Dear ICE Agents,

This would all go a lot more smoothly if you would just stop trying to enforce the law.

Sincerely,

The Retarded Street Urchins

Perhaps we are being a bit too harsh, if not flat out iron-fisted, upon the delicate sensibilities of our beleaguered and misunderstood Somalian brothers and sisters. To that end, in part to extend an olive branch, but mostly because I never like to let a good crisis go to waste, I’m pulling up stakes and moving to Minnesota to open up: Ollie Ackbars Therapy Goats and Camels Serenity Now Emporium. “Stressful times call for smelly animals.” Franchises available in all urban sprawl hell holes. Frauds and charlatans preferred.

Omg such off color truth telling. I’m a gen X’er and grew up at ground zero of all the political correctness but it never quite took hold. So I appreciate your humor Eric! And i also am glad to see that someone else besides me is working to bring back the descriptor “retarded”; because there is really no other way to describe these people! 🤪

Deb Nance's avatar

They are not retarded! Their IQ puts them several rungs below retatded! We need a new term for that level of ignorance.

Synickel's avatar

I asked AI what the standard below "retarded" is. Here is its woke reply:

"The term "mental retardation" is outdated and considered derogatory. The preferred term today is intellectual disability.

There is no "mental standard just below" intellectual disability, as it is defined by specific criteria. According to the DSM-5 and other standards, intellectual disability is diagnosed when an individual has:

Significantly below-average intellectual functioning, typically defined as an IQ score at or below 70 (two standard deviations below the average IQ of 100).

Significant limitations in adaptive functioning in at least two areas such as communication, self-care, social skills, or academic learning.

Symptoms that are present before age 18.

Therefore, an IQ score of 70 or below is the standard threshold for diagnosing intellectual disability. Scores above 70, even if below average, do not meet the diagnostic criteria for intellectual disability. "

I told AI it was retarded.

Deb Nance's avatar

Ha! It is. That's why I never use it. It's a glorified search engine that will spit out what the average person thinks. And I'm not satisfied with average thought.

Davey Jones's avatar

"I told AI it was retarded." Almost spit out my sandwich. We need so much MORE of this in the world!

Essay33's avatar

Thank you for reinforcing my instinctive loathing of AI. I am forced to engage with it during collaborative writing sessions (I have a colleague who adores it and drags it into collaborations; he's an engineer who hates to write). Every time I am handed AI writing I end up rewriting it as it's typically full of retarded errors and reads like a soulless machine pantomiming humanity produced it.

Julie Ann B's avatar

I refuse to use AI or even consider their “responses”, which often come up without even “asking” for their opinions! I detest it!

Susan Seas's avatar

It took me a little while to realize AI was giving me a cliff note on my email. I didn’t understand why it was saying something and then I’d read the email and say that’s not what it says! I had to go back to the old style of email for it to stop reading my email and giving me notes on it. Good grief!!

Quiltlady's avatar

After some research I found that no one knows where it came from and no one knows how it works. My conclusion, is that it is demonic, if not Satanic. I will not engage with it for any reason. That includes all the "Chatbots" that I am encouraged to use. No thanks! Use discernment in all things.

Deb Nance's avatar

That's how you can always tell. Soulless. Dry. Endless. Boring.

Synickel's avatar

I agree the writing is sterile and soulless. I never use it for that, but it can be handy on some quick search functions for simple information or technical info.

Garden Lover's avatar

So, most Somalians are retarded as their average IQ rate is 69.

And AI is only as good as its programmers, which are only as good as the universities they attend, which are, by and large, overrun by retards, so.

I suggested to the circulator that he could not possibly be favor of the initiative, and he replied that he was completely opposed to it! The word retard is widely used in the mechanics' world. It simply means slow (or to slow if you're using it as a verb).

“Ritard” is the most common directive in music composition, indicating “to slow down.” Usually abbreviated to “rit.” It’s the Italian spelling for “slow.” I wonder how many liberal musicians know that they are using “retard” practically every time they play a piece of music. Simply apply the combined definitions of "peaceful protest".

There's no single federal definition, but peaceful protesting in the U.S. involves nonviolent expression (speech, assembly) protected by the First Amendment, often in public forums (streets, parks), focusing on social/political issues without causing harm or blocking essential services, though it must follow reasonable "time, place, and manner" rules (like permits for large events) to ensure public safety and order. Key elements include nonviolence, no property damage, no physical obstruction, and respecting public safety, distinguishing it from illegal acts like riots or trespassing.

Eric - The Imaginary Hobgoblin's avatar

So, you're saying setting buildings and vehicles on fire, blocking through ways, etc….are not considered peaceful protests?…….Wild. Who knew?

Karen Bandy's avatar

I guess you’re not supposed to knock down public statues either, who knew? 🤷‍♀️

Eric - The Imaginary Hobgoblin's avatar

kittynana's avatar

Snavely43's avatar

Things would go a lot more smoothly if you'd recognize people's rights to due process.

