Terrific EPA news buried in NYT spin; Ukraine’s instant ceasefire deal & its historical echoes; Kursk disaster reshapes the war; inflation wrecks Dem narratives on eggs & gas; and much more.
Our son just built himself an awesome chicken coop and the Rhode Island Red girls are due to arrive today. We are all excited. It feels like a WWII "victory coop."
The Rhode Island Reds are a great breed, and so beautiful, especially the roosters. I didn't live on a farm, but as a teenager I once raised them in a coop in my backyard. The hens are very good with kids and people too, and take such good care of their chicks. Later in life I once had a flock of Buff Orpingtons, another wonderful breed.
Dave, one of our Buff Orpingtons (she was acting as the leader/rooster role), drew her sword and 300'd herself right into a bear's arms/mouth defending the flock. Nothing left of her (we saved one feather), but she delayed the bear long enough for me to get outside save the other five. That was a couple years ago, the first year for our small coop. We now have a five strand electric fence...
We have Rhode Island Reds, Bard Rocks and one Buff Orpington. All are great!
Hero Hen.. She is remembered. I am about to get some chickens myself and very excited about it. They are cute ane entertaining plus the benefits of eggs....
Exactly, we "fort knox'd" our coop to include wire in the soil around and blocks, wire on the window and around the small run (overhead protection of the run too from hawks), but didn't have the electric fence to start. We said the only thing that could get in was a bear, b/c a bear can get into whatever it wants, and that's what happened...
Also, with the fence, remember to 'bait' the fence too, because a bear will nose or lick the sunbutter/peanut butter and 'learn' not to touch the fence. If you don't bait, he can just shoulder or arm his way through.
I had Call Ducks in a pen. The first bear I've ever seen in my area showed up early one morning. He wandered around the back yard for a few minutes before heading toward the front, where the duck pen was. The pen was high off the ground and totally covered in 1/2" "hardware cloth (rat wire in the South)" to protect against any other predators.
As I watched the bear head that way, I grabbed my 12 gauge pump and quietly opened the door, waited to see what happened. As I saw the bear's nose around the corner, I fired a couple of rounds in the air (we're in the country, lots of room). You have NEVER seen a bear turn tail and run SO FAST.
We were at that house for three more years but NEVER saw the bear again. Not sure he'd ever heard such a noise. 😂
Love it! Part of my saving of the rest of the crew, I fired two rounds from my .40 (in a safe direction) since I couldn't see the bear and that they like to lurk around (and wanted him to associate the sound with what he had just did to our feathered girls) and I think that contributed to his skedaddling away, I heard him lumbering through the swamp area and crashing through the brush. Black bears do not like loud noises... I still give the Buff Orpington the preponderance of the credit for her bravery and sacrifice under teeth and claws. :)
Not really, had he come my way, all I had to do was step into the front door. He was at least 20' away. I caught him by surprise also. Don't think he'd have tried to eat the ducks (an appetizer for him) but he might have destroyed rhe pen. At $60 + each, I couldn't afford to lose the ducks. Besides they're so cute. 😉
They supposedly are great but I can only speak from our limited experience, very limited. We’ve only had 6 hens for two years, consisting of two breeds, the Reds and Easter Eggers, the Easters lay a beautiful blue/green egg, but about half as many.
Also bielfelders are easily distinguishable at hatching. Females have a dark chipmunk pattern and males have a light spot on their head. Great birds, friendly and productive.
We have a beautiful rooster that was hand raised by friends. We got him as a cockerel and the girls taught him how to be a good rooster. He is so very respectful and has begun to be their mate. Always watches the fence line and the sky, and has a really soft crow.
Seems like farmers around the world are always being made to kill their flocks and herds over some supposed outbreak. Always breaks my heart to hear about.
“For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.”-2 Corinthians 11:13-15
All men have sinned and are short of the glory of God. If you are saying that Trump and Musk are worse off than the rest of us...that's a mouthful. Have any proof???
I don't see Trump taking us into NWO which is a globalist agenda. He asserts a Nationalist stance...
Whereas he did call for Warp Speed on covid vaxx...he never mandated anyone to take them, AND lots of us here at C&C did not... I would even claim that most people here are a heck of great researchers in all kinds of subjects. Welcome to the party...
As soon as I start to see Trump walking our country towards the UN or WEF or anything that doesn't resemble MAGA / America First, I'll be in company of others here questioning WHAT the heck he's doing...
Just as I now question Musk and his neuralink brain chips.
Excellent! You’re questioning the right thing(s)! Keep going…think for yourself. Do your own research and question EVERYTHING.
I used to be like you. I’m not saying that to disparage you, I mean that I understand how some people get pulled in. I did as well. I didn’t have the information I have had the last few years.
I tend to think along the same lines as those who compare OWS with the manuver of the defecting Soviet mariner in The Hunt for Red October, heading straight for the firing sub's torpedos which passed the rogue sub before arming; and then with an assist from another vessel, the next torpedoes fired at the rogue were sent without delayed arming, they missed the first pass when they followed the decoy and lost track of it, before reacquiring a target, the sub that sent them, destroying that firing sub.
I could be wrong, but I think Trump led OWS astray. No mandates, taking HCQ and broadcasting it (& Melania using homeopathic treatment, while Barron weathered it like a flu...), and skirting around the full implementation of track and trace, etc.
So pulling out of WHO (that almost was allowed to dictate to the US future actions in response to pandemics (scamdemics) and would have usurped US sovereignty in such situations) was a bad thing? Nope!
No, they aren’t much better. I WAS one of them. The Truth snapped me out of it, especially after losing my job of 23 years for non-CONvid compliance 4 years ago, and surviving cancer. These type of things wake one up! “What’s really going on here?!”
The deep dives of Truth are mind blowing! Some people are still along for the ride. I’m not.
Susan, find a local farmer! A new friend at my church has chickens and will be bringing me a dozen FRESH eggs for just $6. I can’t wait to try them. Everyone says they are much tastier than store bought. 🐣🥚🍳
And apparently bird flu does not jump state lines either. Here in Pennsylvania, kids who belong to 4H clubs have not been allowed to show their prize chickens for 2 years now, but in Ohio (which is less than an hour's drive for me) chickens are still shown at county fairs and special competitions. So our granddaughter takes her Pennsylvania raised chickens to Ohio to show. Viruses can read maps, I guess.
And, for what it's worth, I have noticed that in both grocery stores where I shop, eggs that were from pasture-raised hens have NOT been in short supply.
Poultry anywhere in the world should never have been culled as that does not work. Herd immunity is the way to go. We have known this for ages but the USDA is a fanatic about culling which proves they know nothing about immunology. This vile practice hurt our farmers, citizens and destroyed beautiful creatures for nothing with the stroke of a pen. I am not convinced they are no longer culling but we will see. Hopefully the new head of Dep. of Ag will truly stop this barbaric practice.
It is barbaric but these people are barbaric by their nature. It was yet another created crisis by the lunatics with two goals, create a bird flu fear, and eventually try to tie the high prices to Trump's economy.
Neither is going to work.
60 MILLION CHICKENS SACRIFICED for NOTHING. Unconscionable!
The price of eggs is no doubt a crisis of team Biden’s making, and the number of exterminated chickens is consistently reported as over 100 million. No, the bird flu doesn’t jump borders, nor would it have killed every chicken of the millions that were killed to prevent the spread…what kind of twisted logic is that!? Do we kill people to prevent the spread of a flu bug?
Not to worry, chickens, like humans are a tough breed…given fewer vaccines both will repopulate. It may take some time, but we have at least four years of sanity to look forward to.
I wonder about those medical professionals who were being given ‘hero’ status for their service during the pandemic scam; with singing and dancing videos glorifying them.
A retired nurse friend kept posting those on Facebook; all sorts of praise for those courageous doctors and nurses on the frontlines.
Does anyone have any firsthand accounts of how they’re coping now that more and more they’re being viewed as useful idiot accomplices in a mass murder scheme?
