While I agree with much of this, the Judiciary was designed by the Founding Fathers to be the weakest of the 3 branches of government. The laws and power of the courts of Great Britain were something the Founders were trying to avoid. The Legislature was to be given the most power. They would write the laws, but government was meant to be narrow then and Congress was supposed to be a part time job, one that would be surrendered a few years, not decades. The President would see that Legislature’s laws were executed, and the Judiciary was only supposed to interpret those laws under objections. As with all power given to Man, it has become warped far beyond our Founders understanding, but yet, they warned us about much of what we still see today.
You're right that the Founders built the judiciary to be the weakest branch...Hamilton called it the branch with "neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment," and dependent on the other branches to enforce its rulings. But that's exactly why judicial independence matters so much: a weak branch with no army or purse is only as good as its integrity. Once you compromise that, you lose the one check that doesn't run on force.

The 1933 Enabling Act let the executive legislate directly, gutting the legislature's primacy you're describing. Judges who wanted to keep their jobs fell in line via "Gleichschaltung" (coordination), and the 1937 German JudgesLaw made loyalty to Hitler part of the judicial oath itself.
The result: courts that had once been independent became instruments for legalizing persecution ... the Nuremberg Laws, property seizures, eventually deportations -all stamped with judicial legitimacy. Tge forms of law remained; the substance was gone.

The corrupt judiciary in Arizona did it again and again in 2020 and 2022 completely ignoring facts and evidence and making rulings based solely on stopping any election challenge. I think it's possible that Trump may be reframing this to build a permission structure. If he declares a national election emergency (under the national emergency act) the states will be forced to implement the terms of the SAVE act, and most importantly, the courts will have no jurisdiction to do anything about it.

We need a National Emergency Presidential Order directing an all of government approach to removing the machines, or at a very minimum creating elector commissions at every county to hand count and verify and report the machine count - I volunteer to be on one in my county. Outlaw mail in ballots except for very limited exceptions. They never asked us for our approval/consent - they simply stole the people's elections.
If they cannot stop mail in for this election, specify you don't get to mail it in, you have to take it to a county office and prove who you are to a county notary public (or military officer or consulate notary if overseas), both you and the notary sign the envelop and then it goes immediately into a secure ballot box at the county office with full person by person chain of custody back to the elections office. For those unable to go to a county office due to infirmary, they call a mobile election board to come receive their ballot and follow the same process.
We will not have a fair election because the dems and rinos cannot win fair elections - its why Thune refuses to get the Save America Act through the Senate - why the hell else would he be holding it up. You would only say this if you were helping China manipulate our elections. China has a 600,000 strong cyber warfare force. To be clear, the machines are only one way to change votes, mail in ballots are equally as catastrophic to a legitimate election - its why they were imposed on us.
It was a complicated operation. First, they had to change votes, and for every one of those changed votes, if they didn't want to get caught in an audit, they had to both destroy a Trump vote and create a new ballot. They did that, but it wasn't enough. So, they had to shut down counting, so they could destroy and create even more ballots, but this time the ballots created only dealt with the presidential portion of the ballot. So, we need to stop the destruction and isolate all the ballots that only speak to the presidential election. We need lots of eyes on the movement and counting of all ballots.
That was certainly one of the methods they used but not the only one. In Arizona they used wholesale mail in ballot fraud. It's actually quite easy since there is no voter identity and no chain of custody of mail in ballots. But they also programmed the machines to fail. And then they used a deeply corrupt judiciary to shut down all challenges. It was election theft by many methods making it much more difficult to prove and costly to even try.
I'll add to the equation , Dan. Oregon, patient zero for mail in ballots 27 years ago (debatable), doesn't use machines to vote. We are an all paper ballot state, (less the new law that allows overseas 'citizens' to vote via email and an election worker then fills out a paper ballot for them), also uses intimidation on ignorant county clerks to certify elections. The Secretary of State then uses certification as the excuse for non reversal of results.
The system is very cleverly manipulated and fortified during every legislative session, to build the walls higher against learning the truth. In my opinion the only worldly path back to the truth is a huge hammer from from the WH. Martial law, perhaps? It may be too late, the left is going full communist and the right can't find the backbone to pass one simple piece of legislation. The courts didn't demand any evidence be preserved and so most all of it is gone except maybe a few locations (Fulton Cty GA). What counterfeiter printed them.. or were they legit and just scooped up? Let's lay it all out to SEE how this all was coordinated and carried out and all the associated names and entities. Trump needs that Venn Diagram or whatever on display and charges being filed, or it's just more of the same. Likely it was just 7 or so separate Statewide operations focused on key Democrat controlled precincts, but Tina Peters in CO was focused on how Dominion was being manipulated in her Republican dominated county for all elections, not just for the 2020 presidential totals which were never a key factor for pothead, embryo-killing CO "Moderate" voters going to Biden.