Eric - The Imaginary Hobgoblin's avatar

Due process for being here illegally? Brilliant, Sherlock. Surely you jest? Try that due process crap in any other country and let's see how it goes. You got it backwards numbnut. Poor thing...you've obviously been critically injured by msm talking points. Hell, ICE could be handing out gold bars to the city and you'd still find an excuse to blow something up. Your ilk are not at all well.

taxpayer's avatar

In response to all the commenters here (who don't surprise me given the theme of this blog), even criminals caught in the act are entitled to due process. They go before a judge, who may set bail or deny it, conducts a trial unless they plead guilty, hears and evaluates evidence. It's clear that CPB/ICE are picking up and holding people who plausibly might be illegal, without evaluating their documented status.

Eric - The Imaginary Hobgoblin's avatar

What freaking fantasy world are you living in? Get a grip. This isn’t the Rockford Files. If you're here illegally, as in every other country, you go bye-bye. Skippy, the intern could look up the information in about 15 seconds. It ain’t hard.

-TobeorNottobe-'s avatar

Depends on what “due process” is for being here illegally and so need to be deported…why do you read this blog again if it’s detestable to you? It’s like eating your own poo over and over…

Ryan Gardner's avatar

Ahhhh...."due process".

First you might want to read the constitution.

I don't remember "due process " when they legalized criminality and criminalized formerly legal and “decent” behavior. How progressive is that, and then call you a racist if you oppose this because you just want to live your life safely.

I don't remember "due process when they goaded their mentally unstable acolytes into shooting their political opponents, even as they demand ‘common sense gun control.’ then blame the now-dead political opponents for their own deaths. A Brilliant two-fer! When they discovered it is easier to eliminate their opponents than to defeat them.

I don't remember"due process " when they aimed to simply take back power from the prudes and bigots and return it to the unelected career bureaucrats, criminals, illegal aliens, and sexual deviants to whom it rightfully belongs. When they vowed to tax the rich, passively-aggressively enslave the poor, cheapen life, attack Christianity, embrace Islam, rewrite history, mock patriotism, reopen our borders, destroy Capitalism and The Patriarchy, put strict limits on speech to protect the easily offended, eliminate the Second Amendment, and engage in such other activities as they deem necessary to counteract those of the Bad Orange Man who unconstitutionally held power the past four years…due, no doubt, to Russian interference

I don't remember "due process" when they force-masked us, when they de facto shut down my business and weed shops stayed open, when they forced people to either inject rat juice or lose their livelihood, when they tried to surround my kids in a spirit of fear, when they locked us down.

You know why I didn't get "due process"?

Because I was afforded no opportunity to oppose this unless I wanted to be thrown into solitary confinement for 4 years.

We're over your toxic "empathy".

Juju's avatar

I second this with the loudest roar I can muster this morning. “Due Process” has failed to mean anything anymore BECAUSE of the left’s abuse of it

Ryan Gardner's avatar

Bard Joseph's avatar

Leskunque Lepew's avatar

UncleWiggly's avatar

Illegals do not have a right to due process. They only have a right to be deported.

Mike's avatar

Due process: Be in the US illegally or not, Impede a officer of the law, put hands on a officer of the law, spit, slash tires, break vehicle windows, throw bottles of urine, fireworks or display any other weapon...Duly get your face smashed in and dragged to jail, go spend 3 years in the same prison used for the J6'rs.

GregWA's avatar

Due process for the illegals should include just as many legal proceedings as when they entered the country...ZERO!

I have to say one thing on illegals: I read a comment the other day, from a solid conservative whose comments are consistently awesome, that he's been living and working with illegals for decades. People who came here illegally, but who integrated, pay taxes, work hard, etc. Then Biden opened the floodgates and flattened the camel's back. We have no choice but to respond the way Trump and Homan are responding. But I have a lot of sympathy for the "good illegals" who were here in reasonable numbers, working hard, paying taxes, not on welfare, not breaking any law after their illegal entry.

KC & the Sunshine's avatar

I’ve had the same conversation with a friend who came illegally, eventually applied for their green card, had an anchor baby, feels bad about the way they did things, BUT they work

hard, pay taxes, do NOT take welfare and never did, even the first few weeks they arrived,

and are good citizens, all

the way around.

Their family resents this latest crop of fence hoppers not makes them looked down upon worse

than they were.

George Burnet's avatar

Good citizens? Unless they applied for and were granted citizenship, they are not good citizens.

taxpayer's avatar

KC did say that they "applied for their green card," from which I infer that they are now legal.

-TobeorNottobe-'s avatar

But by the very act of coming here the way they did shows a blatant disregard for our country and the laws within it, even if they’ve done nothing wrong since then. Imagine breaking into someone’s house, squatting there, contributing to its upkeep and getting your own money to pay the utilities, but it doesn’t change the fact you broke into someone’s home and are still there illegally squatting.

Willing Spirit's avatar

If they came illegally, they’ve been living on borrowed time. And I’d want more proof than someone’s claim that they pay taxes, haven’t taken welfare, etc. If nothing else, taxpayers have had to pay for their children’s’ education; not an insignificant amount as many require special services like ‘English as a second language’ classes at a minimum. This has been going on for several decades now.