My sarcasm batteries are a bit low, however the 51st state has been culling millions of birds for a couple of years now. They wanted dairy farmers to test the milk for avian flu but so far they have resisted. So we might be the culprits that exported the flu to your chickens. It got there before you guys could put a tariff on it.
Yes, so much wrong with this. Carbon Tax Carney is going to go all out on carbon tax and climate change and CBDC. He is also friends with Epstein/Maxwell, wink wink.
Here in Michigan, we border Canada in several places. They are great people best by idiots ruling over them. Unfortunately, they never broke away from the UK.
We crossed through lower Ontario to get to NY. Saw a few wind turbines right after we crossed, but not one solar farm. I wonder how they eat to Green with the new guy.
The obsession with egg prices on the left drives me nuts. As if egg prices were why we voted for Trump. I’d pay any amount for eggs (or get my own) to improve the likelihood that my kids have a future in this country and that we don’t have nuclear war.
In Lidl the other day looking for eggs. Someone put an “I did that!” Sticker with Trump pointing to the price lol ($8.00). They sure made them stickers fast lol
Our disgusting gov. is going after chicken farms and destroying them here in Canada. Just recently in B.C. they are trying to cull an entire farm of ostriches who have tested positive for immunity. The CFI agents were warning the owner that she was NOT to get any independant testing done, which thank goodness she did anyway.
The reason that Canada and Mexico were spared is because the virus escaped from a US Ag Department poultry research lab in Athens, Georgia. That lab specializes in researching novel viruses in birds.
We only just now saw a huge jump in egg prices....$12 for 18. That's about $5 more than what we paid a few weeks ago. I didnt price them yesterday when we went. Fwiw, I dont like eggs, so we get by just fine with buying them just for the bf
We pay $4 a dozen for fresh eggs from a old friend. She never increased her price. I pay $1 per dozen to help cover chicken feed which went way up in the last few years.
And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” Then He said to me, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost. He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
One solution to lowering prices that needs to get to our great new EPA director is to reverse the "low sulfur" diesel mandate that was put in place in 2007 during the disastrous Bush 43 regime (and I voted for the doofus twice...). Diesel used to be about a dollar less than 87 octane unleaded, then after 2007 in was a dollar more.
Think about how much that simple idiotic rule (taking the lubricant out of diesel and having to put an additive back in for it to be able to lubricate the engine) has added to inflation of all goods and services since then.
If anyone knows or can get ahold of Lee, that would be a massive win for the Republic if that was rule was undone.
I’ve tried those beef tallow fries at Steak and Shake. Delicious. And I haven’t been able to eat fries at a restaurant in a long time without getting sick.
@795- Lee has a Facebook page. I'm on it. I'll run this by my husband, diesel mechanic extraordinaire and a diesel pickup owner, and try to get ahold of Lee, a fellow NYer and all around good guy.
Awesome, thank you kittynana. Lee is a great guy. I hear him on with Andrew Wilkow sometimes and thought he was an excellent Congressman. Common sense and straight forward. He would have been a great governor, but of course the "machine" stole it, I am convinced. An exceptional pick for EPA too.
@795- Husband doesn't think there will be a reversal on low sulpher fuel. Manufacturers spent a lot on emission compliance. It would be devastating to the industry to go back. He feels it would make diesel pries go up, not down. Just passing on the message.
Thank you for explaining that, we were just talking about the problem with diesel and why my husband does not want to buy a diesel truck. But we weren’t exactly sure why that was. 😆
They had to build a new plant to make the 'additive' to go back into the diesel. My 2002 7.3 diesel blew her heads, and they had to be replaced in 08/09. I have since put the Cetene additive in for every tank (even in the summer). Never had to do that before the 'low sulfur' diesel. Winter, yes, with the anti-gel formula, but never in the summer. I am meticulous with maintenance and still that happened. 7.3 diesels used to be "bullet proof" until Bush 43...
I believe we are the only civilization to burn our food for 'fuel'. Also, the harm that ethanol also does to small engines mucking up carburetors, plus you use more fuel, and it doesn't burn as clean. Once again, the opposite results as to what the idiot climate change/global warming cult supposedly is trying to accomplish.
We only have one fuel station in the region that has non-ethanol fuel, and it is 20 miles away... worth the trip to fill up the fuel cans for the small engines.
Or, the longest of long shots, though Stanley Meyer, inventor, may have taken the secret sauce to the grave with him when he died an untimely death (herewith my hunch it was arranged), bring out the technology Stanley Meyer created for the water powered engine. No wonder he died suddenly...
Interesting Heterodox, I did a quick search on Stanley Meyer (I know nothing of his invention, thanks for the learning nudge), and here is what the Duck Duck Go Assist (blue box with summary info about your search topic) said:
"Stanley Meyer claimed to have invented a water-powered car that used a device called a water fuel cell to split water into hydrogen and oxygen, which could then be burned for energy. However, his claims were later deemed fraudulent by a court, and no evidence has confirmed that his technology worked as he described."
Notice how the blob uses words like "claimed" and the last sentence "deemed fraudulent by a court", and the totalitarian's favorite wording of "no evidence".
That tells me that his invention was real, and why they killed him, err, I mean died suddenly...
Add another call, this one to bring out Tesla's technology, (Nikola, early 20c) that would have powered the world wirelessly, on which project JP Morgan pulled the plug, having originally financed Tesla's endeavor but when realizing he couldn't "put a meter on it" brought support to a grinding halt.
Statistically, I won't be around in 50, 60 years or at the outside the start of the next century to see it, but I'm sure between now and then with systems crumbling/the lies being exposed this early in the century (not to mention AI, though the programmers probably have reasons to slow its learning; wonder how successful they'll be...), generating or harnessing energy, like from the cosmos as Tesla had figured out, will be the technology of the day. Maybe you're a millennial and will make it to the new century, even if as a geezer. See if you can recall at that distant time the nutty geezer who spake thusly of highly suspected but as yet still unknown changes to come.
The "scientists" never account for the costs of manufacturing new vehicles and then shipping them across the ocean on cargo ships that burn bunker fuel. An old diesel Jetta might last 500,000 miles. I'd be surprised if many cars made in the last 20 years will last longer than 150,000.
I have a 2020 Toyota 4-runner that has 255,000 miles, all original engine, transmission, radio, AC, and everything still works perfectly and the engine runs like new. We just took great care of it, oil changes every 5K miles. Mechanically that car was still pretty simple, not hard to work on things, no crazy electronics like now. We fully expect it to reach 300K miles!
Some highway driving, but we live in the mountains and have mostly done mountain road type driving on it all over the Sierra Nevada foothills. It's an amazing car, especially the engine in it is supposedly one of Toyota's best.
I had sold a Tacoma to my brother that had the old 5z-fe engine. That truck is still probably running. I should have had him promise me first dibs, he ended up selling it when he needed something with more room for kids.
I bet you will get a lot more use out of your 4-runner.
We always baby it, and every time we go in for a service they are amazed at how incredible the engine is. Never an oil leak, strong as ever. We have gotten offers to buy the car for at least the last 10 years as good ones with no body damage are in short supply. My son has an identical 4-runner but it's a 1999, also in fantastic shape. It's a manual transmission and he has it lifted a bit for off road use, but he loves it. I'm convinced if you take good care of a car it will reward you with a long life. I'm not so sure about the new cars, however. We also have a 2017 Toyota Highlander with 134,000 miles on it and it's in great shape too, but any kind of big problem comes up it will be a lot more more expensive to repair and we can't do much by ourselves like we could with the 2000 4-runner.
I’d love to be able to delete the DEF on RVs, legally. It’s a been a big problem, especially since about 2015 when sensors were added to the tanks and they failed frequently and left people stranded on the side of the road.
I work at a gas station in California. Commercial diesel drivers have to buy and use an additive called diesel exhaust fluid. Apparently it's about 60% urea, and where do we get urea from? China and Russia!
