My 80 yr old friend just got her flu and vid jabs for this cycle. She has not missed one opportunity to get either jab from day one. She does schedule them with her HCP but not because she is worried about needing a crash cart. I think she wants to make sure they know she is following orders. 😢
I occasionally chat with an 85 year old man at our gym. He's slim, in great health, looks much younger than his age, and he works out 3x per week. It helps that he has all his hair! He recently told me he just got his 11th shot. Hard to believe, and he's actually proud of it and absolutely certain the shots kept him safe. He's fairly conservative politically, but you can't convince him that the jabs were not good.

It used the wrong comparables, it is deemed barely effective for the age group they are pushing it on, the same cardiac injuries were noted, high rate of severe adverse events, 5 died in the part A trials with the jab and 1 in the group getting NO true placebo but a previous regular flu shot that wouldn’t work anyway. Jenna McCarthy's substack recently had a detailed analysis of the Moderna mRNA flu shot which concluded that last year shot is actually more effective and not as harmful. But the majority of seniors don't stay as informed as they should be so the planned reduction of our population with these kind of jabs will continue until further notice.
We stopped taking our Mum for her shots after the first two. We had all had the virus itself and she never got it because we stayed away for two weeks and sadly kept the grandchildren away. Now she is 98 and has dementia. The Covid lock-downs are what triggered isolation, muscle and brain atrophy.

Paula--I have friends who have been vax'd, and I refrain from discussing the issues caused by the vaccines because they have already received it, and I see no point in causing them anxiety. I do try gently to dissuade them from getting more. But oftentimes they adamantly defend the vaccines, and I see it as their attempt to prove to themselves that they have not made a mistake that could have dire consequences for their health. Together with my friends who have NOT been vax'd, we just shake our heads in frustration when the vax'd come down with turbo cancers.
What good would it do if they did realize what they had done? Personally, I would rather have been wrong about the vax. Instead, I spend a lot of time worrying about who is going to get cancer or something else just as bad next.
I hear your heart… my closet friend of 46 years has been diagnosed with uterine cancer, and both her daughter ( who is a nurse ) and husband both have developed heart issues to the point they have pacemakers and fibrillators, plus he has benign tumors in the weirdness places… and my sister also has breast cancer and several other friends of mine have gotten all their vaxs, boosters etc…since 2020 and co to us to be sick with “covid” over and over … they wear masks all the time and it just breaks my heart… I could go on and on… 😔
They sent my mom to an amyloidosis center. I asked the doctor what causes it. He said some are from exposure to Agent Orange, Otherwise it's just bad luck. I used to shop at Safeway years ago, but since covid, i switched to a local privately owned grocery store. Why? Soviets bad!). But that is not what Harvard got. Instead, Solzhenitsyn gave a speech in which he stated that the troubles in the West were not to be reduced to faction troubles. What Solzhenitsyn stated was that the entire Western World, all of it, had entered into a deep split which he characterized as being a deep spiritual crisis.

Both Putin and Solzhenitsyn are extraordinarily well-educated, and in the right way. Both have 'evolved' perceptually in their lives over many decades. Both eventually embraced Russian Orthodoxy as being necessary to the moral health of the Russian people and for a good the rule of government. Both lament the tragedy of the Soviet period but in a typical Russian way. Both never wanted a repeat performance of the Soviet horrors.
I spoke with a Russian Orthodox priest this week-end and we discussed a whole range of subjects. Among them we discussed the Soviet period in some detail. And we discussed why the Soviets were unsuccessful in eradicating Russian Orthodoxy from Mother Russia. Solzhenitsynm, interestingly, alludes to Soviets in his speech for illustrative purposes.
If the World Split Apart is of a quintessential spiritual character, then that split as it developed over time was to be reckoned in the centuries. Russia in particular in the 19th century underwent a process of secularization, very similar to ours, and with 'the new ideas' being propagated to be found primarily concentrated in the urban centers of Petersburg and Moscow. Nothing much changes here! Yesterday and today, secularization is the bad root from which the sorrows of evil arise.
This as below sums it up for Russia. I fear our version of the Little House of Horrors is now in its inception phases and that the worst is yet to come. And as they say, history may not exactly repeat, but surely it will rhyme.