I know a little family that entered legally years ago and the hoops they have had to jump through are solid. They have to show periodically that they are earning enough to support themselves. They definitely pay taxes.

Julie Ann B's avatar

I can’t get past the word “illegally”. They came here illegally, ignoring our laws. I am fine with non-Americans who want to live in our country and become a citizen but they must follow our laws and do it the correct way legally. I know it’s a long process. My nephew went through that entire process that took several years to be able to bring in his Mexican fiancé so they could legally get married and she could stay in the U.S. Then they had to follow specific laws in order for her to work here in the states. We can’t just decide to take up residence in any other country and neither should they!

Bard Joseph's avatar

Biden is Trump.

It's a manufactured s..t show to divide and conquer. You took the bait.

william howard's avatar

but you don't wonder why things went so smoothly when Obama did the same thing?

Willing Spirit's avatar

Here’s your response from the Vice-President himself:

This argument is just entirely fake, for two reasons.

1) In the Obama administration, they counted being turned away at the border as a deportation. A person would show up, be sent back, and counted as a deportation. We have to do deportations from the interior of the country because Biden and Harris let them walk in.

2) In the cities that are not sanctuary cities, the deportation process is orderly and normal--like most law enforcement. In Minneapolis and a few other sanctuary jurisdictions, local jurisdictions and a few leftwing agitators have decided to wage war on all immigration enforcement officers.

They are hoping that a little chaos will convince us to give up on immigration enforcement. They are wrong.

‘Retarded’ has been kicked aside kinda like ‘master bedroom’.

Some squeaky wheel or NGO diktat disregarded the fact that the term meant, the owner or head of the household’, rather

than ‘a slave owner’.

All sorts of words have master as a prefix. Do they suppose they all mean/meant SLAVE OWNER? In most cases, it simply means, too, or best, or most learned.

master class

Master’s degree

master golfer

Master’s Tournament

master lock

C&C, what follows is something that should crack like next door thunder. Over the past two days the following appeal has been posted all over substack, including to the #1 news publication where it received nearly 200 hearts—200 votes of approval on the largest liberal forum where there is much gnashing of teeth with pure hatred at everything Trump & ICE—because this transcends partisian bounderies, and as the violence escalates and threatens to spill out of distance cities and engulf our own, we must first pause to reflect that we are ALL the --> United <-- States of America—bonded by the spilled-blood of our anscestors and the first and last bastion of freedom in the world—and then start rooting out the ruthless billionaires stabbing her in the back from behind their coward's curtain.

Hitting the heart and restack buttons on this means visibility for others, which is how we win. If my work has any meaning, it is this:

Every single red and blue voter on the planet has way more in common with each other, and shares way more of the same values with one another, than both of them combined versus the 1% who view us as cattle.

"If you catch 100 red fire ants as well as 100 large black ants, and put them in a jar, at first, nothing will happen. However, if you violently shake the jar and dump them back on the ground the ants will fight until they eventually kill each other. The thing is, the red ants think the black ants are the enemy and vice versa, when in reality, the real enemy is the person who shook the jar. This is exactly what's happening in society today. Liberal vs conservative, black vs white, pro mask vs anti-mask, vax vs anti-vax, rich vs poor, man vs woman, cop vs citizen, immigrant vs citizen. The real question we need to be asking ourselves is who's shaking the jar ... and why?" —Shera

President Obama's Foreshadowing: "You just have to flood a country's public square with enough raw sewage, you just have to raise enough questions, spread enough dirt, plant enough conspiracy theorizing that citizens no longer know what to believe. Once they lose trust in their leaders, in mainstream media, in political institutions, in each other, in the possibility of "truth", the games won."

We are those ants and that society and all that we are witnessing is contrived to destroy the United States—both sides of the blackmailed isle are in on it. Here are the WEF 2030 goals:

1) America will no longer be a super power

2) You will own nothing and be happy

To achieve this they have to destroy the old order first before they can usher in their new total surveillance tyrannical super state. To achieve that they are mercilessly dividing and conquering us which is the oldest playbook for control that exists. Here is how:

----

Ten Ways Billionaires Who Hate You Are Manipulating You Right Now by @thewisewolf

1) The first manipulation is the illusion of choice. You think you have two parties representing different visions for America but both parties are funded by the same billionaires, vote for the same surveillance bills, approve the same defense budgets, and serve the same corporate interests. The choice you are given is which color tie the puppet wears, not who controls the strings.

2) The second manipulation is emotional hijacking. The news does not inform you, it activates you. Every story is framed to trigger fear or anger or disgust because those emotions bypass your rational thinking and make you easier to control. You are not watching journalism. You are being subjected to psychological operations designed to keep you in a constant state of agitation.

3) The third manipulation is tribal sorting. The algorithm learns what makes you angry and feeds you more of it until your entire worldview is shaped by outrage at the other side. You are sorted into a tribe not because you chose it but because keeping you tribal keeps you predictable and profitable.