So very true. May Zeldin get this info soon. This was/is another example of myopic environmentalisms proving the law of unintended consequences - how are we better off having to buy, in plastic containers, shipped to stores in boxes on pallets using petroleum products, building new factories, altering refining etc… (you get the idea) something to add to diesel engines to purportedly save the environment. Diesel engines ran wonderfully before without government interference and trees enjoyed the by products by giving us better crop yields as they turned the CO2 into energy. Life is rarely a zero sum game. Environmentalist seem to forget to have winners you have to have losers and they are making us all the losers due to their stupidity.
@Kate, your point is exactly why I think what these envirofascists do is all PURPOSEFUL. I think what we would call unintended consequences is actually INTENDED by them...
Just like with the LBJ 'war on poverty' or any other scheme they come up with to spend money, is that "They" are never held accountable for their "results" or lack of results. Just throw more money at the problem. It is almost as if the 'intended' result was to make things worse...
Sadly I believe you are correct. This environmental nonsense was nothing but a way to extort money from we the taxpayers. It makes it easier for my brain to try to believe not all of their consequences were intended!
You only have to look at how the EPA responded, or failed to respond, in East Palestine to understand what the EPA thinks of poor people. They arrived weeks after the accident. They tested for the insignificant factors and then told the poor people it was all safe.
The EPA, along with USAID, are Democrat lefty money laundering operations. I'm not sure we could ever actually follow the billions to know where the money went and if it ever did anything they claimed it would do, but my guess is that in most cases the money trail goes cold and you would never be able to figure out exactly who got their grubby thieving hands on it.
I prefer taking the money and folding it into operation floating dock. It’s a government plan to relocate people out of a war torn area into Ukraine to establish peace and border security.
I seems to me, if the article doesn’t address “who, what, when, where, & why”, it’s likely propaganda. Yikes! I forgot “How”!! Not enough coffee this morning.
Funny, I learned this in high school journalism many decades ago.
I thought his description of propaganda reminded me perfectly of the CBC (Canada’s Pravda). So, when can we become y’all’s 51st state already? Looking forward to it (while trying to fast from Canada news rubbish for Lent.)
Perhaps the British empire is not our friend and has never given up controlling,or trying to control US? I just learned about the role. Britain played in trying to dismember the US through our civil war.
Know, that not all Canadians are painted with this brush. We love you Americans! I have many relatives that left Manitoba in the 30’s and settled in the Detroit area and prospered! My 90 year old cousin witnessed to many, bringing them into Gods saving grace! Thank you America! I just wish we would have taken George Washington up on his offer to follow the USA’s separation from the Brits!
Leave PQ behind, and you'll be more welcome down here. PQ can chase the ghost of Rene Levesque until time ends, but from the confines of their own little independent duchy.
This video was funny - I love Shawn’s Trump imitations and this was one of his best. 4,000% tariffs on Ireland if the try to send her back. 🤣 Shawn is hilarious.
Oh no, his is nothing compared to Shawn’s. Shawn has been at it for a long time and is the best out there. But SNL couldn’t capitalize on it because it supports MAGA 😆
Promises made promises kept! Price of eggs have gone down and Rosie has left town! Hallelujah!! America is looking good folks! Thanks Trump and Elon! And Vance! LOL. That was a typographical error but I had to leave it to get some laughs! 🤣
Thanks Jeff Childers for another great summation of what's really going on in the world! Thank you so much! 🦋🙏💜🦋☺️
In 2005 we were planning a trip to Ireland, everywhere we looked at staying said “LGB Friendly.” it became my goal to find somewhere that didn’t at least advertise that for us to book. I was like WTH is going on in Ireland??
Poor Ireland has a multitude of problems because of middle eastern and African refugees pouring into the country. The Irish are up in arms about it. Their government is ultra liberal.
My guess is that the majority of the people in Ireland have zero idea who O'Donnell is. She will be an even bigger nobody there than she now is here. Maybe she wants to live anonymously, and that will work in Ireland.
very true, she looks horrible and sickly but that is what happens when you are full of vitriol, always complaining and worship at he altar of hatred. she reaped what she sowed.
It’s so interesting that the liberal women leaving the US all talk about going where they have rights that aren’t being taken away. I assume that means abortion. But what makes it funny is that, not only do the places they’re going have more restrictive laws around abortion, all of these women are past menopause. And they’re lesbians. (Not that lesbians can’t get pregnant, obvs they can, but it’s usually intentional and wouldn’t require an abortion). I mean… 3 strikes. 😂
Why the wicked keep prospering without resistance?? Have yourself asked this question before?
“Righteous are You, O Lord, when I plead with You; Yet let me talk with You about Your judgments. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are those happy who deal so treacherously? You have planted them, yes, they have taken root; They grow, yes, they bear fruit. You are near in their mouth But far from their mind.”
Good morning. The last two days the skies here were blue and beautiful. This morning the sky is full of those tic tac to trails, and already turning a milky hazy artificial white. Does this have anything to do with the big storm system expected to come through Friday?
Geo Engineering must STOP. Not sure if a Trump E.O. would do the trick? The entire Nation is slowly being poisoned (people, wildlife, plant life, soil, water). It’s great that RFK Jr. is pushing for beef tallow French Fries but, that rates as a #10 on the MAHA Fix It Scale. Geo Engineering is a clear #1.
Beef Tallow fries…….yum! The only problem with that is the practicing Muslims won’t buy them so it deters corporations from switching. Please correct me if I’m wrong!
It's the Hindus that don't eat beef. Everyone knows that image of cows wandering the streets of India, the "sacred cow". Muslims don't do the pork. (Another custom among many that, ironically, they share with Jews )
I had a conversation with a fry truck owner and he was firm on not switching from canola oil to beef tallow because he would lose business from the Muslin population. Just what he said, but I agree with you, they don’t eat pork, cuz it’s unclean.
Absolutely we can never have a blue sky in Vermont on any day without it immediately being besmirched by trails expanding to a milky complete coverage. It seems to be getting more and more dumping day by day. RFK has made no difference in this regard. Maybe the EPA will? It can't happen soon enough.
I read somewhere that the chem trails were creating a "dome" over the country to protect against an EMP attack... Not sure if this is legit or just a lie to justify it continuing...
I am in NW WI and they were spraying here like crazy yesterday afternoon. Haven't seen that many jets simultaneously spraying in a long time. Of course 90 min later the sky is hazy and silvery and the cerulean blue sky is gone.
It’s gross. I can’t believe it when I mention chem trails, some people are dumb founded, “whatever do you mean?” I like explaining it and especially pointing out contrails for comparison. ☀️
Central MN the past days the planes have been tracking up the sky like crazy. Then they spread out and block the sun. It has spring fever here, so I want that sun. I have Flightradar24 app that was recommended by the chemtrail watcher Mellowkat. You can click on the planes and see which ones are doing it and observe their flight paths. I see trails coming off of major airplanes and also small ones. Some small planes fly back and forth over certain areas. I wonder why those areas are targeted.
I’m sick of the chemtrails. Yesterday in southwest Idaho I pointed a neighbor to look at two planes in the sky. One left harsh trails that stayed in the beautiful blue sky while the other’s dissipated. One was a chemical plane while the other was passenger plane. He asked what it was the plane was spraying. I told him aluminum and other metals that get into our soil, water, and our lungs, thus poisoning us. He didn’t know anything about chem trails before but he does now.
Here in far NE Florida I witnessed this on Thursday afternoon. The sky was so crisscrossed from end to end that I took out my phone and made a video.
By Saturday evening thick grey clouds were prominent and it began to storm in the night and lightning and rolling thunder continued into the early hours of Monday morning.
My pets, who have seen many thunderstorms and don’t like them, seemed much more spooked than usual, maybe because of the length of time that the storms persisted. Or maybe they were sensing something else. It just seemed to produce anxiety.