It is not a stretch to claim fair and legitimate elections are key to a Republican Form of Government. The Legislature and the Executive are named as being responsible for fulfilling this guarantee. The Guarantee Clause could be the permission to justify a Constitutional emergency Executive action, defending election integrity.

Personally I consider mail in ballots to be far more insecure than the machines. Don’t get me wrong, I think the machines introduce easy ways to cheat and should therefore be banned, but I think they put most of their efforts into mail in ballot harvesting so that once “mailed” no fraud could ever be detected. Perfect crime.
Unsecured network connected machines are a huge vulnerability. I worked in cyber defense for several years and know how easy it is to manipulate results. But you are also 100% correct in your assertion about mail in ballot fraud and it was used widely to manipulate results. These people are vicious criminals and they knew they needed multiple methods done differently in different locations but with the same outcome, a manipulated election.
The question I always ask is this: If the elections are legitimate, why wont they let anyone verify the results? Those in government, have stolen our elections from us and we HAVE LET THEM DO IT. They had to ask our permission to change how we vote and they didn't. It took them about 3 decades to put the theft fully in place and they aren't about to give elections back. This morning Dan Bongino gave a very insightful response about President Trump’s speech last night. There are things he knows that he can now speak to since President Trump opened the door! This is very very serious and should not be taken lightly! It appears that there were treasonous things that have happened within the administration that need to be blown up and people held accountable! You bet the liberals and media are scared... and they should be!
The only way the fake news media will cover either of these issues is if the DOJ starts making numerous arrests and I don't see that happening. Although I do see allot of other efforts to clean up the next election, I still want to see and a national security declaration that is strong enough to force immediate changes, as this cannot be stopped in the courts.
I am glad to read the transcript. In 2017 I was still getting a print newspaper. The day after Trump's inauguration they had a separate section supposedly devoted to the inauguration, but they didn't print the transcript, which was usually done back then.
Instead they had two columns dissecting the speech, but we couldn't see the speech.
I quit taking the paper shortly after that.
But I am disappointed that Trump didn't give any evidence about the outrageous stolen election of 2020. What happened to the Fulton Co. evidence? What couldn't he give a nod to Tina Peters and talk about Colorado?

...If we look at the 2020 election objectively, it was clearly rigged for the Neocons, and they then installed three people, Blinken, Nuland, and Garland, in the Biden Administration who all claimed that their families had been persecuted by Russians. We would not have this endless war against Russia using Ukraine as a PROXY, if it were not for the Biden Administration. That was no coincidence. They tried like hell to rig the 2024 election. Every Neocon was out for blood, lining up to endorse Kamala, because they knew she’d be just another Biden, nodding along to whatever they wanted.
Here is a tape of former CIA Director James Woolsey openly admitting that the CIA has rigged elections—”only for a very good cause,” he says, “in the interest of democracy.” He also refused to rule out continued interference in foreign elections. If you believe for one second that the 2020 election was fair, you’re a fool. The Neocons got rid of Trump and immediately launched into war.
Now look at the arrays: they show we should have seen a sharp rise in voter turnout—which also registered as a Directional Change. Then, looking at the 3rd Party data, we see another Directional Change. And in 2023, we hit a Panic Cycle, right on schedule. 2024 was projected to be a turning point, followed by another Panic Cycle in the 2026 midterms.
But the real seismic shift comes in 2028, and it points to one thing: neither Democrats nor Republicans will win. (!)

