They are always shocked when you tell them that you are not taking any prescriptions. We should be shocked that they are shocked. Once they get the process started, it's all downhill from there. Add another RX as often as they can. My grandmother was on over 20 daily meds and my mom was running close behind her. Once I got Medical POA, we put a stop to that nonsense. Her PCP tried to put her on more meds after she was placed on hospice and her pulmonologist never let up asking about the COVID shot. SHE WAS ON HOSPICE! My brother-in-law about jumped through the phone during the phone visit. Her cardiologist was the only one who let the vax go. My guess is he was seeing a lot of extra patients with heart problems but he couldn't say anything. He just kept saying it was up to her whether she got it or not.

The last time I saw my PC provider in the summer of 2021 for a routine exam she asked when I was going to get my Covid vaccine. I told her I do not do drugs or vaccines. She said, "What if you get sick?" I said I would probably die if it was my time. She rolled her eyes at me. I have not seen her since.

Good decision to not go back. We would have changed my mom's doctors but she was used to them and didn't want to change. Just thankful that her cardiologist stopped pushing the jabs.