My cats stayed mostly under a bed and the dog slept by the bed, as if she would be under it if she had fit. The dog has never done that before.
I can see we’re projected to have bad weather for this coming Sunday again. I will be checking on the sky vapor activity between now and then.
Are they enhancing the effects of storm systems; using the storm systems to deliver something?
Fear is a great controller. Could they be dispersing something to increase anxiety?
Monday in Central MI there were so many chemtrails crisscrossing the beautiful blue sky. I keep waiting for RFK to mention it. I want to follow the planes and confront the pilots. Do they know what they’re doing? It has to be affecting them and their families too!
Here in UK too. It's been clear blue skies for weeks and then two days ago, trails across the sky from horizon to horizon. It's been hazy ever since and rain today.
In my town, most of pollution exists in and around the "poor and minority communities", because they create it. No, I'm not talking about Love Canal industrial pollution - I'm talking about sofas and refrigerators left in the street because the irresponsible people who left them there can afford the fancy gold-plated rims for their car but somehow can't muster the dinero to pay the dump fee for proper disposal of their used-up crap. "I'm done with it - throw it out there" pretty much seems to be the thought process, assuming there is one.
My town used to be pretty and clean. The more people who moved here to escape their rat-infested hellholes, the more garbage I see laying around town. That plus the homelessness that Gavin Newsom somehow still hasn't eliminated is a daily blight on my once-beautiful part of California, my home state and one I used to be proud to live in.
If there was a button I could push, I'd make all of this BS disappear.
Fellow Californian here, and I agree 1000%! My smallish town has exploded with population and problems you just described. I've lived here my entire 50+ years, and it's frustrating to see the swirling toilet we've become.
Has your smallish town been building an unreasonable number of high-density "low-income" apartment buildings, as mine has? Apartments that nobody can actually afford? They've sprouted up like mushrooms here. It's as if Newsom expected a huge swath of new immigrants and anchor babies to come in and overwhelm those of us born and raised in this state...
Yes. There have been many very ugly, high-density apartments built here in the last few years. Our City council tried to block them, but Dems in CA threatened to withhold state funds unless they were built. It's disgusting!
Thing 2: great article on the craziness of the stock market and the surprising interest rate news in today’s Epoch times. Summery: keep calm and carry on. I did call my financial advisor today so that we could buy low…looking at this as an opportunity rather than a doomsday 😉. US Annual Inflation Slides To Lower-Than-Expected 2.8 Percent
I can’t remember who said this, but I like the sentiment:
“I refuse to participate in recessions.” In other words, not being depressed bc of the current situation, but making it work for you. Could also apply to simple market downturns. Like you looking to invest while the market is down.
Anyone remember Louis Ruckhauser (?sp) from the old Wall Street Week in Review? He always considered a stock market downturn as a buying opportunity and always said "what comes down will go up" - and vice versa. Said one has to be in it for the long term. Always enjoyed listening to him.
The stock market will probably drop more. The Biden admin propped up its failing economic numbers by hiring massive numbers of federal workers to prop up GDP (which, for some reason are included in GDP even though government produces nothing). As the cuts to government spending take place, it’s going to appear that we’re in a recession when in fact we’ve been in a recession for a while imho (late 2021/early 2022) and those jerks just covered it up.
Oh my Gosh, really? We need to change that. I’d like GDP, unemployment, and inflation to all be calculated based on common sense every day Americans. We are manipulated even in those markers and statistics. I never trust them.
Had a blowout flat yesterday, and walked back to the wine store where I had driven over a low piece of rebar that usually posts for a sign. The young man working there whom I know well works closely with the owner, whom I also know well. He has 2 Tesla's, a Hummer, and a Cyber Truck. The young man drove me back to my car in the owner's cyber truck and changed the tire for me. I couldn't even figure out how to open the door. He demonstrated crazy fast acceleration for me too. What an amazing unique looking vehicle.
I bought a Kia Sorrento just to see how the hybrid functions and to test it out. You do not plug it in. It cannot be plugged in. The gas engine, a tiny 1.6 ltr with a turbocharger charges the battery, (it also charges during braking and coasting) while it also provides power to the 2 or 4 WD, else the battery powers the vehicle and all of its other functions. Here's what I can report:
a. It really saves a lot of fuel in town and runs on the battery about half the time, giving me fuel economy of 37 MPG, not bad for a big vehicle like the Sorrento. Fuel economy drops on the highway to 34 MPG, still not bad.
b. I can go over 600 miles on one tank of fuel, remember, the battery is propelling the vehicle on and off too.
c. The motor and the engine can both work in harmony when you stomp the pedal, and the dude has decent pickup.
d. The battery is fully warranteed for 100,000 miles or 10 years.
e. This thing is a technical marvel, Im astounded with all the safety and convenience features and I am amazed that Kia is building this good of a car. I had a Ford Edge and was going to trade for a new one, until I tested the Kia and no way could I buy the Edge after that. I havent had a problem with it and Iv'e owned it for over 1.5 years.
f. Still, I will be trading it in on a C8 in another year or so! Gotta have it! Bucket List! Don't hate on me!
I suppose if you don't keep it 100K miles, maybe it's good. But my sister in law really got screwed by her 2014 Chevy Volt. It has only 44,000 miles on it, but won't start. She has replaced the 12v battery 3 times, and something keeps draining it and it won't allow the car to start. No one locally can figure it out, and for evaluation it must be towed to a Chevy dealer and the mere evaluation itself costs $375 which she can't afford. And that's just the evaluation. Then there are whatever repairs may be needed. There's a component in the electrical/charge system that would be over $1200 if it needs replacing. And if per chance it's the main battery, that would be $10K or more. So since she is on social security and can barely make it on that, she will never be able to afford repairs on this stupid car. Someone should have warned her about these things. We keep our cars for a long time, as do a lot of older people. They generally have no idea how complex and specialized EV repairs are, nor do they realize how expensive the main EV battery is.
The 2014 Volt is far cry from my 2024 Sorrento. They are not even close. Remember back in 2014 EVs were just starting to be pushed and was a woefully inadequate, unproven technology. The Volt is called a hybrid but it really isn't as the gas engine on it only recharges the battery, does not provide propulsion. Please read my input above again.
From Recurrent: "The Chevrolet Volt is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), meaning it can operate primarily on electricity for a certain range, and then switches to a hybrid mode with a gasoline engine acting as a generator to extend its range." (https://www.recurrentauto.com/guides/chevrolet-volt ) The Volt can ONLY go about 38 miles or so on the battery before the engine starts running to keep charging the battery. So, if you need a golf cart, the Volt might be a good choice. But I'd never buy one, no way. I hate to tell your sister she made a really bad choice but she did.
And just for clarity, the Sorrento has 10 years newer improved technology and is a true hybrid, running on battery, or gas, or both. Kia says the battery should last 15/16 years - which is why they give it a 10 year replacement warranty.
In any event, let the buyer beware, and no one should EVER be forced to buy a type of car they do not want. Trump has already killed the EV mandate for which the puppet masters of Resident Autopen Cabbage should already be in jail for forcing.
Okay, when are we at the bottom... I want back in too.
I saw something yesterday which said had I just put 100k in the market back in 1980 - and just left it alone, it would be worth 7 million today... while I have done okay... I "aint got no 7 Mil"!
Nard - I can't tell you how relieved I was that you admitted to more than "a couple of things" - I was afraid I was gonna have to confront you on your misleading lead-in:)
...I CANNOT wait until we never have to hear the words ZELENSKY or UKRAINE again on a daily basis from every angle...I think we the people are WORN OUT!!!!! I know I am! :-/
I agree but given what I think I know it might still be an issue for a while. Russia has, for well over a year said they will not agree to any ceasefire, only total resolution of the conflict. I will be surprised if they agree to this offer; there is no reason for the to do so. They are winning and Ukraine is collapsing faster by the day.
