What on earth was that ‘interview’ with the detransitioner? That was no interview, that was simply an activist. She started off asking about sports, then switched to ‘so trans women don’t exist’ when she didn’t like his answer, and then tried to push the ‘dead son vs a live daughter’ trope. What an amateur, and a disingenuous one at that. He did handle her beautifully, though, for sure.

It was so bizarre that I have to wonder if it was real or staged. What network was that allegedly on? You would think he would react with disbelief at how she switched from sports to suicide but he reacted as if he knew it was coming. Like it was scripted. By him.

That's the point. It is scripted. If you go to the PITT substack, you'll see story after story of people throwing out that same script. The doctors say it. The teachers are taught to say it. The ROGD kids who out of nowhere suddenly think their body is wrong tell their parents the script, including that they must transition or die. I call the transition or suicide script the negative mandate. Psychologically, it is an prescription for an experience. These kids are very vulnerable to being taught how to be suicidal and the script for experiencing that.

Maybe, I hadn’t thought of that. I just assumed it was a ‘gotcha’ question that he was expecting and was having none of it.

I’m guessing he knows what to expect. It’s pretty boilerplate by now.

That’s what I was thinking. Just one trope and cliche after the other. He looked bored because he knew what was coming.

Yes those people are not very original 😑

It was real and it's NOT the only interview like it... Saw a similar one with a doctor who chops the breasts off of minor girls. A "they get what they want" flippant attitude!