4) The fourth manipulation is false scarcity. You are told resources are limited and the other tribe is taking what belongs to you. Immigrants are stealing your jobs. Welfare recipients are draining your taxes. The other party is destroying your healthcare. Meanwhile the billionaire class has more wealth than any humans in history and could solve most of these problems tomorrow if they wanted to.

5) The fifth manipulation is memory holing. Stories that threaten powerful interests get buried or forgotten within days. Exposed crimes result in no consequences. Historical context that would help you understand the present is never taught. You are kept in a perpetual present with no past to learn from and no future to plan for.

6) The sixth manipulation is controlled opposition. The voices you think are fighting for you are often funded by the same interests they pretend to oppose. The outrage merchant on your side of the aisle is playing a character designed to keep you engaged and angry and tuned in while nothing ever actually changes.

7) The seventh manipulation is the Overton window. The range of acceptable opinion is artificially narrowed so that anything outside it seems extreme. Ideas that were mainstream fifty years ago are now treated as radical. Ideas that serve elite interests are treated as moderate common sense. You are not choosing your beliefs from the full range of human thought. You are choosing from a menu they wrote.

8) The eighth manipulation is learned helplessness. You are shown so many problems with no solutions that you eventually give up and accept that nothing can change. This is intentional. A population that believes resistance is futile does not resist. They scroll and complain and feel superior for understanding how bad things are while doing absolutely nothing about it.

9) The ninth manipulation is identity capture. Your political affiliation becomes your identity, and any attack on your party feels like an attack on you personally. This makes you defend politicians and policies that harm you because admitting they are wrong would mean admitting you were wrong, and your ego will not allow that.

10) The tenth manipulation is the most insidious of all: you are manipulated into believing you are too smart to be manipulated. Every person reading this thinks the manipulations I described apply to other people, the stupid people, the brainwashed people on the other side. That certainty is itself a manipulation. The moment you believe you are immune is the moment you become most vulnerable

---

There is something way bigger going on when you can divide everyone in the entire world into an 'us vs them' mentality on almost every single subject.. We cannot let them get away with these ridiculous ancient divide and conquer tactics...

Bill Gates on Epstein: “His lifestyle is very different and kind of intriguing although it would not work for me,”

It is ALL of us vs the 1%. That’s always how its been. Every single red and blue voter on the planet has way more in common with each other, and shares way more of the same values with one another, than both of them combined versus the 1% who view us as cattle. They are our predators. We work to enrich them. They feast on our efforts and divide and spread hate among us, keep us fighting over pronouns while sparing no expense to replace us with AI and slip digital chains around our necks, and all while raining down scorn:

WEF Head Yuval Harari, NYTimes Interview:  thinking about all this, puts it this way: “Utopia and dystopia depends on your values.” … The useless class he describes is uniquely vulnerable. “If a century ago you mounted a revolution against exploitation, you knew that when bad comes to worse, they can’t shoot all of us because they need us,” he said, citing army service and factory work.

Now it is becoming less clear why the ruling elite would not just kill the new useless class. “You’re totally expendable,” he told the audience. … “We don’t need you. But we are nice, so we’ll take care of you.” —Source (worth reading in full): https://archive.is/rWLoO

United we stand. Divided we fall—which is why we are being mercilessly divided.

"We must learn to live together as brothers or we will perish together as fools.

The middle ground-narrow path-is the 3rd way the elite try so hard to hide from us. Thank you for giving us a clear picture on how we can walk that path—together.

I try so hard to find common ground with my rabid Facebook friends so we don’t argue.

One middle ground I really tried to softly pound home was the recent death of Ms Good.

She made a string of bad decisions that lead her to her death starting with choosing a partner over her children.

This goes against nature and once you start going against nature, you start the downward path of devolution or evil—the opposite of life.

The Left is in a death cult because they are not siding with nature/common sense and love.

They aren’t choosing sovereignty which is our spiritual test right now.

Every single thing the parasitical elite are trying to do right now, is to prevent us from choosing sovereignty.

Look to the Christ within, the inner voice, and become an adult.

Listen to the experts outside of yourself and remain a child in need of being taken care of.

It’s really that simple.

"Red Vs Blue Is A Cage Match And The Billionaires Sold Tickets

The person down the street who votes differently than you is not your enemy. They are your neighbor. They worry about the same things you worry about. They want their kids to be safe and their bills to be paid and their country to be a place worth living in. They have been manipulated just like you have been manipulated, fed a different flavor of the same poison, sorted into a different tribe by the same algorithm, pointed at you as the enemy by the same people who point you at them.

The working class Republican and the working class Democrat have more in common with each other than either of them has with the billionaire class that funds both parties.

You share the same struggles. You face the same rigged systems. You are being crushed by the same economic forces that have transferred more wealth upward in the last fifty years than at any point in human history. And instead of uniting against the people doing this to you, you are screaming at each other on the internet about pronouns and flags and whatever fresh outrage the algorithm served up this morning.

This is exactly what they want. A nation at war with itself cannot resist a takeover. A people consumed by mutual hatred will accept any authority that promises to protect them from the manufactured enemy. Every empire that fell was divided before it was conquered. Every free people who lost their freedom were set against each other first.