I went to check the weather on my computer Friday, and it warned of a coming high heat index, and then it said "Increased chance of flu and colds the next 3 days".
Say what? What did they base that on? Was that a warning that Bill Gates was going to release a new variant across the land? How can you possibly be more susceptible to the flu for 3 days? In September, to boot, which isn't even cold and flu season.
So I clicked on it, and they didn't say why those 3 days were so dangerous. They just said to wash my hands and get a flu shot.
That message was a new and bizarre take on the unreality that has been pushed on us for the last 6 years. Imagine warning of flu the same way they warn against exercising in the heat. It seems unbelievable that they would even try to push that nonsense.
We live in the subtropics. We also lived on an island off shore where there was no spraying. We had to wear full military jungle mosquito clothing, including mittens, in order to walk out the door. Only housing was the 2 ranger homes.
If there wasn't mosquito spraying in ALL of S. Florida it would be uninhabitable.
In the old days it was so bad that cattle suffocated from the mosquitoes clogging their noses.
Do I like the spaying? No. Do I know what it would be like without it? Yes.

My perpetually sick coworker just went for a flu/covid shot. I talked to him about the side effects and studies about mRNA based vaccines, which were dismissed as 'views'. He's a smart man in other respects, but I have to work with him and deal with shedding.
When I was in my early twenties (now 68) I contracted GBS (nerve disorder) upon recovering the doctor advised me to never take a flu vaccine. I’ve followed that advice religiously since. I’ve been fortunate to have only contracted the flu a few times in the last 40 plus years (my rule is if you’re showing symptoms of being ill either you leave or I will). When approach by the well meaning “experts” to sign up for a flu vaccination I tell them no thanks I have a doctor’s note excusing me from it.
Whenever I go to see my PCP at the VA, the nurse will tell me I am due for the shingles vaccine. I tell her the shingles vaccine has an FDA warning on it for developing Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS).
I am always met with a blank stare.
So she either is unaware of the warning, or had no idea what an FDA warning means.
What bothers me is that other veterans that come behind me may not be aware of the FDA warning, and we cannot depend on the medical providers to provide proper informed consent.
Was standing behind a man in Publix and they asked him if he wanted the flu shot and would get a $5 gift card. I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs. The guy accepted and got the shot. All I could do is pray.
You should have immediately offered him $6 in cash if he declined. It would also prove the idiocy and lack of critical thinking ability of most people walking around today.......

Agree with this. As an RN (but have not practiced in many years), I used to have pretty strong trust in allopathic medicine. I was always a bit of a skeptic and read up on stuff when raising my kids. Especially since one of mine had a scary reaction to Pertussis. But from the jnstant they announced the “it will kill millions” SARS-Cov2 crap, my hair stood on end. The completely abnormal, unusual methods and protocols they were MANDATING were like some Sci Fi movie. That blew up my faith in the medical machine like a Chinese satellite in July!! 💥. I question and doubt pretty much everything now. And wonder at those who do not. 😞
Hana--Like you, as a retired physician, I used to have lot of faith in the medicine I practiced. But I started to become disenchanted long before the Covid debacle: when the "powers that be" started producing the "standard of care." All of a sudden, doctor were basically "required" to treat their patients according to these "standard of care" protocols being produced by God- knows-who (It seemed to be some unspecified combination of government entities, professional societies, and insurance companies). I began to be very concerned when I started feeling like some of these protocols were not really medically sound or in the best interests of my patients. But there was no room for dissent. If doctors did not go along with these protocols, they lost their hospital priviledges, their medcal licenses, and could be sued by any patient claiming the doctor did not follow the "standard of care." So you can see the dilemma doctors found themselves in when Covid came along. They had already been primed! I had gotten disgusted years ago, and was retired. But I truly respected the doctor who came out against the vaxine and risked their entire reputations and livelihoods.