The Democrats under Schummer are clearly trying to prolong the Iran war to discredit Trump for the Midterms. Politics has become simply a political war. This is no longer about what is good for the country including the troops. If one side says the sky is blue, the other must argue it is red even when it is yellow.....
...Nonetheless, it is expected that Senator Schumer will be part of a bipartisan congressional delegation traveling to Israel for in-person meetings with Prime Minister Netanyahu and other leaders. Additionally, he has participated in calls with Israeli President Isaac Herzog alongside other senators. Schummer has supported the “ironclad” relationship between US and Israel. It has been suggested that Netanyahu knows that frustrating Trump could lead to a Democratic victory as long as he prevents any honorable peace deal before November. We cannot confirm such a conspiracy. We can only judge by the words and deeds.

I was not impressed with Trump's speech. Although I am thankful for some of the President's accomplishments, the speech itself left much to be desired.
Let's recall what we were promised before the last election. We were promised a speedy end to the Ukraine war. We were promised no more forever wars, but now we are deep into the Iran debacle and doing the bidding of a foreign power and allowed to do so by a rubber stamp sell out Congress. And Ukraine is still on fire and raging. And then there are all of the false pretexts underlying these 'foreign entanglements'. That is, perpetual war based, grounded and run on lies.
And again in the speech is touting of the glorious US stock markets. People ought to know that the US stock markets are an Inflation Sponge, not per se a measure of prosperity and of financial health. Moreover, greatly inflated with evaluations gone to the moon, the glorious stock markets are a sign of something being very much amiss. And by the way, during the Weimar hyperinflations, the stock markets there also 'enjoyed' evaluations which reflected the false values of the hyperinflation process itself. I mention this, because for me, this whole Trump 'greatest stock market' in history type of bombast is indeed a very sick joke being played on the American 'investors'. As with the game of Musical Chairs, everything is fine until the music stops. Basically what is going on crudely by simply stated is one of the greatest confidence games in history, right up there with tulip bulbs, the South Seas Bubble, assignats ... and come to think of it, the Federal Reserve and its malevolent fictive 'money'.

Richard, we're on the same side here, 2020 was obviously stolen in many ways, but a primetime address only has so much time, and imo Trump used a stalking horse of truth about China's election interference to start the bigger conversation of election integrity - he didn't have time nor good reason to get into such things as, say, Pa. Governor Wolf's move to legalize ballot drop-boxes on Pa streets (under the cover of Covid) making it easier to drop off fake ballots in his swing state, knowing full well that only the Pa State Legislature can legally change voting procedures while also knowing the reversal of his illegal change wouldn't come until well after 2020 and Biden was successfully installed... instead Trump put the camel's nose into the tent, and I'm guessing he also knows his emphasis on China eerily echoes the "Russian collusion" fiasco, which Dems, media, deep staters, and Hillary called "End of democracy!" yet entirely manufactured and held aloft by most Media, while China's interference will most likely be proven real, yet entirely covered up by most Media... and it's easier to see the New York Times trying to do just that without the many distractions that would've come if Trump had laid out the 100's of other ways 2020 was stolen.
Having run for office, at least in CA, only someone who has an active campaign, which means they filed at their county clerks office, paid money, etc., can buy voter rolls. It is _illegal_ to share those rolls with anyone not involved in your campaign. This may not be true in all states, but it is here.
The city where I live knows all about how elections and officials are influenced. We don’t have a city lobbyist database, and pretty much all of the cities in our area do. If we did, anyone connected to a non-profit, even as a volunteer, would have to register in the city if they want to do business with the city. When they speak at city meetings, they would have to identify themselves. Government officials would be required to check the database if someone comes in to do business with the city to see if that person is listed in the database. Because we don’t have one, all of the crappy DSA NGOs come to our city and push their agendas.
We are actively fighting them now. More residents are getting pissed and joining us. It’s a really good thing.
Our group has learned this tactic of shifting adversarial information into the public record. Once it’s in the public record, it becomes harder and harder for them to deny the truth and the public can find it. And they are finding it. It has taken months, but we are activating our community and they are pissed at the council.
I don’t know if I’ve said this before, but DSA members swear an oath to the DSA. So, even if they work for the US government or were voted in, their fealty lies with the DSA. And, that, my friends, is treason.

