If you note the timestamps of the MSM’s replies and “fact checking”, it was all within seconds/minutes of Trump’s speech ending. How is your fact checking reliable when you don’t even go to the government website and analyze the evidence presented first??? Because they don’t want the truth, they want their narrative.

I wouldn't be surprised if some talking heads were greasing his bank account as well for early scoops. Hence why the Trump admin leaked some of the information early to trusted sources.

While I agree with much of this, the Judiciary was designed by the Founding Fathers to be the weakest of the 3 branches of government. The laws and power of the courts of Great Britain were something the Founders were trying to avoid. The Legislature was to be given the most power. They would write the laws, but government was meant to be narrow then and Congress was supposed to be a part time job, one that would be surrendered a few years, not decades. The President would see that Legislature’s laws were executed, and the Judiciary was only supposed to interpret those laws under objections. As with all power given to Man, it has become warped far beyond our Founders understanding, but yet, they warned us about much of what we still see today.
You're right that the Founders built the judiciary to be the weakest branch...Hamilton called it the branch with "neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment," and dependent on the other branches to enforce its rulings. But that's exactly why judicial independence matters so much: a weak branch with no army or purse is only as good as its integrity. Once you compromise that, you lose the one check that doesn't run on force.

The 1933 Enabling Act let the executive legislate directly, gutting the legislature's primacy you're describing. Judges who wanted to keep their jobs fell in line via "Gleichschaltung" (coordination), and the 1937 German JudgesLaw made loyalty to Hitler part of the judicial oath itself.
The result: courts that had once been independent became instruments for legalizing persecution ... the Nuremberg Laws, property seizures, eventually deportations -all stamped with judicial legitimacy. Tge forms of law remained; the substance was gone.

The corrupt judiciary in Arizona did it again and again in 2020 and 2022 completely ignoring facts and evidence and making rulings based solely on stopping any election challenge. We need a National Emergency Presidential Order directing an all of government approach to removing the machines, or at a very minimum creating elector commissions at every county to hand count and verify and report the machine count - I volunteer to be on one in my county. Outlaw mail in ballots except for very limited exceptions. They never asked us for our approval/consent - they simply stole the people's elections.
If they cannot stop mail in for this election, specify you don't get to mail it in, you have to take it to a county office and prove who you are to a county notary public (or military officer or consulate notary if overseas), both you and the notary sign the envelop and then it goes immediately into a secure ballot box at the county office with full person by person chain of custody back to the elections office. For those unable to go to a county office due to infirmary, they call a mobile election board to come receive their ballot and follow the same process.
We will not have a fair election because the dems and rinos cannot win fair elections - its why Thune refuses to get the Save America Act through the Senate - why the hell else would he be holding it up. To be clear, the machines are only one way to change votes, mail in ballots are equally as catastrophic to a legitimate election - its why they were imposed on us.
It was a complicated operation. First, they had to change votes, and for every one of those changed votes, if they didn't want to get caught in an audit, they had to both destroy a Trump vote and create a new ballot. They did that, but it wasn't enough. So, they had to shut down counting, so they could destroy and create even more ballots, but this time the ballots created only dealt with the presidential portion of the ballot. So, we need to stop the destruction and isolate all the ballots that only speak to the presidential election. We need lots of eyes on the movement and counting of all ballots.
Unfortunately there's a lot of "slippery-slope" here.

It is not a stretch to claim fair and legitimate elections are key to a Republican Form of Government. The Legislature and the Executive are named as being responsible for fulfilling this guarantee. The Guarantee Clause could be the permission to justify a Constitutional emergency Executive action, defending election integrity.

Personally I consider mail in ballots to be far more insecure than the machines. This is very very serious and should not be taken lightly! It appears that there were treasonous things that have happened within the administration that need to be blown up and people held accountable! I am glad to read the transcript. In 2017 I was still getting a print newspaper. The day after Trump's inauguration they had a separate section supposedly devoted to the inauguration, but they didn't print the transcript, which was usually done back then.
Instead they had two columns dissecting the speech, but we couldn't see the speech.
I quit taking the paper shortly after that.

Here’s what confuses me: we have proof. We have video testimony by people who have been paid for their signatures on registrations and/or ballots. So there IS proof that votes were harvested and ballots were fraudulent if cast in their actual name. But the media wants irrefutable proof. What is that exactly? Do they want a ballot that was counted to have a confession handwritten on top of it before being cast? What does that undeniable “proof” even look like for them? Many times you don’t have a video of the perp committing the actual crime, but the evidence surrounding it builds to form the logical conclusion. My instinctive thought is to string up the perpetrators higher than Haman. But it will prove exceedingly difficult to secure convictions for the crimes that will soon emanate from the assorted Grand Juries. If you're into revenge, you will assuredly be disappointed. But if you want the truth to be known and acknowledged by most, and if want things to change so that the illicit actions stop, then I think the current approach is the correct one. The juries and trials will be a bouquet of truth-telling and scoundrel shaming, but little else, apart from some 5-year sentences for second and third-tier players who failed in their operational security and left evidence to be found. The change to come will be the prize. Not revenge for us, but truthful lessons for those who follow our generation.

