We’ve had rain and fog the last few days, weather that is more suited to Washington state vs Montana. But this morning the world has been washed clean and the mountains are snow capped which is so beautiful. Praise be to God for his work.
Aircraft icing is very real and very dangerous. The conspiracy theories about it being a missile or the new defense system did it, etc are simply sickening and disgusting (and I believe many “conspiracy theories”). 9 souls onboard. People need to think and learn to understand aircraft/flight challenges before spewing complete garbage. They flew into a storm cell and the resultant flight observations suggest that the stabilizers (ie - tail) detached from the plane. Show some grace people.

You got immediately available audio. A rear facing camera as the crash occurs capturing it in horrible video resolution. Multiple others... lots of reasons to wonder... and some people wonder aloud.
Yes, my husband was a corporate pilot for 30+ years and says the same. Also was a plane crash in Philadelphia about 4-5 years ago that created a huge hole with nothing much left. Was not missiles or bombs...just a crash unfortunately.
And then there was the Pentagon. Somebody I knew was there on 911 and she walked around the building. I asked her about it, and all she said was, "No airplane."
Will differ with you on this. I can't get over -47 degrees C on that plane with ice. They were in Texas and them Florida. It is not that cold yet. That crash looked like a UFO or missle. Something stinks to high Heaven here. I listed to the audio. All seemed normal and then the fear in the pilot's voice all so fast within less than a minute. Something is not right, this may be covered up, Bibi may say Iran caused this so we stay in the war even more fearsome, I don't trust anyone at this point.
With all respect, please research icing on aircraft at altitude. It is indeed that cold outside at 37,000 ft. Has nothing to do with whether it was over Texas or FL or Alaska. It's physics. I don't trust anyone either, but this is flight dynamics with a very young PIC (pilot in command), not Israel (who I definitely don't trust). ps - it looked more like a missle because the tail had fallen off. The wings are clearly visible in images from the Tesla, and at the impact speed it would essentially look like a missile. If it was a missile, why no large explosion, only impact related damages?).

She said they were in a stall, which means they couldn’t get lift, hit precipitation, which means likely ice. Once that nose went down and they were falling that fast, prob pulling full back on the controls out of panic, likely those flaps were ripped right off. They were doomed. I wish I could unhear that audio. 😔

I’m a pilot out of Palm Beach. The TFR (flight restriction) is only active when the president is on the ground. Trump was already gone. There is still a 2 mile circle around Mar a Lago when the President is not there, but it’s not as well enforced. While the President is there it’s a 30 mile ring with layered areas of enforcement.
Yeah that’s way too far for the decent. 26 years old isn’t a lot of time to gain the experience necessary to make good decisions. I went to army flight school 31 years ago and I’m still learning. One of my favorite quotes from Will Rogers

The ocean is my favorite destination for vacations. Just sitting on the beach, staring at and listening to the waves, sun on my face, hearing the various sea birds, it refreshes my soul. The conspiracy theories about it being a missile or the new defense system did it, etc are simply sickening and disgusting (and I believe many “conspiracy theories”). 9 souls onboard. People need to think and learn to understand aircraft/flight challenges before spewing complete garbage. They flew into a storm cell and the resultant flight observations suggest that the stabilizers (ie - tail) detached from the plane. Show some grace people.

Yes, my husband was a corporate pilot for 30+ years and says the same. Also was a plane crash in Philadelphia about 4-5 years ago that created a huge hole with nothing much left. Was not missiles or bombs...just a crash unfortunately.
And then there was the Pentagon. Somebody I knew was there on 911 and she walked around the building. I asked her about it, and all she said was, "No airplane."

Will differ with you on this. I can't get over -47 degrees C on that plane with ice. They were in Texas and them Florida. It is not that cold yet. That crash looked like a UFO or missle. Something stinks to high Heaven here. I listed to the audio. All seemed normal and then the fear in the pilot's voice all so fast within less than a minute. Something is not right, this may be covered up, Bibi may say Iran caused this so we stay in the war even more fearsome, I don't trust anyone at this point.

The wings are clearly visible in images from the Tesla, and at the impact speed it would essentially look like a missile. If it was a missile, why no large explosion, only impact related damages?).

While I love a good conspiracy theory, I highly doubt this is that. I live about 5-6 miles straight west of where this happened. The weather here was awful and the cell they got caught in too. She said they were in a stall, which means they couldn’t get lift, hit precipitation, which means likely ice. Once that nose went down and they were falling that fast, prob pulling full back on the controls out of panic, likely those flaps were ripped right off. They were doomed. I wish I could unhear that audio. 😔

The wings are clearly visible in images from the Tesla. The stabilizer/tail is not visible. The odds of finding the stabilizer are obviously slim.

The weather forecast showed there'd be potential storms out that way. Why not find a better route even if it took longer... Perhaps more experienced pilots may have made other decisions. Very sad.

I’m a pilot out of Palm Beach. The TFR (flight restriction) is only active when the president is on the ground. Trump was already gone. There is still a 2 mile circle around Mar a Lago when the President is not there, but it’s not as well enforced. While the President is there it’s a 30 mile ring with layered areas of enforcement.
I haven't checked the distance between PBI and Eleuthera but wouldn't they be close to making a descent. But they are still at 37k.

Plus in high school she would have learned on a single engine prop plane, one would think--and flying a jet has to be at least another year of training and certification. I feel that the youth of this pilot contributes substantially to the crash, but I could be wrong.