If Putin rejects the offer, what will Trump do? Will he send weapons and money to Ukraine again or will he say he tried and walk away from it? If he sends stuff I think Russia will stop their incremental approach of the last year or two and then crank up their assault on Central Ukraine.
If the EU tries to step in I'll be surprised if they last 3 months. This is a very critical time, it will be interesting to see it unfold.
I read 1440–sometimes I have to hold my nose but I get past their lib spin of every issue. Today’s edition said drones from Ukraine attacked near Moscow, killing/wounding some. Moscow grabbed ~300 drones. Sounds like the green garbed comedian is emptying his arsenal?
Nothing in 1440 about the Kursk salient. Prob doesn’t fit the narrative🤷🏼♀️
I don't think Trump owns it yet, but that could change soon. If Russia rejects it, will they propose a counter-offer? No matter tho, at that point he either takes ownership or tells the EU it's their hood, they can deal with it, we have too much to focus on at home. I'm with you, end it now!
If Russia isn't winning, is Zelensky begging for security guarantees for Russia? If so somebody needs to tell President Trump because I think he thinks Zelensky is begging for Ukraine to get security guarantees.
I wasn't aware Ukraine was supposed to collapse years ago, when was that, after the 2014 USAID sponsored Maidan Revolution where the legitimately elected government was removed and replaced with Ukrainian puppets controlled by deranged Westerners like McCain, Graham, Biden & Nuland, to name a few? Yeah, with losers like them in control I can imagine it was expected to collapse; makes sense.
Yes and he always uses at least one word I don’t know. BUT today I discovered that if I press on the word, I get a “look up” option to get the definition. My vocabulary education will now commence! Thanks, C&C!
Yep I do that all the time! In all my apps and browsers with my phone and iPad. I became addicted to that convenience since the dawn of the Kindle.
It was hilarious when last summer I was curled up in my chair on my porch reading a paper magazine (rarity) and was trying to press the word to bring up the definition. 😆😆 My husband and I laughed so hard at my initial frustration and then realization. I’m spoiled and want instant definition on my “page!” Lol
The liberals and Dems would be late for class and sit in the back watching MSNBC or CNN on their phones while throwing spitballs at Jeff. Then walking out because their pronouns were abused and go to a luncheon sponsored by Soros with the head speaker Stacy Abrams encouraging them to get a grant or buy energy saving stoves to send to Ukraine.
If only Stacy joined Rosie in Ireland America would have one less America hater. Feel sorry for Ireland. My neighbor is Irish and grew up there. He still has siblings, cousins and nieces and nephews there and goes back about every two years. He said it is nothing like when he grew up and the regular (normals) people are tired of it. If only they had a Trump!
We were just on a cruise out of new Zealand that was mostly kiwis and Australians. An Australian man, on finding out we were Americans, said ‘we need Elon in Australia! Everything is so messed up.’
My sister has lived there since 1976. Went at 19 to work with horses and stayed. The economic meltdown hurt her art business and now she is in poor health. we would like her to come back but she has no Social Security benefits she is entitled to and her only saving was skimmed out of her account so she had to get state aid. Took her a year to get 1/2 her money from the bank. She’s almost 70 yo. We may just have to go get her and her cat. She is a die hard liberal, US citizen and still votes absentee ballot for democrats. Thinks The Guardian is a font of truth. We can’t discuss the current situation here or there. I’ve been 13 times but have no plans to return unless it is to get her. I’m no spring chicken either. 8 yrs older.
It's another load of complete BS from the emotionally manipulative Left. Justice is a concept that PEOPLE experience, not animals or the environment. Social justice is another oxymoron used to justify reverse discrimination and true racism that benefits progressives. I'll never forget the way Rush used to illustrate this absurdity by citing a mock headline: "World to end tomorrow! Women, minorities hardest hit."
"Illustrating absurdity by being absurd" he used to say. Miss him so much every day. Thankfully C&C gives me the daily boost of insight, wisdom and humor that Rush provided, the difference being that it's not for 3 hours a day and I can't "consume" it while cleaning my guns :o)
As a matter of fact, Marxism/Pantheism calls for that. Rivers and trees gain rights. I read a piece arguing that to assist indigenous people in central american country whose local environment was being polluted what was needed were 'more words.' It was the lack of words to express the spirit of the environment. I now can read between the lines of such words. What the author was describing was the need for pantheism. Keep going with pantheism and then trees and rivers are just as important as people if not more so. So instead of the Garden of Eden where man is instructed to care for the environment, man is just another piece of it.
Environmental justice is alive and well in Washington state, and other blue states I’m sure. Here is the link to our DOH website: https://doh.wa.gov/community-and-environment/health-equity/environmental-justice. What I am wondering, is what actually supports this stuff in WA, financially speaking. Once the EPA pulls the rug out, will the state and local funding mechanisms collapse? Or maybe it’s coming from the Gates Foundation? He is HQ-ed in WA after all, and does a lot of philanthropy here.
Any time you see the word "justice" with an adjective in front of it, you know you're dealing with a loonie. Justice is justice is justice, the concept stands alone. "Environmental" justice is not justice. "Social" justice is not justice. "Racial" justice is not justice.
If you pay close attention, the MSM news stories are geared toward making you *feel* a certain way, as opposed to merely *informing* you of the facts. The story itself is not really newsworthy, more suited to a trade rag than a major outlet. But the story is not the point. The mid-terms are approaching and we're all a bit too enthusiastic about the changes. That enthusiasm needs to be tempered. Water-cooler conversations need to include at least one grim participant whose *feelings* have been suitably curated.
All I could think of was sluggo, my nickname decades ago when I first started shaving my head, way before it was cool. Ala Nancy comic fame, as opposed to Mr bill’s sluggo
Price of eggs was high since Team Biden culled over 60M chickens over a fake health scare.
Since then new chickens are cranking new eggs and the crisis is subsiding.
NOTE: there was no chicken culling in Canada or Mexico.
Apparently the bird flu doesn't jump borders.
Cruel and inhumane, not to mention needless.
Oh, bless her little heart.
What a lady! If I’m ever accused of being chicken, I will be grateful. 🥲
Thermopylae!!! Later Jay
Bear makes great sausage! Legally harvesting one that has decided to live off of humans is a service to your neighbors.
Bear chili
Bear tacos
Bear stew
Bear jerky...yum!
I like also the Plymouth Rocks and the best egg layers are the white Leghorns.
Once I had a coop with both reds and rocks and it was interesting how they always segregated themselves into two flocks. They never mixed together.
I’ve noticed few birds and few fish ever get “multicultural”.
I guess the old saying, "Birds of a feather flock together," is based on laws of nature.
I bought Golden Comets, Isa Browns, Easter Eggers, Leghorns and Ply Barred Rocks. The Goldies and Isas lay huge eggs.
Yay, congrats! Hens are just wonderful and your girls will provide delicious eggs and good company!
Hens are the best pets.!!!
Enjoy the fresh eggs - it's all easier to manage than you can imagine!
To me, the only real problem is the predators.
Mary, You’re a brave woman to go shoot at a bear! I’ve shot snakes and skunks, and thank the Lord we don’t have bears!
Yeah, definitely a constant concern.
Reds are our best layers, they are little troopers!
I always thought that it was the White Leghorns?
They supposedly are great but I can only speak from our limited experience, very limited. We’ve only had 6 hens for two years, consisting of two breeds, the Reds and Easter Eggers, the Easters lay a beautiful blue/green egg, but about half as many.
It’s so wonderful to see all of these comments on chickens. Congratulations to everyone. Enjoy the fresh eggs and companionship 🙏🏻♥️💯🇺🇸
If you can’t raise your own chickens the next best thing is to have a friend who raises chickens and now and then will give you free eggs. 😊
I have a reciprocal relationship with my son's flock. I save kitchen scraps for him and the hens, and he sells me the eggs.
Make sure you read Jeff’s post from March 7th that had that discussion about Marek’s disease in chickens! Best of luck to your son!
Most are inoculated by the breeders as day old chicks.