So what would prevent a government like China from using voter registration data they stole from one state to apply for a mail in ballot in a swing state? They could alter the address if necessary, but how would the swing state know it was a false request? The number of fake votes needed to tip elections in swing states is small. Therefore it would be an easy matter to swing a national election.
China sent over thousands ( millions?) of fake driver’s licenses so Chinese nationals/ students could illegally vote. The student visa program is a huge part of the problem.
It's not that simple. Requesting a ballot doesn't mean anything. Just having a ballot doesn't mean you get to vote. Only people that are registered to vote can vote. All voting is a public record and all registrations are public. So you could send in 10 ballots under one name and you wouldn't get 10 votes. I'm amazed that I have to explain how this works to an adult.
Having a ballot DOES mean you get to vote! Ballots are mailed out only to registered voters. Anyone can then fill out the ballot and mail it back. The only indication that it came from the registered voter is signature verification. And signature verification was shown by the Arizona audit to be a complete joke! We are in deep trouble if we don't get this mess straightened out!
Yes, several years ago I received notice (also in mail) that my mail in ballot here in PNW was not counted in the cycle because my signature did not match what they had on file. Mind you, my signature on file was from some 20 years ago, and as we age, so does signature get sloppier. On one hand they notified me, an R voter. On the other, just let me in-person vote (again) already. Some counter in a room decided to deny my mail-vote and shouldn’t have. My 1st decade of voting was in-person, at the local elementary school. It can be done.

You must not have had ID theft before. They get name, address, birth date, driver license / social security number / passport number and off they go creating fake IDs and they can register elsewhere and then vote. I had a person (of a very different race) with my name and address and their signature and photo ID going to my bank to withdraw from my account in person. Spouse had a person go to every bank and retail in a large metro area and get $$$$$ worth of money and goods. They were caught finally when they were leasing a place as us. My take away is this: President Trump doesn't typically call something out unless he already has a solution prepared for it. He openly called out the politicians who were refusing to pass the SAVE Act, the news networks that refused to air his speech and the talking heads that were paid by China to spread misinformation about President Trump, and the intelligence community that intentionally kept the information about China compromising voter data and our elections away from him. I'll be watching those spaces (among the others that he spoke about).
The biggest frustration is the people who are whining that no one was arrested. That issue has a couple of dimensions: first, this needs to be done lawfully, and second, the ones who HAVE been called to court have been dismissed by corrupt judges (while innocent people have been given kangaroo courts and undeserved jail time). This isn't going to be an easy or pretty fix, but it's something we all need to be involved in, because President Trump can't fix what is happening on the local level. That's our job.

While I agree with much of this, the Judiciary was designed by the Founding Fathers to be the weakest of the 3 branches of government. The laws and power of the courts of Great Britain were something the Founders were trying to avoid. The Legislature was to be given the most power. They would write the laws, but government was meant to be narrow then and Congress was supposed to be a part time job, one that would be surrendered a few years, not decades. The President would see that Legislature’s laws were executed, and the Judiciary was only supposed to interpret those laws under objections. As with all power given to Man, it has become warped far beyond our Founders understanding, but yet, they warned us about much of what we still see today.
You're right that the Founders built the judiciary to be the weakest branch...Hamilton called it the branch with "neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment," and dependent on the other branches to enforce its rulings. But that's exactly why judicial independence matters so much: a weak branch with no army or purse is only as good as its integrity. Once you compromise that, you lose the one check that doesn't run on force.
Nazi Germany shows what happens fast. Hitler didn't abolish the courts.... he captured them. The 1933 Enabling Act let the executive legislate directly, gutting the legislature's primacy you're describing. Judges who wanted to keep their jobs fell in line via "Gleichschaltung" (coordination), and the 1937 German JudgesLaw made loyalty to Hitler part of the judicial oath itself.
The result: courts that had once been independent became instruments for legalizing persecution ... the Nuremberg Laws, property seizures, eventually deportations -all stamped with judicial legitimacy. Tge forms of law remained; the substance was gone.

The corrupt judiciary in Arizona did it again and again in 2020 and 2022 completely ignoring facts and evidence and making rulings based solely on stopping any election challenge. It is one of the worst episodes in corruption I've ever witnessed and will go down in history with the 2020 stolen election. Outlaw mail in ballots except for very limited exceptions. They never asked us for our approval/consent - they simply stole the people's elections.
If they cannot stop mail in for this election, specify you don't get to mail it in, you have to take it to a county office and prove who you are to a county notary public (or military officer or consulate notary if overseas), both you and the notary sign the envelop and then it goes immediately into a secure ballot box at the county office with full person by person chain of custody back to the elections office. For those unable to go to a county office due to infirmary, they call a mobile election board to come receive their ballot and follow the same process.
We will not have a fair election because the dems and rinos cannot win fair elections - its why Thune refuses to get the Save America Act through the Senate - why the hell else would he be holding it up. You would only say this if you were helping China manipulate our elections. China has a 600,000 strong cyber warfare force. So, we need to stop the destruction and isolate all the ballots that only speak to the presidential election. We need lots of eyes on the movement and counting of all ballots.