A lot of people stop paying attention after the part about getting what you want. But how can a person actively harboring a grudge against another honestly expect grace from God? Bury that hatchet and forgive those wrongs. God will reward you.

I also wonder . . . Usafacts.org says we have 204.6 registered American voters. If China has data on 220 million voters, does that mean 15.4 million illegal ballots are under a table in Fulton County?
This is a good point Michael Cox brings up. What is this “voter data”. In our upstate NY city, it used to be that you could download an Excel file with voter info, which is basically name, address, party affiliation, telephone number, and which recent elections you had voted in. Various political parties and who knows who else use this info to contact you. It doesn’t have social security or Medicare or credit card info. They should report what info is included. If the SAVE act were in place, would China have MORE info like drivers license or passport number?

So, if the Chinese hacked all our voter data, I guess there's no issue for blue states complying with the requests of our own federal government. Or, maybe we should just buy it from China.
My instinctive thought is to string up the perpetrators higher than Haman. But it will prove exceedingly difficult to secure convictions for the crimes that will soon emanate from the assorted Grand Juries. If you're into revenge, you will assuredly be disappointed. But if you want the truth to be known and acknowledged by most, and if want things to change so that the illicit actions stop, then I think the current approach is the correct one. The juries and trials will be a bouquet of truth-telling and scoundrel shaming, but little else, apart from some 5-year sentences for second and third-tier players who failed in their operational security and left evidence to be found. The change to come will be the prize. Not revenge for us, but truthful lessons for those who follow our generation.

There is solid ID on the entities re: [I'm running "shadow" operations]. Specific people encouraged NOT burying. Others promoted burying. They will surely loose their positions - as a start. There ARE specific code violations for NOT informing POTUS in the briefings of specific facts. The documents demonstrate those facts that were omitted, as well as WHO did the omitting.
My take away is this: President Trump doesn't typically call something out unless he already has a solution prepared for it. He openly called out the politicians who were refusing to pass the SAVE Act, the news networks that refused to air his speech and the talking heads that were paid by China to spread misinformation about President Trump, and the intelligence community that intentionally kept the information about China compromising voter data and our elections away from him. I'll be watching those spaces (among the others that he spoke about).
The biggest frustration is the people who are whining that no one was arrested. That issue has a couple of dimensions: first, this needs to be done lawfully, and second, the ones who HAVE been called to court have been dismissed by corrupt judges (while innocent people have been given kangaroo courts and undeserved jail time). This isn't going to be an easy or pretty fix, but it's something we all need to be involved in, because President Trump can't fix what is happening on the local level. That's our job.

So what would prevent a government like China from using voter registration data they stole from one state to apply for a mail in ballot in a swing state? They could alter the address if necessary, but how would the swing state know it was a false request? The number of fake votes needed to tip elections in swing states is small. Therefore it would be an easy matter to swing a national election.
China sent over thousands ( millions?) of fake driver’s licenses so Chinese nationals/ students could illegally vote. The student visa program is a huge part of the problem.

You must not have had ID theft before. They get name, address, birth date, driver license / social security number / passport number and off they go creating fake IDs and they can register elsewhere and then vote. I had a person (of a very different race) with my name and address and their signature and photo ID going to my bank to withdraw from my account in person. Spouse had a person go to every bank and retail in a large metro area and get $$$$$ worth of money and goods. They were caught finally when they were leasing a place as us. They had a stolen car full of bad checks and other papers showing they stole millions per year from multiple victims. They were small time in comparison to what CCP hackers are capable of.