Covid is on the rise in the wastewater and I see a pattern of it causing extremely high blood pressure causing heart attacks and possibly seizures. My mom had a heart attack the end of July from her blood pressure spiking. I put her on a covid protocol and now after a month, she is down from 4 medications to 2 and those have been cut in half or more. Her heart function is improving. I have friends and family members who have since gotten a cold and checked their BP and it was very high. Please be aware of this strange symptom and take precautions.
Finding any "disease" in waste water is pure fiction. You cannot take a mix of thousands of different decaying organic materials and declare, "I see ONE specific disease here." Of course, it's the usual story. Do a PCR test on some unidentified collection of organic material and say the test shows it's there. Because the test can find anything you want in that mess. My recommendation, don't drink waste water.
Wastewater or not, people are getting sick and many heart attacks and seizures out of nowhere. My BIL just lost a 60 year old fit friend to a heart attack 2 weeks ago. Covid or not, treating for covid renders improvement. I could write a novel and explain everything or something short that people will actually read. Just trying to save lives here.
The adverse effects of the 5 years of prior “Covid protocols” are coming home to roost. I refused masks distancing and shots then and will continue to do so. Adding more “covid” poison to your body will not save you….eat clean food, don’t do drugs and get outside barefoot in the grass to recharge your body.
I'm having her ground herself outside everyday as that is important. She already eats clean. The problem is your body cannot break up the spike protein on its own. We need to give it what it needs, protect the liver with milk thistle, beets, lemon juice and or dandelion tea and use a toxin binder like Fulvic and Humac extract to help push it out of the body.

With Reverse Osmosis, I need to take Electrolyte supplements to maintain important potassium levels or I get mysterious cramps in my feet. Also, the shelf life of the water is lessened, but can be stabilized.

Little known factoid that might help someone: antibiotic, Azithromiacin, can (and Does) cause heart rhythm problems. A “crapiologist” who never before met me, insisted I be on a blood thinner (Eloquist 🤮) because of a mystery bout of a fib. My regular doctor realized The Azithromiacin I had been prescribed for bronchitis while on vacation, is what caused the sudden onset of heart rhythm problems. How many people are being prescribed drugs to treat the adverse effects of some other drug? You’d think a cardiologist would be aware of this commonly prescribed drug’s adverse effect and not rush to push more drugs. 🤬 Also, I have discovered that the commonly used DIGITAL BLOOD PRESSURE units more often than not show my blood pressure off the charts. For example: at Urgent Care for uncontrollable coughing (due to bronchitis) my digital blood pressure was 223 / 90. 😳 When measured with original, old fashion blood pressure cuff it was 139/80. I’ve learned to ask doctors not to use the new fangled cuffs….they never seem accurate.
Yeah, a couple years ago I bought a blood pressure unit and was alarmed at what it showed. Consistently high blood pressure. My wife used it and hers was high too, but not as high as mine. So I went to the doctors and the nurse did it the old fashioned way and it was fine. Also used the blood pressure unit they had there, also fine. They told me to throw mine away, as after the two normal readings they used mine on me and it was super high again. I did a grocery store one (the ones you can check your blood pressure for free on) the next day, and it was still fine.

@Laura- I'm telling her to stop about the wasterwater crap and yes, fearmongering. Yes, viruses are around and can cause problems while showing no connections (because they're not looking for them). My bp spiked 3 times late summer and early fall 2023. No explanation. MRI showed no brain anomalies, cardiac CT scan and aortic dump scan showed perfectly normal cardiac function. It eventually went down all three times although the first time they did 'everything' in the ER and it WOULD NOT come down (they discharged me anyway because they needed the bed and made me promise I'd follow up with my primary. Insert eyeroll here ___). Maybe they were panic attacks but my panic attacks don't present like that. I have classic ones- vomiting, diarrhea, pacing.
Were you having any symptoms? Perhaps the blood pressure unit, especially if it was automatic/digital, was inaccurate. That has happened to me so many times I totally ignore the readings at doctors offices.

As we age, our younger eating habits and the damage they have done to our pancreas take a toll. This is when we need to try an elimination diet. Most people don't realize that the carbohydrates they consume are actually sugars. I had to cut out bread, pasta and limit rice. I also limit juice to a dash in a glass of water. Global Healing has a protein cleanse, EDTA and other products.. Not everyone can take the same thing as some supplements interact with medications. I have her on Augmented NAC, Zinc, Pine needle tea and Ivermectin.