The red versus blue war is not real. It is a show put on by people who own both teams. It is professional wrestling and you think it is a real fight. The wrestlers go backstage after the match and laugh together while you are still screaming at the guy in the other section who was rooting for the wrong character.

This Is Our Country Not Theirs

This nation belongs to the people who live here and work here and raise families here and will be buried here. It does not belong to billionaires who hold citizenship in three countries and will flee to their bunkers the moment things get bad. It does not belong to tech oligarchs who view democracy as an obstacle to efficiency. It does not belong to foreign interests who have purchased so much influence that they might as well be writing our laws themselves.

We have to stop letting them divide us. We have to start seeing each other as fellow Americans again instead of enemy combatants in a culture war that was manufactured to keep us weak. We have to remember that the person screaming at us online is also a victim of the same manipulation, and maybe if we stopped screaming back and started talking, we might realize we have been fighting the wrong enemy this entire time.

Turn off the television. It is not informing you. It is programming you. Question everything, including the sources you trust, especially the sources you trust. Talk to people who disagree with you and do it without trying to win. Listen to why they believe what they believe. You might discover that the monster you have been told to hate is actually just another person trying to make sense of a confusing world with imperfect information, exactly like you.

Remember who you are. You are an American. Your ancestors came to this land or were brought to this land or were already on this land, and regardless of how they got here, they built something together that was supposed to be different from the old world’s tyrannies and aristocracies. That project is not finished. Every generation has to fight to keep it alive against the forces that want to drag us back to a world where a handful of rulers own everything and everyone else serves at their pleasure.

The billionaires are building robot armies because they know what is coming. They know that eventually the population will wake up and realize what has been done to them. They are preparing for that day. The question is whether we wake up before they finish building, or after.

Stop letting them divide you. Your enemies are not your neighbors. Your enemies are the people who profit from your division and are building machines to replace you the moment you are no longer useful.

Start acting like it before it is too late". —The Wise Wolf

Your posts are very insightful TriTorch; I read the first one twice yet while I understand exactly what you're saying and don't think it's impossible (yet) to turn this thing around, I do think it's daunting. If you've ever watched the Divergent movie series, the various factions of people are programmed to be at war with each other and the main characters are fighting to deactivate the program and wake them all up. I think that's where we are.

Yet here's where I see the problem... You say "We have to stop letting them divide us. We have to start seeing each other as fellow Americans again instead of enemy combatants in a culture war that was manufactured to keep us weak." This is much easier said than done!

How do you find any common ground with people who are so far gone that they already hate everything that is America? The ones who are so brain damaged from their blue hair dye or too many injections, that they are compelled to work against law & order, scream & yell instead of discuss, and are intent on pushing the identity culture war forward. These "fellow Americans" are happy to drag the rest of us down; they are already enemy combatants.

rolandttg's avatar

I think that is why we are being forced to participate in , or at least watch we are seeing. People cannot be told. They must see it, and feel it to believe it. Still never getting 100 % of people to open their eyes, but you have already seen people you never dreamed would crossover become staunch conservatives.

Martin Luther King Jr. had this kind of effect on even the most brainwashed, I think we can learn a lot from his example. First, let's sound the alarm and then figure out the next steps. The reception has been amazing to this message from the left, in fact, there was less resistance from their camp than the right's, so there is still much hope. We just need to move fast before all hell breaks loose and nobody will listen to any reason.

In regards to television programming:

Television didn’t come into my life at all until my teen years. (About 1962).

I have seen far less than the average person, I think. In early adulthood, hippy days, there was no television in our home for several years.

Now that I’m retired I watch some and have been watching old comedy series that I know my children watched in their teen years. (I had four children, a demanding career and a bad marriage-so was quite too busy with other things.). I would catch bits and pieces. I do remember pointing out that on the show ‘Friends’ eventually everyone had had sex with everyone else.

Anyway, I’m noticing the ‘laugh track’ and how it’s used for emphasis and supposed approval of thoughts and ideas. Now, hardly any of these are taped in front of live audiences, so one assumes the audio laughs are added later. On ‘That 70s Show’ the mother is pressuring her children to go to church and a speech is made by their streetwise foster child how organized religion has it all wrong and God has been declared dead anyway. The laugh track goes wild and I believe there’s even applause. Just one of a gazillion examples of manipulation I see to which my children and others were exposed. Fortunately, my children had a layer of reality and had been told about manipulation and are okay. But how many had that protection and how did it affect them?

Today they’re just watching flat out porn and the attempted normalization of perverse lifestyles.

It really is horrific WS, and the programming just keeps getting more sophisticated at the same time the content gets more depraved.

Our choices today are Left, Right, and Center.

Over the past 57 years, I spent 33 years as a registered democrat holding on to the fantasy that I belonged to the "Party of the People" until I had arrived at 2003 when just enough Democrats joined the Republicans to give little Georgie Bush his "Shock and Awe" war in Iraq.

Exit the democrat party. Forever.

Then, with no place to go that wasn't warmongering, the Independent Party became my permanent home.

