I've never been stable pill popper. I always figured once, twice, or a few times a week was enough to supplement my diet which is fresh, homemade food, minimal boxed or canned, take out or restaurant food less than once a month and far less carb food. Sugar is my drug of choice and that is minimal. :)

Only if you use the carrier, ICE CREME' and a little milk. You need the extra calcium.... HA!
