Especially with the recent push by the MO AG to have Joe Biden’s mental capacity at that time verified, which could render all of those pardons and possibly also EOs null and void.

Hi RL,

Don't you think that if that were so, the Trump team would be exploiting that, just saying? They "seem" to be no holds barred short of good manners and decorum.

Best to you.

They probably ARE Jay, but it takes time to draft up the motions they will have to file in court and be solid on strategies as well as remain steps ahead. They seem to do nothing until they are absolutely ready to win when challenged. That takes planning.

Not letting the left know what they are doing ahead of time is what has served this administration so well. How much of what they did in the first month was announced in the preceding months after winning the election? Hardly any of it. They had been working a long time on everything they did AND prepared responses to legal motions that they knew would be filed against them and/or prepared traps and strategies. They never showed their hand until they were ready, and that’s why the transition team stayed at Mar A Lago, to the aggravation of Dems and RINOs alike. A lot of what Joe did and signed happened right before he left office so now they need time to create an action plan that doesn’t fail. I’m confident Biden’s autopen wild ride is being looked at closely and actions are being planned.

Well they’d need to prove it first. They can’t just declare it and then nullify everything Biden did (as appealing as that might sound in a way).
