All managed in pre-WW2 Germany by IBM punch cards. I wonder how much the Nazis paid doctors to identify and then kill or sterilize each coded "undesirable.

Doctors like Victor Brack didn't need any monetary incentive. They got off on killing and sterilizing "undesirables." Actual joy and elation at each improvement in murderous efficiency.