Having a ballot DOES mean you get to vote! Ballots are mailed out only to registered voters. Anyone can then fill out the ballot and mail it back. The only indication that it came from the registered voter is signature verification. And signature verification was shown by the Arizona audit to be a complete joke! We are in deep trouble if we don't get this mess straightened out!
Yes, several years ago I received notice (also in mail) that my mail in ballot here in PNW was not counted in the cycle because my signature did not match what they had on file. Mind you, my signature on file was from some 20 years ago, and as we age, so does signature get sloppier. On one hand they notified me, an R voter. On the other, just let me in-person vote (again) already. Some counter in a room decided to deny my mail-vote and shouldn’t have. My 1st decade of voting was in-person, at the local elementary school. It can be done.

The point is that collecting information from one state could allow a country to register that person in another state and receive a mail in ballot to vote. Every morning I play wordle on line NY Times with my grown children. Therefore I always get a glimpse of the Times headline which today was not about the speech. So I scrolled down to see what they reported. Their take made my blood boil and I couldn’t wait to read C&C today. I knew it would calm me down! While I agree with much of this, the Judiciary was designed by the Founding Fathers to be the weakest of the 3 branches of government. The laws and power of the courts of Great Britain were something the Founders were trying to avoid. The Legislature was to be given the most power. They would write the laws, but government was meant to be narrow then and Congress was supposed to be a part time job, one that would be surrendered a few years, not decades. The President would see that Legislature’s laws were executed, and the Judiciary was only supposed to interpret those laws under objections. As with all power given to Man, it has become warped far beyond our Founders understanding, but yet, they warned us about much of what we still see today.
You're right that the Founders built the judiciary to be the weakest branch...Hamilton called it the branch with "neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment," and dependent on the other branches to enforce its rulings. But that's exactly why judicial independence matters so much: a weak branch with no army or purse is only as good as its integrity. Once you compromise that, you lose the one check that doesn't run on force.
Nazi Germany shows what happens fast. Hitler didn't abolish the courts.... he captured them. The 1933 Enabling Act let the executive legislate directly, gutting the legislature's primacy you're describing. Judges who wanted to keep their jobs fell in line via "Gleichschaltung" (coordination), and the 1937 German JudgesLaw made loyalty to Hitler part of the judicial oath itself.
The result: courts that had once been independent became instruments for legalizing persecution ... the Nuremberg Laws, property seizures, eventually deportations -all stamped with judicial legitimacy. Tge forms of law remained; the substance was gone.

The corrupt judiciary in Arizona did it again and again in 2020 and 2022 completely ignoring facts and evidence and making rulings based solely on stopping any election challenge. It is one of the worst episodes in corruption I've ever witnessed and will go down in history with the 2020 stolen election. I think it's possible that Trump may be reframing this to build a permission structure. If he declares a national election emergency (under the national emergency act) the states will be forced to implement the terms of the SAVE act, and most importantly, the courts will have no jurisdiction to do anything about it.