Say what you will about the Independents but going into the 2024 election we were the largest political party with over 40% of the voting electorate consolidated right there.

Wherever I go online, there are many who complain till the cows come home that the Duopoly is just one big party and what the country needs is a 3rd party.

Well, for all those naysayers and nitwits that would rather cry me a river than support a legitimate 3rd choice, in 2024 we all had that best opportunity of our lifetimes in RFK Jr.

I'm not going to attempt to explain to anyone here how this man was "the man" the Presidency was made for. Most everyone in this country listened to the daily propaganda that spewed hatred for the man.

Shame on everyone who ever repeated the voluminous lies the corporate media regurgitated 24/7.

Shame on you. Our one chance at returning to a fair and equal government was lost as again after Covid came and went, the masses bought the lies and again relinquished their critical thinking skills.

Right now, the choices are conservative and globalist. That's right, not "liberal" as that party has basically aligned itself with the Globalists and the Globalists want chaos in the streets.

They accomplished it with Covid and here we are again.

God help this nation if we ever again allow the "so-called liberals" to govern Washington D.C.

TriTorch's avatar

The solution is to get local, get self-dependent, get the common unity back in community by building webs of resilience with your neighbors, get control of your school boards, mayors office, and town councils, get to know your sheriff, get a garden in your lawn no matter how small, a single tomato plant is better than nothing, get a well (water is your most important resource hands down), get bartering for practice, get used to living without a grocery store, get ready, get moving, get doing, and, if so inclined, get God.

Stop building a bigger fence against your neighbor, and start bulding a bigger table.

Joze's avatar

Just noticed the sub heading: "Out Here On the Perimeter"... your solutions (or start at them) are Wonderful! For those of us already on the Perimeter, Off the Grid or (and Most importantly) - Capable of doing so (the skills and the will to survive). But you proposed Bigger solutions than that, a bigger table for everyone(?)... Reality is: The LEFT (and perhaps some of the $$$ on the Right to whom it benefits) have GROOMED a society of "adults" still playing video games in their parents basements (among other non-producers) believing that is the Staus Quo that can go on forever (until they need some interaction and the best way to get that is go out and "Protest"; any changes to their status quo)... I'm sorry to say, and I trust you will find this disqualifying... The reality of human history - is that we either maintain the status quo OR those weak links (the Biting ants) do real harm to your Corpus. When living on the perimeter doesn't protect you any longer, then the natural response to the ants biting will follow... and we'll start over again (or maybe this time destroy all of humanity in the process)... We are in camps. From my camp I do not see a path forward on the March of the ants. I do see a path forward under a respect for and basic adherence to the spirit of the Declaration of Independence and the basic tenants of the Constitution (not today's: We get to meddle in every aspect of your life because of "Interstate Commerce")... It's served its purpose - but I see the solution as getting back to the basics. Simplify & Be Good to all; but respond appropriately to those out to destroy you.

Skeptical Actuary's avatar

That may be something to do in addition. But it's hardly THE solution.

Lynne Morris's avatar

I have seen this before and while I get the point, I do not accept it. First, by doing so it concedes the inferiority of the bulk of humanity, in this case US citizens and I disavow that. Second, this is thinly, very thinly, disguised us versus them too. Nameless billionaires cast as the enemy. Bernie and AOC must be so proud! This is just jingoism of a different kind. The truth is that under capitalism most people can become billionaires if they try. We do not have a level.playing firld but we absolutely have equality of opportunity. But another truth is that most Americans do not worship at the altar of the Almighty Dollar, rather they worship at the altar of God, Family and Country. Glory, glory Hallelujah. Nor is it a slight for country to be third because if the first two occur the third is a given. I even think for some it is family first because that too will lead you to God. If He is not already in your life nothing will lead you to Jesus take the wheel like having a child. Third, if there is a unifying force marshaled against the American citizen - the only legitimate power in the United States of America, all else flows therefrom and that power is divinely granted - it is not human.

TriTorch's avatar

Lynn, they've been at this a long time. Deception is key, they are satan's minnions. It is not a question if "can they manipulate us" but "how can we overcome it" because they are, and are extremely adept at the art of this war:

From the Congressional Record, January 27, 1917:

JP Morgan, Steel, Shipbuilding, and “powder” interests hired 12 high-ranking newspaper execs to determine how to “control generally the policy of the daily press” throughout the entire country.

Answer: They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25 of the greatest papers.

…the policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month; an editor was furnished for each paper to properly SUPERVISE AND EDIT INFORMATION….

This policy also included the suppression of everything in opposition to the WISHES of the interests served.

It always seemed strange to me that you need ANY school to qualify you for taking the BAR exam. I mean, if I can stroll in and pass the test, who cares how I got the knowledge? Pass it or don't. Sink or swim. Then take it from there. Of course, virtually everyone will need the guidance and training a law school will provide, but that's a separate question.

Barbls's avatar

I agree. I had a friend who got a masters in English Literature without attending any courses. She had to pay for the credits, but she acquired a number of syllabi and studied independently and passed the written and oral exams. In some states, you can qualify for the bar exam by completing an apprenticeship or “reading the law” instead of attending law school. California, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington allow you to take the bar exam without law school if you’ve completed an apprenticeship program. Which seems fair. And cheaper. If you know as much as a Harvard grad (which isn’t saying much these days) you should be to practice law🤷‍♀️.

