One of the first lessons taught was when you focus on something that’s on the road you will inevitably drive into it. This is a lot like life. Our mind is made to go towards the way we think. If we focus on negative things, you will find those negative things. Your own wrong thinking can keep you at mediocrity. God meets us at the level of our expectations. We all should raise our level of expectations.

The opposite is also true, when we expect positive things to happen, positive things will come our way. Every morning when we wake we should think something good is going to happen to me today.

We see this daily, black pilled people choose the path of deep despair, isolation and fatalism. It’s a choice. I personally do my best to chose the path of optimism, hope and resilience. By no means am I perfect, I have my moments, but I fight to stay positive. You will find positivity attracts people where negativity drives people away. We see this in our relationships with family, friends and co-workers. No one wants to be around someone that is constantly negative.

Your expectations are your faith at work. When you expect good things to happen, you are releasing your faith and that’s what allows God to bring it to pass. If you get up in the morning expecting to have a lousy day you’re going to draw that in. If we always think things are not going to work, I won’t get that job, these people won’t like me, this won’t work, your faith is working, your just using it in the wrong direction.

Jesus said in Mathew 9:29 “according to your faith, be it done into you”. In other words, have what your faith expects. So depending on what we expect, big things, little things or nothing at all is what we will end up recieving. It’s easy to expect the worst but if you can just switch over into faith starting to expect to excel, start expecting to accomplish your dreams, you will begin to see God’s miraculous works.

You may have had a lot of disappointments in the past but try to move past that negative frame of mind. Try expecting God to turn things around. You may not always feel it but you should go out into each day excited about the day, expecting things to go in your favor. Don’t go through life trying to protect yourself from a disappointment by not expecting anything good. It’s not enough to just not expect anything bad. You cannot leave your thoughts in neutral and have Gods best. Are you aggressively expecting something good? Do you go out expecting Gods blessings? Are you expecting your dreams to come true? Are you expecting this year to be better than last? Don’t think if you try and it doesn’t work, then what? What if you try and it does work!

I know nothing will happen if we don’t first believe. If we’re not disciplined in our thoughts, in our expectations, our mind, we will just fall back into expecting the worst, expecting failure. We have to train our mind to not put our faith in the negative. I’m expecting Gods goodness. God said no weapon formed against us is ever going to prosper. Even if the worst happens I’m not going to fall apart, get all upset, no, stay in faith and expect God to turn it around. If you get knocked down the real fight begins when you get back up.

I can’t tell you how many times things seem like they’re not going well for me, my finances are getting low, I know the bills keep coming. I’ve learned to stay positive. Something good will come. Soon enough a job comes in, a contract is signed, a check comes, things suddenly brighten. I do my best to let go of the worry. David said “what would have become of me had I not believed to see the goodness in God”. What he was saying is where would I be if I had not believed in Gods blessings, in Gods favor?

In psalms it says “in goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our lives”. We’ve all had disappointments, setbacks have followed us around, we need to let go of everything that didn’t work out. Let go of every person that hurt us. We need to start expecting goodness and mercy. Start expecting greater things for your life. God’s longing to be good to you. He’s looking out over the heavens waiting for your expectations of goodness to come into your life. It all begins with your faith, your positive expectations. Being negative will not take you to where you want to be, you should have a lifetime of positive expectations. Try to always find the good, be positive and raise your expectations. We are all blessed people to be here in the USA! Have a great weekend!

Well, Stephen Miller is a super Zionist, but I wouldn't actually call him an Israeli "firster." He grew up in a leftie family and then read David Horowitz's book. He went through an awakening about communism. He is definitely anti-communist. I think he is smarter than the other chief of staff. He understands what the medical authoritarians have done in California. And it looks like he has a lot of kids that will suffer under the medical mandates when he returns to Santa Monica, so there is hope. Personally, I think the Dems have psyoped the Iran war. I hate the Iran war but that does not mean I am a communist, or for climate change models, or for vaxxing to the maxist. That's what they want to make it into. Oh, you don't like the war so you voted for anti-white DEI, trans rights, abortion up to birth, 72 vaccines that are untested for kids.... That's why I voted Republican even though I hate the war. I saw through the rhetoric.

Johnny-O's avatar

Miller loves the Iran war. He's a dangerous neocon. Just like Narco Rubio and Centcom Chief Brad Cooper

A.'s avatar

Yeah, none of those supposed reasons made much sense to me. So you hate the Iran war, but you are fine with upping the body count on unborn children through greater numbers of abortions? WHAT?

Johnny-O's avatar

That is exactly how neocons think.

A.'s avatar

Johnny-O, I don't think that way, and never have. And I am not certain how people would classify me.

It has always stunned me how so many American Jews proudly voted Democrat for years. Like the hen voting for the fox.

Though thinking it over carefully, I concluded that they really, really needed to be seen as "progressive", because in liberal educated circles, this had long been considered the superior status. And no one wanted to be seen as an inferior uneducated chump. Especially after all those slurs against the Jews for ages. They had to be able to hold their heads high. It was a very tough choice between doing right, or looking bad again.

With the recurring election "miracles", I have to consider George Carlin's assessment:

"It's a big club and you ain't in it".