We need a National Emergency Presidential Order directing an all of government approach to removing the machines, or at a very minimum creating elector commissions at every county to hand count and verify and report the machine count - I volunteer to be on one in my county. Outlaw mail in ballots except for very limited exceptions. They never asked us for our approval/consent - they simply stole the people's elections.
If they cannot stop mail in for this election, specify you don't get to mail it in, you have to take it to a county office and prove who you are to a county notary public (or military officer or consulate notary if overseas), both you and the notary sign the envelop and then it goes immediately into a secure ballot box at the county office with full person by person chain of custody back to the elections office. For those unable to go to a county office due to infirmary, they call a mobile election board to come receive their ballot and follow the same process.
We will not have a fair election because the dems and rinos cannot win fair elections - its why Thune refuses to get the Save America Act through the Senate - why the hell else would he be holding it up. You would only say this if you were helping China manipulate our elections. China has a 600,000 strong cyber warfare force. To be clear, the machines are only one way to change votes, mail in ballots are equally as catastrophic to a legitimate election - its why they were imposed on us.
It was a complicated operation. First, they had to change votes, and for every one of those changed votes, if they didn't want to get caught in an audit, they had to both destroy a Trump vote and create a new ballot. They did that, but it wasn't enough. So, they had to shut down counting, so they could destroy and create even more ballots, but this time the ballots created only dealt with the presidential portion of the ballot. So, we need to stop the destruction and isolate all the ballots that only speak to the presidential election. We need lots of eyes on the movement and counting of all ballots.
That was certainly one of the methods they used but not the only one. In Arizona they used wholesale mail in ballot fraud. It's actually quite easy since there is no voter identity and no chain of custody of mail in ballots. But they also programmed the machines to fail. And then they used a deeply corrupt judiciary to shut down all challenges. It was election theft by many methods making it much more difficult to prove and costly to even try.
I'll add to the equation , Dan. Oregon, patient zero for mail in ballots 27 years ago (debatable), doesn't use machines to vote. We are an all paper ballot state, (less the new law that allows overseas 'citizens' to vote via email and an election worker then fills out a paper ballot for them), also uses intimidation on ignorant county clerks to certify elections. The Secretary of State then uses certification as the excuse for non reversal of results.
The system is very cleverly manipulated and fortified during every legislative session, to build the walls higher against learning the truth. In my opinion the only worldly path back to the truth is a huge hammer from from the WH. Martial law, perhaps? It may be too late, the left is going full communist and the right can't find the backbone to pass one simple piece of legislation. The judiciary is captured by ideology contrary to truth and shielded by a complicit free press. Is the next piece of the puzzle about to fall into place? Whitch side will A-I fall on? The courts didn't demand any evidence be preserved and so most all of it is gone except maybe a few locations (Fulton Cty GA). What counterfeiter printed them.. or were they legit and just scooped up? Let's lay it all out to SEE how this all was coordinated and carried out and all the associated names and entities. Trump needs that Venn Diagram or whatever on display and charges being filed, or it's just more of the same. Personally I consider mail in ballots to be far more insecure than the machines. Don’t get me wrong, I think the machines introduce easy ways to cheat and should therefore be banned, but I think they put most of their efforts into mail in ballot harvesting so that once “mailed” no fraud could ever be detected. Perfect crime.
Unsecured network connected machines are a huge vulnerability. I worked in cyber defense for several years and know how easy it is to manipulate results. But you are also 100% correct in your assertion about mail in ballot fraud and it was used widely to manipulate results. These people are vicious criminals and they knew they needed multiple methods done differently in different locations but with the same outcome, a manipulated election.
The question I always ask is this: If the elections are legitimate, why wont they let anyone verify the results? Those in government, have stolen our elections from us and we HAVE LET THEM DO IT. They had to ask our permission to change how we vote and they didn't. It took them about 3 decades to put the theft fully in place and they aren't about to give elections back. Either President Trump takes it back or we, the final arbiters, must ourselves take it back. I'm not sure the American people have the courage anymore to do that. The only way the fake news media will cover either of these issues is if the DOJ starts making numerous arrests and I don't see that happening. Although I do see allot of other efforts to clean up the next election, I still want to see and a national security declaration that is strong enough to force immediate changes, as this cannot be stopped in the courts.

I am glad to read the transcript. In 2017 I was still getting a print newspaper. The day after Trump's inauguration they had a separate section supposedly devoted to the inauguration, but they didn't print the transcript, which was usually done back then.
Instead they had two columns dissecting the speech, but we couldn't see the speech.
I quit taking the paper shortly after that.
But I am disappointed that Trump didn't give any evidence about the outrageous stolen election of 2020. What happened to the Fulton Co. evidence? What couldn't he give a nod to Tina Peters and talk about Colorado?