Michelle's avatar

I believe WA state recently passed a law to where you don’t even have to take and pass the bar exam.

The ABA strikes me as alike to the medical boards. They enforce compliance in the profession, including for topics that would otherwise be constitutionally protected. The whole covid abuse was facilitated by professional organizations and large employers persecuting and punishing those who did not play along. I would like to see this elaborated more carefully, and I get excited when Jeff helps with his insights.

An issue that I care about is the threat that hangs over anyone who could be construed as offering legal advice. This obstructs the ability of regular humans to support each other when having to deal with legal issues. Traffic tickets. Family court. Landlord-tenant. We have a right to go pro se, representing ourselves, but we can only be helped by an ABA approved and bridled lawyer. Yes, bad and wrong advisance can make a terrible mess, but so does a monetary and professional obstruction to a citizen's participation in the justice system.

Lynne Morris's avatar

There is a nascent movement to allow paralegals greater authority. I predict that will sweep the legal business as nurse practitioners did the health industry. Well at least that would have been my prediction before so many lawyers and bar associations jumped on the AI bandwagon. At first blush machinery does appear to be more cost effective than a human. So we need about a decade for that nonsense to wash out. But honestly the only way to know the law is the study it. Carefully and really from the perspective of any side of an issue. Framing the issue is the hard part. The part AI will never be able to do IMO. There are some very good jailhouse lawyers for example and they are worth their weight in gold in the penitentiary setting. But I would prefer a sentence to law school (which is what it feels like) than to the pen to obtain it.

Lynne Morris's avatar

Originally lawyers in the US received their legal education as apprentices. Law schools are relatively modern. Probably some ivy league delusion.

Dolce Far Niente's avatar

Absolutely true. Young men would "read law" with a practicing attorney, and then be prepared to go on to practice themselves.

Actually, not just young men; my great-grandmother was the first woman to practice law in the state of Wyoming, and this was how she was educated.

Lynne Morris's avatar

How exciting! Kudos to youf great-grandmother. And to Wyoming. I cannot help but believe that apprenticeship education fostered law as a profession rather than a job.

Maureen's avatar

That was exactly the question I was thinking. If you can pass a neutral law test and get certified, why are there gatekeepers to the actual test in the first place? It seems discriminatory. I would even go so far to ask - if I can pass the bar exam without ever having gone to law school at all, why can’t I be certified as a lawyer?

7 Oregon Attorney Challenges Compulsory Bar Membership Over Bar Statements Condemning White Nationalism. From Courthouse News: “For the second time, a three-member panel of judges of the Ninth Circuit reversed a lower court’s dismissal of an Oregon attorney’s case against the Oregon State Bar after the bar published two statements he objected to in its magazine. In an opinion issued Wednesday, the Ninth Circuit panel determined attorney Daniel Crowe established a freedom of association infringement claim in his complaint protesting bar membership being a requirement to practice law in Oregon and requesting a refund of his dues after the bar published a series of statements in the April 2018 edition of the Bulletin, the state bar’s magazine. The statements condemned white nationalism and faulted former U.S. President Donald Trump for normalizing violence and promoting racism.” Read more here.

The panel also found that the bar qualifies as an arm of the state entitled to sovereign immunity and therefore dismissed it as a defendant but kept the individual bar officers as defendants.

Crowe appealed the lower court’s decision and the Ninth Circuit partially reversed it in 2021, finding that the bar was not an arm of the state entitled to sovereign immunity. That panel also found that Crowe’s freedom of speech claim failed because the refund remedied any injury, though held that his freedom of association claim could continue.

When sent back to the lower court, Simon found the bar’s statement did not contain inherently partisan or political viewpoints and dismissed the case once more.

Crowe appealed the decision and landed in front of the Ninth Circuit again. This time, the panel changed its test to determine whether an entity is an arm of the state entitled to sovereign immunity to align with Supreme Court authority and found the bar now qualified.

It looked to me like Renee and her wife were having fun as opposed to being angry. There were both smiling and telling the ICE agents they weren't mad at them. I think the women are getting paid and are enjoying the job.

I don’t think attractiveness is a criterion for those thugs to abuse women 😕 I do think those protestors are insulated from the reality of these illegal alien criminals and maybe they should to spend a little one on one time with them to get to know them a bit better 😑

MINNEAPOLIS — A disabled Minnesota man says the state paid Somali providers nearly $100,000 over 11 months for daily medical services he never received

and that officials ignored his fraud complaints for years until he testified before a legislative committee. Cain Pence, a Minnesotan who suffered a stroke five years ago, said he was enrolled in the Integrated Community Supports program that was supposed to provide seven hours of daily assistance but received almost no help while providers billed the state $276 per day, upwards of $100,000 per year.