LC's avatar

Do you mean it is all "pre-arranged" ?

Mykool's avatar

In my opinion, yes. It would appear that the "order" is moving to "new world", regardless of idiot politicians. All the world is a stage.

Keeping the masses divided is a strategy that seems to be working as designed: Pin the tail on the donkey.. or elephant. Blindfolded is blindfolded.

Two days ago the British edition of the Daily Mail spouted some garbage about how the First Lady had turned the President against Stephen Miller, since some of her own friends were being threatened by deportations. The very next day his elevation to Chief of Staff was announced. I won’t hold my breath waiting for a retraction from the D.M.

Unless the 20 million new demonrat ballots issue is addressed this will be the last R administration and one party Marxist rule will be the future. Not black pilling, just looking at reality.

JJoshua's avatar

Republicans will do zero because they are pussies and don’t have the balls to do what should have been done years ago.

Glenda Gallagher's avatar

Jeff, don’t forget to watch the Joe Rogan interview of Callie Means which broke yesterday just before the Wiles announcement. Her lobbying background heavily discussed in regards to MAHA.

Glenda Gallagher's avatar

They may well be. I’ve had them on my radar since Tucker (🙄) interviewed them years ago. But the fact remains that he did deliver an interesting discussion just as the news hit about Wiles. I haven’t liked her (Wiles) for many years and of course this confirmed my bias.

Elaine H's avatar

What do you suspect they are setting up?

Johnny-O's avatar

It is just part of the circus. The Means talk a good game, but look into them - read the articles. RFK was a trojan horse. Prep act still stands, we know mRNA is deadly toxic poison which they not only aren't banning, they are expanding it. They are pushing wearables (biosurveillance), and we get some crumbs like companies' voluntary removal of food dyes. No big list items. Sure, the vaccine aspect is being talked about, but very very little has been done, and Kennedy could single handedly revoke the prep act. New boss, pretty much the same as the old boss.

Sasha Latypova covers the MAHA scam quite thoroughly if you aren't aware.

Elaine H's avatar

I’ve heard of her. Have not read her, but I will look her up. Why do you think she is a truth teller?

Whit Gray's avatar

I’m a Jersey transplant to SENC and I’ve been here in NC for over 30 years. I’ve seen a lot of growth. The South was historically run by Democrats. That’s who created the KKK. The South under Dem rule was a racist, 3rd world-ish place. It’s come a long way. The internet made a huge impact here. With the newly elected Dems, racism makes a comeback. These Dems are worse, they’re dumber and they think they’re kind and ruled by love. They’re more racist than ever but against straight white men.

JJoshua's avatar

Democrats are the party of hate, racism, violence and criminals

Johnny-O's avatar

Republicans and Democrats are the parties of hate, racism, violence, and criminals.

Fixed it.

Whit Gray's avatar

Yes, they are different sides of the same coin. But the Dems did invent the KKK and owned most of the slaves so they do have an edge when it comes to that.

RJ Rambler's avatar

Thank you for repeating this. It can't be too often or enough!

Jm1129's avatar

While there is nothing offered by the Democrats that I can support, I have to say neither party lives up to its promises. Trump promised us no more forever wars and then drops us into the Iran middle east quagmire. The Democrats have never kept a promise. As someone recently said we have to change the culture back to where the majority of this country accepts that it is their responsibility to make their lives better. No politician ever will.

Johnny-O's avatar

People need to quit voting for the lesser evil - it is still evil and showing you consent with that party.

RJ Rambler's avatar

Is it a quagmire or is that what you heard? Would it be better if we'd just animated them? No. Are others involved behind the scenes? Are we looking for allies in the world because Trump isn't looking to be crowned over an the Earth right now? Idk if he will ever but his version looks drastically different to me than any other dictator I've ever read about.

I just didn't know what ppl can possibly be thinking!

Oh wait, they aren't even so called reds are letting the purple ppl eaters think for them and lining them up for a shoot out of there mouths. Very contradictory to the "Christian" 'party'... Just to prove that without The Holy Spirit everyone has all the same nature and trajectory.

Thank you Jeff. You manage to research, think and write better and more fully while blogging in a hotel on business than most can do in three weeks with “editorial assistants.” And daily. What you offer us is extraordinary.

Susie Wiles dislike for Kennedy has led to accusations that she was benefiting on behalf of her daughter. The liberal UK DailyMail's headline today: "Trump's ex-chief of staff Susie Wiles faces corruption allegations as she's fired from White House." We will have to wait to see if there is any truth.

Why didn't Rahn Emanuel admit that Obama squandered his historic opportunity?

John Van Stry's avatar

So how long until the show trials start? I'm betting 48 hours after they've been sworn in.

And they're not worried about re-election. Not at all. This was such a blatantly rigged election, one that everybody has just sighed and excepted, that this is the way things will be from now on.

They turned every single county democrat in my state. Every Single One. Two million extra voters materialized out of nowhere.

Yeah, soon they'll 'reorganize' the 'system' so only democrats can run, just like California.

All because the republicans were too cowardly to pass an law to stop rigging elections.