I was not impressed with Trump's speech. Although I am thankful for some of the President's accomplishments, the speech itself left much to be desired.
Let's recall what we were promised before the last election. We were promised a speedy end to the Ukraine war. We were promised no more forever wars, but now we are deep into the Iran debacle and doing the bidding of a foreign power and allowed to do so by a rubber stamp sell out Congress. And Ukraine is still on fire and raging. And then there are all of the false pretexts underlying these 'foreign entanglements'. That is, perpetual war based, grounded and run on lies.
And again in the speech is touting of the glorious US stock markets. People ought to know that the US stock markets are an Inflation Sponge, not per se a measure of prosperity and of financial health. Moreover, greatly inflated with evaluations gone to the moon, the glorious stock markets are a sign of something being very much amiss. And by the way, during the Weimar hyperinflations, the stock markets there also 'enjoyed' evaluations which reflected the false values of the hyperinflation process itself. I mention this, because for me, this whole Trump 'greatest stock market' in history type of bombast is indeed a very sick joke being played on the American 'investors'. As with the game of Musical Chairs, everything is fine until the music stops. Basically what is going on crudely by simply stated is one of the greatest confidence games in history, right up there with tulip bulbs, the South Seas Bubble, assignats ... and come to think of it, the Federal Reserve and its malevolent fictive 'money'.

Richard, we're on the same side here, 2020 was obviously stolen in many ways, but a primetime address only has so much time, and imo Trump used a stalking horse of truth about China's election interference to start the bigger conversation of election integrity - he didn't have time nor good reason to get into such things as, say, Pa. Governor Wolf's move to legalize ballot drop-boxes on Pa streets (under the cover of Covid) making it easier to drop off fake ballots in his swing state, knowing full well that only the Pa State Legislature can legally change voting procedures while also knowing the reversal of his illegal change wouldn't come until well after 2020 and Biden was successfully installed... instead Trump put the camel's nose into the tent, and I'm guessing he also knows his emphasis on China eerily echoes the "Russian collusion" fiasco, which Dems, media, deep staters, and Hillary called "End of democracy!" yet entirely manufactured and held aloft by most Media, while China's interference will most likely be proven real, yet entirely covered up by most Media... and it's easier to see the New York Times trying to do just that without the many distractions that would've come if Trump had laid out the 100's of other ways 2020 was stolen.

Having run for office, at least in CA, only someone who has an active campaign, which means they filed at their county clerks office, paid money, etc., can buy voter rolls. It is _illegal_ to share those rolls with anyone not involved in your campaign. This may not be true in all states, but it is here.
The city where I live knows all about how elections and officials are influenced. We don’t have a city lobbyist database, and pretty much all of the cities in our area do. If we did, anyone connected to a non-profit, even as a volunteer, would have to register in the city if they want to do business with the city. When they speak at city meetings, they would have to identify themselves. Government officials would be required to check the database if someone comes in to do business with the city to see if that person is listed in the database. Because we don’t have one, all of the crappy DSA NGOs come to our city and push their agendas.
We are actively fighting them now. More residents are getting pissed and joining us. It’s a really good thing.
Our group has learned this tactic of shifting adversarial information into the public record. Once it’s in the public record, it becomes harder and harder for them to deny the truth and the public can find it. And they are finding it. It has taken months, but we are activating our community and they are pissed at the council.
I don’t know if I’ve said this before, but DSA members swear an oath to the DSA. So, even if they work for the US government or were voted in, their fealty lies with the DSA. And, that, my friends, is treason.

In our upstate NY city, it used to be that you could download an Excel file with voter info, which is basically name, address, party affiliation, telephone number, and which recent elections you had voted in. Various political parties and who knows who else use this info to contact you. It doesn’t have social security or Medicare or credit card info. They should report what info is included. If the SAVE act were in place, would China have MORE info like drivers license or passport number?
I didn't give the election board ANY sensitive information. I highly doubt anyone else did.