Personally I consider mail in ballots to be far more insecure than the machines. Don’t get me wrong, I think the machines introduce easy ways to cheat and should therefore be banned, but I think they put most of their efforts into mail in ballot harvesting so that once “mailed” no fraud could ever be detected. I am glad to read the transcript. In 2017 I was still getting a print newspaper. The day after Trump's inauguration they had a separate section supposedly devoted to the inauguration, but they didn't print the transcript, which was usually done back then.
Instead they had two columns dissecting the speech, but we couldn't see the speech.

Here’s what confuses me: we have proof. We have video testimony by people who have been paid for their signatures on registrations and/or ballots. So there IS proof that votes were harvested and ballots were fraudulent if cast in their actual name. But the media wants irrefutable proof. What is that exactly? Do they want a ballot that was counted to have a confession handwritten on top of it before being cast? What does that undeniable “proof” even look like for them? My instinctive thought is to string up the perpetrators higher than Haman. But it will prove exceedingly difficult to secure convictions for the crimes that will soon emanate from the assorted Grand Juries. If you're into revenge, you will assuredly be disappointed. But if you want the truth to be known and acknowledged by most, and if want things to change so that the illicit actions stop, then I think the current approach is the correct one. The juries and trials will be a bouquet of truth-telling and scoundrel shaming, but little else, apart from some 5-year sentences for second and third-tier players who failed in their operational security and left evidence to be found. The change to come will be the prize. Not revenge for us, but truthful lessons for those who follow our generation.

I really liked one TV report where he stated up front that he hadn’t read the full report and he wasn’t election integrity experts, but was completely confident in saying that there wasn’t any evidence for Trump’s allegations. That is what counts as primetime journalism these days.

So what would prevent a government like China from using voter registration data they stole from one state to apply for a mail in ballot in a swing state? They could alter the address if necessary, but how would the swing state know it was a false request? The number of fake votes needed to tip elections in swing states is small. Therefore it would be an easy matter to swing a national election.
China sent over thousands ( millions?) of fake driver’s licenses so Chinese nationals/ students could illegally vote. The student visa program is a huge part of the problem.
It's not that simple. Requesting a ballot doesn't mean anything. Just having a ballot doesn't mean you get to vote. Only people that are registered to vote can vote. All voting is a public record and all registrations are public. So you could send in 10 ballots under one name and you wouldn't get 10 votes. I'm amazed that I have to explain how this works to an adult.
Having a ballot DOES mean you get to vote! Ballots are mailed out only to registered voters. Anyone can then fill out the ballot and mail it back. The only indication that it came from the registered voter is signature verification. And signature verification was shown by the Arizona audit to be a complete joke! We are in deep trouble if we don't get this mess straightened out!
Yes, several years ago I received notice (also in mail) that my mail in ballot here in PNW was not counted in the cycle because my signature did not match what they had on file. Mind you, my signature on file was from some 20 years ago, and as we age, so does signature get sloppier. On one hand they notified me, an R voter. On the other, just let me in-person vote (again) already. Some counter in a room decided to deny my mail-vote and shouldn’t have. My 1st decade of voting was in-person, at the local elementary school. It can be done.

You must not have had ID theft before. They get name, address, birth date, driver license / social security number / passport number and off they go creating fake IDs and they can register elsewhere and then vote. I had a person (of a very different race) with my name and address and their signature and photo ID going to my bank to withdraw from my account in person. Spouse had a person go to every bank and retail in a large metro area and get $$$$$ worth of money and goods. They were caught finally when they were leasing a place as us. They had a stolen car full of bad checks and other papers showing they stole millions per year from multiple victims. They were small time in comparison to what CCP hackers are capable of.

My take away is this: President Trump doesn't typically call something out unless he already has a solution prepared for it. He openly called out the politicians who were refusing to pass the SAVE Act, the news networks that refused to air his speech and the talking heads that were paid by China to spread misinformation about President Trump, and the intelligence community that intentionally kept the information about China compromising voter data and our elections away from him. I'll be watching those spaces (among the others that he spoke about).
The biggest frustration is the people who are whining that no one was arrested. That issue has a couple of dimensions: first, this needs to be done lawfully, and second, the ones who HAVE been called to court have been dismissed by corrupt judges (while innocent people have been given kangaroo courts and undeserved jail time). This isn't going to be an easy or pretty fix, but it's something we all need to be involved in, because President Trump can't fix what is happening on the local level. That's our job.