I'm not sure how people interpreted this as she's drinking wastewater. They look at the wastewater to determine if diseases are rising in areas as the body excretes it through urine and feces. Hospitals aren't looking at covid as a cause and are not testing for it. It could be covid, shedding or something completely different. Either way, the covid treatments are working for her therefore, I concluded the spike protein is the problem. You must be outside the US if you can test your blood for active spike because we do not have access to that in the US...only an antibody test which I think is subpar.

My 80 yr old friend just got her flu and vid jabs for this cycle. She has not missed one opportunity to get either jab from day one. She does schedule them with her HCP but not because she is worried about needing a crash cart. I think she wants to make sure they know she is following orders. 😢
I occasionally chat with an 85 year old man at our gym. He's slim, in great health, looks much younger than his age, and he works out 3x per week. It helps that he has all his hair! He recently told me he just got his 11th shot. Hard to believe, and he's actually proud of it and absolutely certain the shots kept him safe. He's fairly conservative politically, but you can't convince him that the jabs were not good.

It used the wrong comparables, it is deemed barely effective for the age group they are pushing it on, the same cardiac injuries were noted, high rate of severe adverse events, 5 died in the part A trials with the jab and 1 in the group getting NO true placebo but a previous regular flu shot that wouldn’t work anyway. Plus it sheds too. Costs more money. Don’t know if Medicare is covering. I may ask around. No way, Jose for me, as usual. No mice were available for comment.
Jenna McCarthy's substack recently had a detailed analysis of the Moderna mRNA flu shot which concluded that last year shot is actually more effective and not as harmful. But the majority of seniors don't stay as informed as they should be so the planned reduction of our population with these kind of jabs will continue until further notice.
We stopped taking our Mum for her shots after the first two. We had all had the virus itself and she never got it because we stayed away for two weeks and sadly kept the grandchildren away. Now she is 98 and has dementia. The Covid lock-downs are what triggered isolation, muscle and brain atrophy.

Paula--I have friends who have been vax'd, and I refrain from discussing the issues caused by the vaccines because they have already received it, and I see no point in causing them anxiety. I do try gently to dissuade them from getting more. But oftentimes they adamantly defend the vaccines, and I see it as their attempt to prove to themselves that they have not made a mistake that could have dire consequences for their health. Together with my friends who have NOT been vax'd, we just shake our heads in frustration when the vax'd come down with turbo cancers.
As long as they can belong in a group of identicals, they ask no more.
What good would it do if they did realize what they had done? Personally, I would rather have been wrong about the vax. Instead, I spend a lot of time worrying about who is going to get cancer or something else just as bad next.

They sent my mom to an amyloidosis center. I asked the doctor what causes it. He said some are from exposure to Agent Orange, Otherwise it's just bad luck. I asked to speak to him off the record and claimed there is nothing he can't say. When I explained it is the spoke protein persisting in the body, silence. They then changed the subject. None of the doctors will say spike protein or take about covid. It's an obvious gag order to me.

I used to shop at Safeway years ago, but since covid, i switched to a local privately owned grocery store. Why? First, they did not require me to wear a mask when that insanity was going on, Second, to this day, Safeway still has the corporate pharmacy recording on the store wide intercom telling everybody to get their covid shot. I know because I occasionally have to go in the story to pick up my husband's prescription. It is such a scam, isn't it!