Be sure if he get them from a farm store to get "PULLETS". Less chance of getting 50% Roos.
Also check out "Red Sex Links" a breed cross of RI Reds and Leghorns (I believe) Super sweet and laying machines.
Also bielfelders are easily distinguishable at hatching. Females have a dark chipmunk pattern and males have a light spot on their head. Great birds, friendly and productive.
And you don't even need a noisy rooster!!
I love to wake up to a rooster. Just be sure to give him a harem of about 15 hens, or he will become very frustrated and hard to deal with.
Roosters have the highest percentage of testosterone than any animal.
We have a beautiful rooster that was hand raised by friends. We got him as a cockerel and the girls taught him how to be a good rooster. He is so very respectful and has begun to be their mate. Always watches the fence line and the sky, and has a really soft crow.
Well, they do HAVE TO service a lot of wanton women!!
If you free range your girls, you definitely need a rooster!
And according to a commenter a couple of days ago, roosters are loaded with testosterone and need a harem of at least 15 hens.
I love the Rhodies. They are a class act. Great choice.
They're great hens. Plucky and resilient.
Intentional to destroy farmers.
Seems like farmers around the world are always being made to kill their flocks and herds over some supposed outbreak. Always breaks my heart to hear about.
BINGO. To demoralize us
Also to destroy our food supply. It is the weapon that has been around for thousands of years.
Yes it’s a solution born out of insanity, or malice.
Insanity and Malice.
BINGO! "Insanity & Malice" is pretty much the Dem motto.
Yes, *insanity with *malice is the definition of what the Biden administration was.
Both
I agree! 😢
Party of death is gonna kill
Needless as he//.
I can’t find any logical reason except that Democrat commies are insane, just brain damaged.

Yes, I recall seeing an absolute horrid video during covid, of pigs being bulldozed while alive into a death pit (I believe this was in china).
Just like the slaughter of minks during Covid.
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.
— John 10:10
The left is evil personified.
Trump and Musk are evil (and many others). Be open to Truth. We are in the New World Order now.
Ask God/Creator for discernment. May His Will be done.
??? What Kool Aid did you drink???
The “kool aid” of Truth…I wish more people would try it.
Take the blinders off like I did.
If you truly are “concerned”, then it would behoove you to do so.
All men have sinned and are short of the glory of God. If you are saying that Trump and Musk are worse off than the rest of us...that's a mouthful. Have any proof???
We are in the New World Order now.
If Operation Warp Speed, which Trump implemented, didn’t give you a reason to question, I do not know what will.
I’m on no side, only the side of God/Creator-Truth.
I have been researching for years. I was fired in 2021 for non-CONvid compliance.
Trump is trying to implement the UN Plan-Global Governance. The information is all out there, for those that want to SEE.
I have many “deep dive” articles from over the years. Here’s a recent one that should concern every American…https://wallstreetonparade.com/2025/02/elon-musks-companies-were-under-investigation-by-five-inspectors-general-when-the-trump-administration-fired-them-and-made-musk-the-investigator/
Excellent! You’re questioning the right thing(s)! Keep going…think for yourself. Do your own research and question EVERYTHING.
I used to be like you. I’m not saying that to disparage you, I mean that I understand how some people get pulled in. I did as well. I didn’t have the information I have had the last few years.
Look at why Trump wants to have Greenland…
No, Trump didn’t lead OWS astray, and Trump STILL touts OWS. This article is from 2020…https://www.thelastamericanvagabond.com/vaccine-bait-switch-millions-pulled-from-who-trump-gives-billions-gates-founded-gavi/
What does it take for people to awaken to Truth? I can understand that the Truth is very difficult for some people to come to terms with.
Jesus is The Truth with a capital T.
If you still think Trump touts the same OWS you are describing* then I believe you are the one that is having trouble with coming to terms with THAT*.
At least, I can admit I might be wrong.
I have a red MAGA hat from 2020. I do not wear it. Someday, if I live that long, I will either put in it in a glass case, or burn it.
Time will tell.
*EDIT: (I do not), (THAT possibility that he isn't)
So pulling out of WHO (that almost was allowed to dictate to the US future actions in response to pandemics (scamdemics) and would have usurped US sovereignty in such situations) was a bad thing? Nope!
the epitome of wickedness is what the thieves are.
the wicked never prosper in the end
I don't think most of the right is much better.
I’m not.
I’m eggs-cited about the price dropping. Now if I could just find some to buy. 😆
You “crack” me up. 😆
😂
No yolk, we’re all egg-cited!

Ha! I’m glad people are talking about eggs! I talked about that here and one of the subscribers has a great solution: https://unorthodoxy.substack.com/p/the-culture-of-our-times
Thank you!
No not a bit and it’s different links. It’s topics that are relevant to the group as a lot of Covid and coffee subscribers subscribe to mine as well.
Franklin, thank you. Good to know. I deleted my comment.
Dunno what you deleted (don’t need to know, either) but your response was pure class. 👍🏻
He kept posting links, so I had challenged him (nicely) about being a bot. Franklin is an author of book “The Unorthodox Truth”.
Susan, find a local farmer! A new friend at my church has chickens and will be bringing me a dozen FRESH eggs for just $6. I can’t wait to try them. Everyone says they are much tastier than store bought. 🐣🥚🍳
I’m super lucky. My farmer sells them for $3 a dozen. I count my lucky stars.
That is incredibly reasonable! And very kind of you. 😇
Hey guys .... make sure to scramble your comments ! We are all being monitored here at C&C by the culling coop killers.
I get farm eggs delivered straight to my door. No shortage, and no sky-high prices.
Shows which state is better governed.
Yep, Urbanites trying to tell farmers how to manage their properties. What could go wrong?

The price of eggs is no doubt a crisis of team Biden’s making, and the number of exterminated chickens is consistently reported as over 100 million. No, the bird flu doesn’t jump borders, nor would it have killed every chicken of the millions that were killed to prevent the spread…what kind of twisted logic is that!? Do we kill people to prevent the spread of a flu bug?
Not to worry, chickens, like humans are a tough breed…given fewer vaccines both will repopulate. It may take some time, but we have at least four years of sanity to look forward to.
One could argue that we DID kill people in order to prevent the spread of covid. New York City and Andrew Cuomo spring to mind.
True 🥲
I wonder about those medical professionals who were being given ‘hero’ status for their service during the pandemic scam; with singing and dancing videos glorifying them.
A retired nurse friend kept posting those on Facebook; all sorts of praise for those courageous doctors and nurses on the frontlines.
Does anyone have any firsthand accounts of how they’re coping now that more and more they’re being viewed as useful idiot accomplices in a mass murder scheme?
The denial is pervasive! So depressing.
But everyone's forgotten and Cuomo will probably be the next governor.
Mayor :(
Post Vaccine Syndrome… 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😢
"Do we kill people to prevent the spread of a flu bug?" I think that is the premise of the this substack. I could be wrong, just saying.

Yeah, that’s the part no one can talk about.
"Do we kill people to prevent the spread of a flu bug?" Hmmm... :(

I hear State 51 has a new Governor. Has citizenship in 3 countries and is a major WEF player. And was selected not elected.
And he'll be head-butting Trump the next several years...
Yes, so much wrong with this. Carbon Tax Carney is going to go all out on carbon tax and climate change and CBDC. He is also friends with Epstein/Maxwell, wink wink.
And not elected but appointed.
Oh Canada, oh Canada…I’m so sad for you. My prayer is that we can export some common sense and sanity to our northern neighbors.
Canada had given us so much to love…Celine Dion, Sarah McLaughlan, Jordon Peterson and so many others.
Joni Mitchell!
"however the 51st state"; now, lets see, is that Puerto Rico or Washington DC or Israel?
Back at ya George.

Israel is the Capitol of the US,
but it is not a state.
The offerings from my local chicken farmer were great this morning in my poached eggs!
We should raise chicken in restaurant booths. Viruses are known to flutter around only in the aisles.
