Yep, follow Pam Popper of the Wellness Forum and Make Americans Free Again. She questions supplements as they have side effects as well :/

I've used supplements for many things over the years. My guess is that 80% of supplements on the market are junk and a waste of money. There are a few brands that can be trusted. Nutricology is one and is usually sold in naturalpath doctor offices and such. My favorite brand I trust is https://www.lifeextension.com/

Just received this from

Pam Popper today.

https://rumble.com/v4ux5ib-why-doctors-recommend-supplements-and-studies-showing-they-work.html

I trust her immensely. She has been in the health and wellness business for years and has been fighting the evil coofid debacle with her lawyers (MAFA) since 2020. She is not against supplements just says they don’t solve the problem just reduces it and have many side effects etc

She has many many articles and videos and workshops on her website, highly recommend. You can email her as well and she will respond.

There are some decent ones out there. I do like life extension. I also like natures made as they do follow USP guidelines for quality of ingredients and nothing not listed, dosed as described. There was a website to look up the various companies making these products that actually did their own analysis of each one and would list those that are "in compliance" with what is expected. I will see if I can still find it but I think they started asking for a user fee and I quit as I had found my trusted companies. I like Xymogen, and Researched Nutritionals (both are pricey esp the latter).

Great brand and there are others that do provide missing nutrients that have been poisoned out of our soil. Or for those autoimmune issues caused by bio weapons. Another kill or hook-on-Big Pharma opportunity brought to us by Big Ag. The vicious circle of life and death in today’s Amerika.

I read Life Extension when I was about 16 or so and it left an impression on me so I have been into supplements since. I still have the original paperback up in my book box in the attic.

I use supplements from Pure Encapsulation or Dr. Ardis or Dr. Zelenko.