There is a lot to think about here.
Both Putin and Solzhenitsyn are extraordinarily well-educated, and in the right way. Both have 'evolved' perceptually in their lives over many decades. Both eventually embraced Russian Orthodoxy as being necessary to the moral health of the Russian people and for a good the rule of government. Both lament the tragedy of the Soviet period but in a typical Russian way. Both never wanted a repeat performance of the Soviet horrors.
I spoke with a Russian Orthodox priest this week-end and we discussed a whole range of subjects. Among them we discussed the Soviet period in some detail. And we discussed why the Soviets were unsuccessful in eradicating Russian Orthodoxy from Mother Russia. Solzhenitsynm, interestingly, alludes to Soviets in his speech for illustrative purposes.
If the World Split Apart is of a quintessential spiritual character, then that split as it developed over time was to be reckoned in the centuries. Russia in particular in the 19th century underwent a process of secularization, very similar to ours, and with 'the new ideas' being propagated to be found primarily concentrated in the urban centers of Petersburg and Moscow. Nothing much changes here! Yesterday and today, secularization is the bad root from which the sorrows of evil arise.
This as below sums it up for Russia. I fear our version of the Little House of Horrors is now in its inception phases and that the worst is yet to come. And as they say, history may not exactly repeat, but surely it will rhyme.

I went to check the weather on my computer Friday, and it warned of a coming high heat index, and then it said "Increased chance of flu and colds the next 3 days".
Say what? What did they base that on? Was that a warning that Bill Gates was going to release a new variant across the land? How can you possibly be more susceptible to the flu for 3 days? In September, to boot, which isn't even cold and flu season.
So I clicked on it, and they didn't say why those 3 days were so dangerous. They just said to wash my hands and get a flu shot.
That message was a new and bizarre take on the unreality that has been pushed on us for the last 6 years. Imagine warning of flu the same way they warn against exercising in the heat. It seems unbelievable that they would even try to push that nonsense.

We live in the subtropics. We also lived on an island off shore where there was no spraying. We had to wear full military jungle mosquito clothing, including mittens, in order to walk out the door. Only housing was the 2 ranger homes.

When I was in my early twenties (now 68) I contracted GBS (nerve disorder) upon recovering the doctor advised me to never take a flu vaccine. I’ve followed that advice religiously since. I’ve been fortunate to have only contracted the flu a few times in the last 40 plus years (my rule is if you’re showing symptoms of being ill either you leave or I will). When approach by the well meaning “experts” to sign up for a flu vaccination I tell them no thanks I have a doctor’s note excusing me from it.
Whenever I go to see my PCP at the VA, the nurse will tell me I am due for the shingles vaccine. I tell her the shingles vaccine has an FDA warning on it for developing Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS).
I am always met with a blank stare.
So she either is unaware of the warning, or had no idea what an FDA warning means.
Having had GBS it is no picnic. Good for you stand your ground, side-effects may be worse than the disease.
What bothers me is that other veterans that come behind me may not be aware of the FDA warning, and we cannot depend on the medical providers to provide proper informed consent.
Was standing behind a man in Publix and they asked him if he wanted the flu shot and would get a $5 gift card. I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs. The guy accepted and got the shot. All I could do is pray.

The completely abnormal, unusual methods and protocols they were MANDATING were like some Sci Fi movie. That blew up my faith in the medical machine like a Chinese satellite in July!! 💥. Hana--Like you, as a retired physician, I used to have lot of faith in the medicine I practiced. But I started to become disenchanted long before the Covid debacle: when the "powers that be" started producing the "standard of care." All of a sudden, doctor were basically "required" to treat their patients according to these "standard of care" protocols being produced by God- knows-who (It seemed to be some unspecified combination of government entities, professional societies, and insurance companies). I began to be very concerned when I started feeling like some of these protocols were not really medically sound or in the best interests of my patients. But there was no room for dissent. If doctors did not go along with these protocols, they lost their hospital priviledges, their medcal licenses, and could be sued by any patient claiming the doctor did not follow the "standard of care." So you can see the dilemma doctors found themselves in when Covid came along. They had already been primed! I had gotten disgusted years ago, and was retired. But I truly respected the doctor who came out against the vaxine and risked their entire reputations and livelihoods.