Well done
Ugh 😣
In rural MN it is not possible to order chicks. This is not normal. People with roosters are incubating.
The obsession with egg prices on the left drives me nuts. As if egg prices were why we voted for Trump. I’d pay any amount for eggs (or get my own) to improve the likelihood that my kids have a future in this country and that we don’t have nuclear war.
LibsOfTikTok pushes that trope.
"Trump's bringing egg prices down, that's what we voted for".
UH, no.
Deportations were one. BTW, that has slowed to a crawl.
Even my somewhat liberal friend at the gym was laughing this morning about the CBP app that was altered to become a "self-deportation app"
In Lidl the other day looking for eggs. Someone put an “I did that!” Sticker with Trump pointing to the price lol ($8.00). They sure made them stickers fast lol
re: "Apparently the bird flu doesn't jump borders."
Makes one so thankful for Experts and $cience!
James Roguski had a call to action post about the ostrich flock that is to be culled in Canada.
Still ongoing.
"Escaped"...I guess it wouldn't make sense for that virus to "escape" from China lab..
So we cull in MN but not in Ontario?
We only just now saw a huge jump in egg prices....$12 for 18. That's about $5 more than what we paid a few weeks ago. I didnt price them yesterday when we went. Fwiw, I dont like eggs, so we get by just fine with buying them just for the bf
We pay $4 a dozen for fresh eggs from a old friend. She never increased her price. I pay $1 per dozen to help cover chicken feed which went way up in the last few years.
I was able to pay that to a client at my last job, but I quit that job because the bosses were nuts. I was unable to keep in touch with the client.
I buy eggs direct from local farmers; they only charge $6/dozen
Our local egg families are charging $3/dz.! Grocery store prices are huge, though. Vital Eggs are $10/dz. in the grocery stores here in PA.
And they're 10X better
$15.00 at farmer's market. A few years ago they were $7.00.
Here in Arkansas eggs were $7/doz (grocery store, not Walmart) and $15/18. Usually the larger carton is cheaper?🤔
That’s strange! And expensive!
— Revelation 21:5-8 NAS95
The best truly is yet to come!!
Amen. What a Savior He is.
Amen and Amen 🙏
After some catastrophic cleansing takes place; it isn't anything I want to be part of!
It can't be soon enough. I ask God everyday if He can hurry up things a bit more!
He may be waiting for us.
Then poor God will be waiting past Infinity.
Well, beef tallow french fries are back "in," so you never know! It could happen!
I’m old enough to remember when they said beef tallow would kill.
And like me, you're old enough to remember when McDonald's fries were SO good!
Of course, they said that about eggs as well.
Thanks @kittynana. We can still hope and pray. Afterall, we did get President Trump back in!!
@795- and I (honestly) thank God every day for that.
I am convinced as well
Thank you for explaining that, we were just talking about the problem with diesel and why my husband does not want to buy a diesel truck.
And sadly, doofus 43 wouldn’t know a diesel engine from a jet engine…..just sayin’.
We were told diesel would be cheaper... bait and switch
Damn good point 79!
Amazing that we have to pay more for less refinement. Hmm.
Yes, green new scam tax increases...
Get ethanol out of gas too! Corn is a food for man and beast, not combustable engines!
I voted for the dweeb in 2000 but Iraq compelled me to vote for the Constitution Party candidate in 2004; Mike ?????? I think.
Yep, yer catchin' on.
It takes electricity to split the water into hydrogen and oxygen, so it is not free energy unless you have a lot of solar power.
Actually, the corn grown in the US is not fit for human consumption.
It is mostly processed into animal feed or high fructose corn syrup.
That's a lot of miles on a 2020 . . . Are they highway miles?
Toyota has made some legendarily reliable engines.
Can leave him a message on x
I’d love to be able to delete the DEF on RVs, legally. It’s a been a big problem, especially since about 2015 when sensors were added to the tanks and they failed frequently and left people stranded on the side of the road.
Was this when we started to see Fuel Surcharges added to every invoice?
Not sure, but it wouldn't surprise me. They would do that to help "pay" for their scam.
I work at a gas station in California. Commercial diesel drivers have to buy and use an additive called diesel exhaust fluid. Apparently it's about 60% urea, and where do we get urea from? China and Russia!
Stupid California ARB.
Thanks. I did not know this.
You only have to look at how the EPA responded, or failed to respond, in East Palestine to understand what the EPA thinks of poor people. They arrived weeks after the accident. They tested for the insignificant factors and then told the poor people it was all safe.
It all depends on who the poor people are; DEI is expressly anti-White.
East Palestine, Western North Carolina, Kentucky... the agency doesn't matter, the response seems to be the same: deliberately bad.
They are also anti-non-liberal.
The best solution is to just immediately abolish the EPA. Take their money and divide up among the citizens of east Palestine.
Then close down the EPA forever.
I think it’s better to keep the money in the United States.
The best solution is to just immediately abolish the EPA. Take their money and divide up among the citizens of east Palestine, Ohio.
Then close down the EPA forever.
I was watching the great British baking show yesterday on a Canadian channel and they were having anti American commercials. Several of them! 😮
Perhaps the British empire is not our friend and has never given up controlling,or trying to control US? I just learned about the role. Britain played in trying to dismember the US through our civil war.
Light bulb!
My mom's family is heavily represented in P.E.I. Her dad moved to the States to get work in early 20th century
2 words for Canada then and it is not Happy Birthday.
@Lori- HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Yup, they booed the national anthem and threatened to cut off power to Americans.
I’m not so sure they are mentally stable, perhaps we should go our separate ways?
Wow!!
Canadia, the new US Virgin Islands. Welcome.
I would only want to allow Canada to become a state after it’s citizens who support Trudeau complete their euthanasia protocol.
Lol, I’m for that! That’ll teach ‘em!
Leave PQ behind, and you'll be more welcome down here. PQ can chase the ghost of Rene Levesque until time ends, but from the confines of their own little independent duchy.
The 5 w's and the h! H = how.
I didn't know that! Thanks for sharing--it makes so much sense!
...and how.
Rosie O'Donnell has moved from USA....finally! More winning!!
She's only a few years older than I am, but damn does she look horrible! So much ugliness- inside and out.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/03/winning-rosie-odonnell-moves-ireland-vows-not-return/
This video was funny - I love Shawn’s Trump imitations and this was one of his best. 4,000% tariffs on Ireland if the try to send her back. 🤣 Shawn is hilarious.
https://x.com/shawn_farash/status/1899804530042188169
@Juju- and here I thought Alec Baldwin did a good Trump impression, This guy is hilarious!!!!
He's awesome.
Hilarious!
Should we feel sorry for Ireland or is this what environmental justice means?
In 2005 we were planning a trip to Ireland, everywhere we looked at staying said “LGB Friendly.” it became my goal to find somewhere that didn’t at least advertise that for us to book. I was like WTH is going on in Ireland??
Too much immigration, for one thing.
It's terrible. Totally ruining the society there.
Such a small place to be overrun by 3rd world types who refuse to assimilate.
Is Lowe's going to take down all of their Spanish signs now?
Rosie O Donnell and her 12 year old son just moved there. Does that answer your question?
I read it was a daughter (quoting her), but the name is Clay, so who knows
😂🤣😂
I looked at that picture of Rosie and thought she looked perfectly awful, and like she’d just pulled a lemon out of her pocket and sucked on it.
But she looked thin. Maybe Trump calling her a fat pig was helpful. (First debate in 2016 campaign)
Ozempic...
She is the embodiment of how far Ireland has fallen
I feel sorry for Ireland as she brings a trail of Sh** with her.
Poor Ireland has a multitude of problems because of middle eastern and African refugees pouring into the country. The Irish are up in arms about it. Their government is ultra liberal.
Tis a pity as nothing good that I can see comes from being a liberal fanatic.
Well, liberal fanatics feel really self satisfied and superior, so there's that.