My instinctive thought is to string up the perpetrators higher than Haman. But it will prove exceedingly difficult to secure convictions for the crimes that will soon emanate from the assorted Grand Juries. If you're into revenge, you will assuredly be disappointed. But if you want the truth to be known and acknowledged by most, and if want things to change so that the illicit actions stop, then I think the current approach is the correct one. The juries and trials will be a bouquet of truth-telling and scoundrel shaming, but little else, apart from some 5-year sentences for second and third-tier players who failed in their operational security and left evidence to be found. The change to come will be the prize. Not revenge for us, but truthful lessons for those who follow our generation.

My take away is this: President Trump doesn't typically call something out unless he already has a solution prepared for it. He openly called out the politicians who were refusing to pass the SAVE Act, the news networks that refused to air his speech and the talking heads that were paid by China to spread misinformation about President Trump, and the intelligence community that intentionally kept the information about China compromising voter data and our elections away from him. I'll be watching those spaces (among the others that he spoke about).
The biggest frustration is the people who are whining that no one was arrested. That issue has a couple of dimensions: first, this needs to be done lawfully, and second, the ones who HAVE been called to court have been dismissed by corrupt judges (while innocent people have been given kangaroo courts and undeserved jail time). This isn't going to be an easy or pretty fix, but it's something we all need to be involved in, because President Trump can't fix what is happening on the local level. That's our job.

So what would prevent a government like China from using voter registration data they stole from one state to apply for a mail in ballot in a swing state? They could alter the address if necessary, but how would the swing state know it was a false request? The number of fake votes needed to tip elections in swing states is small. Therefore it would be an easy matter to swing a national election.

You must not have had ID theft before. They get name, address, birth date, driver license / social security number / passport number and off they go creating fake IDs and they can register elsewhere and then vote. I had a person (of a very different race) with my name and address and their signature and photo ID going to my bank to withdraw from my account in person. Spouse had a person go to every bank and retail in a large metro area and get $$$$$ worth of money and goods. They were caught finally when they were leasing a place as us. They had a stolen car full of bad checks and other papers showing they stole millions per year from multiple victims. They were small time in comparison to what CCP hackers are capable of.
This happened to a coworker of mine. Months it took to get her finances back to normal. They had access to everything constantly. I am so very sorry! Ugly people

Having a ballot DOES mean you get to vote! Ballots are mailed out only to registered voters. Anyone can then fill out the ballot and mail it back. The only indication that it came from the registered voter is signature verification. And signature verification was shown by the Arizona audit to be a complete joke! We are in deep trouble if we don't get this mess straightened out!
Yes, several years ago I received notice (also in mail) that my mail in ballot here in PNW was not counted in the cycle because my signature did not match what they had on file. Mind you, my signature on file was from some 20 years ago, and as we age, so does signature get sloppier. On one hand they notified me, an R voter. On the other, just let me in-person vote (again) already. Some counter in a room decided to deny my mail-vote and shouldn’t have. My 1st decade of voting was in-person, at the local elementary school. It can be done.

So I scrolled down to see what they reported. Their take made my blood boil and I couldn’t wait to read C&C today. I knew it would calm me down! But think of the sheep that read only the Times and don’t parse their word choice! How do we get through to THEM?!?!?

A couple of months ago someone on this blog posted that her mother always said "shaw", but she didn't know what that word was.
I replied that the word was "pshaw", and she said that now she remembered the puff of air her mother made.
I can't remember who that was, but I thought of her the other day. Do you remember?

ABC refused to broadcast the speech...and THEN they cut into their regular programming with a Special Report to tell their viewing sheep what Trump said and what to think about it.

Correct. ABC had the speech on some streaming channel that we watched. The commentator gave her take and then said that they were breaking into the broadcast channel to give that take again. Welcome to the world of government propaganda.
There has to be a line somewhere that marks the outer bounds of "serving the public interest". I think doing "fact checks" that are loaded with half truths and outright lies while conceding nothing of what Mr. Trump said is beyond that line.
As I have said for years and years, "Who fact-checks the fact-checkers?"
No one. Thus, fact-checkers are just propagandists.