Readers, please be aware of a disturbing pattern I am seeing. Covid is on the rise in the wastewater and I see a pattern of it causing extremely high blood pressure causing heart attacks and possibly seizures. My mom had a heart attack the end of July from her blood pressure spiking. I put her on a covid protocol and now after a month, she is down from 4 medications to 2 and those have been cut in half or more. Her heart function is improving. I have friends and family members who have since gotten a cold and checked their BP and it was very high. Please be aware of this strange symptom and take precautions.
Finding any "disease" in waste water is pure fiction. You cannot take a mix of thousands of different decaying organic materials and declare, "I see ONE specific disease here." Of course, it's the usual story. Do a PCR test on some unidentified collection of organic material and say the test shows it's there. Because the test can find anything you want in that mess. My recommendation, don't drink waste water.
Wastewater or not, people are getting sick and many heart attacks and seizures out of nowhere. My BIL just lost a 60 year old fit friend to a heart attack 2 weeks ago. Covid or not, treating for covid renders improvement. I could write a novel and explain everything or something short that people will actually read. Just trying to save lives here.

Little known factoid that might help someone: antibiotic, Azithromiacin, can (and Does) cause heart rhythm problems. A “crapiologist” who never before met me, insisted I be on a blood thinner (Eloquist 🤮) because of a mystery bout of a fib. My regular doctor realized The Azithromiacin I had been prescribed for bronchitis while on vacation, is what caused the sudden onset of heart rhythm problems. For example: at Urgent Care for uncontrollable coughing (due to bronchitis) my digital blood pressure was 223 / 90. 😳 When measured with original, old fashion blood pressure cuff it was 139/80. I’ve learned to ask doctors not to use the new fangled cuffs….they never seem accurate.
Yeah, a couple years ago I bought a blood pressure unit and was alarmed at what it showed. Consistently high blood pressure. My wife used it and hers was high too, but not as high as mine. So I went to the doctors and the nurse did it the old fashioned way and it was fine. Also used the blood pressure unit they had there, also fine. They told me to throw mine away, as after the two normal readings they used mine on me and it was super high again. I did a grocery store one (the ones you can check your blood pressure for free on) the next day, and it was still fine.

@Laura- I'm telling her to stop about the wasterwater crap and yes, fearmongering. Yes, viruses are around and can cause problems while showing no connections (because they're not looking for them). My bp spiked 3 times late summer and early fall 2023. No explanation. MRI showed no brain anomalies, cardiac CT scan and aortic dump scan showed perfectly normal cardiac function. It eventually went down all three times although the first time they did 'everything' in the ER and it WOULD NOT come down (they discharged me anyway because they needed the bed and made me promise I'd follow up with my primary. Insert eyeroll here ___). Maybe they were panic attacks but my panic attacks don't present like that. I have classic ones- vomiting, diarrhea, pacing.
Were you having any symptoms? Perhaps the blood pressure unit, especially if it was automatic/digital, was inaccurate. That has happened to me so many times I totally ignore the readings at doctors offices.

As we age, our younger eating habits and the damage they have done to our pancreas take a toll. This is when we need to try an elimination diet. Most people don't realize that the carbohydrates they consume are actually sugars. I had to cut out bread, pasta and limit rice. I also limit juice to a dash in a glass of water. Limit your fruit intake to those with lower glycemic levels and watch the weight drop off your body and insulin levels balance out.

The San Francisco Bay is a giant toilet! This is why the Braintrust in Sacramento is constantly flushing our precious freshwater through the Bay. Which Covid Protocol ?
There are many things you can do. The World Council for Health has a guidebook with many options. IMA (formerly FLCCC) has one on their website. Dr. McCullough has a protocol. Global Healing has a protein cleanse, EDTA and other products.. Not everyone can take the same thing as some supplements interact with medications. I have her on Augmented NAC, Zinc, Pine needle tea and Ivermectin.

RE: lingering COVID, I routinely monitor blood spike protein, fibrinogen activity, hsCRP, and others for "clearing" and neurocardiovascular risk.

I'm not sure how people interpreted this as she's drinking wastewater. They look at the wastewater to determine if diseases are rising in areas as the body excretes it through urine and feces. Hospitals aren't looking at covid as a cause and are not testing for it. It could be covid, shedding or something completely different. Either way, the covid treatments are working for her therefore, I concluded the spike protein is the problem. You must be outside the US if you can test your blood for active spike because we do not have access to that in the US...only an antibody test which I think is subpar.