INDEED.
So true!
My guess is that the majority of the people in Ireland have zero idea who O'Donnell is. She will be an even bigger nobody there than she now is here. Maybe she wants to live anonymously, and that will work in Ireland.
Rosie hasn’t aged well. Another TDS outcome.
very true, she looks horrible and sickly but that is what happens when you are full of vitriol, always complaining and worship at he altar of hatred. she reaped what she sowed.
This is what happens when you have a bunch of boosters 💉💉💉😬
She needs to use JoyReid’s makeup artist! Despite her hateful evil soul Joy looks darn good for an 82 year old.
its called Restylane and Botox and heavy makeup!
I think you mean joyless Behar.
She's 62. She looks really bad for 62.
Nothing about her is rosie.
The outer reflects the inner.
Poor Ireland I thought when I saw that news. Now they have to deal with her.
When did she not look horrible? Inquiring minds want to know!
She was cute in "A League of their Own"
She looks like a man. But I expect she is on the Epstein List and wanted to get out before it is exposed.
I wish she had taken hundreds of friends with her! Poor Ireland…
Jeremiah 12:1-2 NKJV
They’ll prosper all the way to hell 🔥
I ask God about this all the time and waiting for an answer. Either I am deaf or God is not answering:{
Well His answer comes through His Word!
Real Psalms 73.
God often tells me "no". I think He's teaching me what to strive & ask for, and that's alright with me.
Indeed.
Thanks for clearing that up @laura-ann Knox! I didn’t want to speak of something I wasn’t 100% on
I knew they don’t eat pork, but not beef either?
I had a conversation with a fry truck owner and he was firm on not switching from canola oil to beef tallow because he would lose business from the Muslin population. Just what he said, but I agree with you, they don’t eat pork, cuz it’s unclean.
If you look at ZeroGeoengineering.com
they post about states that are trying to stop the nonsense. 🤓🥳🌤️
My first reaction to what you read: amusement. On second thought, hahaha. But good for you for keeping an open mind!
My skies are tic tac too, over a blue background. SE WI area.
Here too in NW VA.
Same here in Chicago yesterday, all day long. 😡
Central MN has tons of trails.
Florida too.
People don't look up. They are so disconnected from their world.
Noses in their phone, poking away totally unaware of anything outside of their 4x6 inch world.
I just had this conversation with someone in Michigan who is wide awake -but had no clue what chemtrails were!!! Now she does!
Indeed. People just don’t get it. My tin foil hat is always on and usually in style.
6 minute video.....

🤬
So sick! 😡
https://geoengineeringwatch.org/
Or is my imagination running wild?
Weather modification, intensification, may also be what they do, in addition to blocking the sun. And no, you are simply being aware and thoughtful.
Same.
Blackrock
Yes. There have been many very ugly, high-density apartments built here in the last few years. Our City council tried to block them, but Dems in CA threatened to withhold state funds unless they were built. It's disgusting!
I wish I could push a button to make Gavin Newscum disappear!
A couple of things:
Thing 1: Good Morning!🌞☀️
Thing 2: great article on the craziness of the stock market and the surprising interest rate news in today’s Epoch times. Summery: keep calm and carry on. I did call my financial advisor today so that we could buy low…looking at this as an opportunity rather than a doomsday 😉. US Annual Inflation Slides To Lower-Than-Expected 2.8 Percent
https://link.theepochtimes.com/mkt_app/business/us-annual-inflation-slides-to-lower-than-expected-2-8-percent-5824118?utm_medium=app&c=share_pos2&pid=iOS_app_share&utm_source=iOS_app_share
Thing 3: my finger is tired from refreshing this morning!
Ok…that’s one more than a couple…
I can’t remember who said this, but I like the sentiment:
“I refuse to participate in recessions.” In other words, not being depressed bc of the current situation, but making it work for you. Could also apply to simple market downturns. Like you looking to invest while the market is down.
And if you don't like what the market is doing, don't look at it.
Or if you must look, consider it research or learning opportunity for future reference
Just invest in dividend paying stocks with a large moat and ride it out.
Anyone remember Louis Ruckhauser (?sp) from the old Wall Street Week in Review? He always considered a stock market downturn as a buying opportunity and always said "what comes down will go up" - and vice versa. Said one has to be in it for the long term. Always enjoyed listening to him.
Every Friday night. He left us too soon.
We’ve definitely been in a recession for a while.
Oh my Gosh, really? We need to change that. I’d like GDP, unemployment, and inflation to all be calculated based on common sense every day Americans. We are manipulated even in those markers and statistics. I never trust them.
Me too!
I was thinking about buying Tesla yesterday. Should have acted.
Did you see President Trump in his new red Tesla?! Looked like a sports car😎
If he'd make a hybrid, I'd buy one... but will NEVER EVER buy a strictly EV, no how, no way!
Hybrids are the way to go.
I'm a gas guy myself. No EV's or hybrids. I'm not sitting on that kind of EMF's, nor fooling with anything that needs to be plugged in.
Hi CMCM,
Thanks for your thoughts.
Me too. Problem is I cannot afford one but I would support Tesla in a heartbeat if I could.
🤣🤣
...I CANNOT wait until we never have to hear the words ZELENSKY or UKRAINE again on a daily basis from every angle...I think we the people are WORN OUT!!!!!
I had to stop reading the 1440. It’s gotten pretty bad.
I agree.
And Russia launched hundreds of drones and missiles Into Ukraine the day before hitting a cargo ship, hotel, and civilian houses.
What’s fair is fair
Lindsay threatened to sanction the hell out of Russia if Putin didn’t accept the ceasefire.
But now that Trump has restarted arming Ukraine he owns the war. He doesn’t need to work with Zelensky to end it. He can just end it. Why won’t he?
I don't think Trump owns it yet, but that could change soon. If Russia rejects it, will they propose a counter-offer? No matter tho, at that point he either takes ownership or tells the EU it's their hood, they can deal with it, we have too much to focus on at home. I'm with you, end it now!
Stop screwing the pooch! It’s only been five weeks.
We all know Kamala would’ve blown it by now!
Russia isn’t winning
And they won’t agree to any ceasefire.
Putin is the war mongerjng
Party here.
Remember, Ukraine was supposed to
Collapse years ago 😁
Nuland in particular should are locked up.
Ahh - I disagree!
This is more like a police operation for Russia.
Jeff should teach a course in critical reading!
He is!
Touche!
Thankfully that course exists, and is named “Coffee & Covid”
Or when you are reading a paper page and find your fingers pinching “out.”
Same for me! Every time I think Jeff has made a typo I look it up and it’s just a word I’ve never heard before…. And I’m a word person!
Great!
And in war craft! Who knew he was so knowledgeable in that area!
Colleges used to do that.
I was thinking the same thing and for high school homeschoolers! I was thinking about using his posts like that to teach my daughter…
That’s what I was thinking when I wrote that!
He does! Everyday! Thankful for his lessons.
What in the heck is “environmental justice” supposed to be? Legal assistance for the environment? Crazy
That Rush was funny!
Another form of virtue signaling, and money laundering.

Good morning, C&C from the PNW. Another gloriously grey day on the (very nearly) 47th parallel!
Mrs. "the Knife"
It stopped raining and the sky looks amazing! Simply glorious!!😍
Still gray here in my little patch. Maybe tomorrow we will have the sun peek through!
Mrs. "the Knife"
Good morning Mrs ‘the knife’.
Good afternoon, Karen! Hope your day is going well.

Oh no! (Mr. Bill.)
I forgot all about Mr. Bill!! For all you youngsters out there: Mr. Bill goes to Washington https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_tyGMIZnsNQ
I had his voice in my head while reading that 😆😂
All I could think of was sluggo, my nickname decades ago when I first started shaving my head, way before it was cool. Ala Nancy comic fame, as opposed to Mr bill’s sluggo
Jeff seems too young to be citing Mr. Bill, but I laughed out loud when I read it!