Pence saved all his billing statements, which show providers charged full rates even when he was away from his residence on trips. “Every single one of those days I was gone, they charged the full amount. Nobody even looked in on me,” Pence said. “If I had died in my bed, they wouldn’t have even known.”

Pence said he repeatedly tried to report the fraud to state authorities but was rebuffed. “I would call all these places. I would call the auditor’s office, and I would call the attorney general’s office. They did absolutely nothing,” he said. He showed a form letter he received multiple times: “This is what you file for maltreatment. ‘Your report was assessed and no further action.’ Half-dozen times I got this letter. ‘There will be no further action.’ Yeah, that’s the key line.”

“The Department of Human Services, law enforcement and all the caseworkers and the managers and the politicians did nothing,” Pence said. “It was a protection racket set up to protect the Somali providers. And I’m a living example of it.”

Not sure of this guy’s age, but I bet authorities could pile lots of elder abuse/neglect cases upon the Somali fraudsters and state government enablers.. arrest Tampon Tim!

KARE 11 Investigates: Death raises new fraud allegations in Minnesota’s Medicaid-funded ICS program

One mother says her son’s death reveals the real-world of neglect and fraud.

.

In a St. Paul apartment, 39-year-old Rick Clemmer was found dead on March 7, 2025. Video captures a paramedic stating, “He’s got rigor and lividity - so he’s been deceased for a long amount of time.”

His mother, Mickey Clemmer “If they were really providing him the services they should have been,” she told KARE 11, “he would be here with me.”

Records obtained by KARE 11 show Ultimate Home Health Services LLC, billed taxpayers $461.94 every single day, claiming 12 hours of service daily.

“Fraud,” Mickey said bluntly. “They’re billing for something that never happened.”

“there was nobody there,” she said, “I was there; there was nobody there.”

--------

Officer Rodriguez: When is the last time you guys know, seen him?

Abdul Ibrahim: Yesterday.

Officer Rodriguez: Around what time?

Abdul Ibrahim: It was yesterday morning…He is the most, one of the most independent, you know, residents here. So, we don’t got to do that much checking on him.

That once-a-day “check-in” (if it even happened) stands in stark contrast to the 12 hours of one-to-one care Ultimate Home billed taxpayers for.

It's not just the billions in fraud stolen. Lives are being stolen too. Walz and Frey aren't just complicit in corruption, they're evil. If they were elected as public servants and they facilitate a system that makes illegal aliens rich while killing their own citizens, they simply are evil.

Audio shows Attorney General Ellison pledging support while group discusses donations

2021 audio recording in which Ellison pledges support to members of the Somali community — some later convicted in the Feeding Our Future fraud — while they discuss campaign donations to him and his family.

In the recording, an unidentified male says: “To protect and keep what we have, and the only way we can protect what we have is by inserting ourselves into the political arena, putting our votes where it needs to be, but most importantly, putting our dollars in the right place, and supporting candidates that will fight to protect our interests.”

Ellison responds: “That’s right.”

Later in the conversation, Ellison says, “We are in the middle of the battle with the agencies now.”Minutes later, he adds: “Walz agrees with me that this piddly, stupid stuff running small people out of business is terrible.”

The tape raises questions about a possible quid pro quo, as Ellison offered to push back against state agencies as contributions from related individuals followed.

Should be interesting seeing what comes of the threat to invoke the Insurrection Act. Seems that there has been an uptick in ICE making arrests of the "peaceful protesters" and examples of them. I read somewhere that Homan is collecting names for future consideration. Add in the investigation to the suspiciously timed mass-produced professional signage, the calls for "protesters" for time blocks, and so on - it could escalate pretty quickly. Would be different if these were just protests - people gathering to make their grievances heard in a peaceful manner. But the number of people showing up in winter in Minneapolis to actively hinder and attack federal agents hints at something more. Most sane people want to be inside where it's warm.

I'm hoping Tina Peters gets her sentence killed and ideally all of this stripped from her record. She doesn't deserve this and we all pretty much know if this had been reversed - a person finding/calling out massive irregularities in an election that went toward the GOP - that person would be a hero. :(

Tim R's avatar

While I am not against invoking Insurrection Act against clearly insurrectionist Government of Minnesota, I would love to first see the Funders (all the NGO's that Mike Benz and Data Republican expose on X) have their funds frozen, debanked, arrested on treason or some other charge (I am not a legal expert, but surely they are breaking many laws by providing material support and training to violent street thugs). Let's see where this gets us. I would bet 80% of the protests would dissipate.

Seems it's time to bring back renditions... yes, with off-site waterboarding, strappados and testicle crushers...

Standard jurisprudence and seeking justice for criminal insurrectionists, civilian and government... is so FUBAR s to be useless.

Imagine the TRUTH such interrogations would expose!

Any review of their legality will have to wait until the 911 and JFK files are released.

Thank you and God bless you and Justice Tanenbaum for pushing back on mask tyranny! Oorah! What madness we have all witnessed. Tiny personal story, in 2022 i had a referral to a doctor I had never seen. I had to wait to get an appt. When i went, i was instructed to put on a mask, even though i was not sick and there were only 2 others there. I declined. Doctor was consulted but said it was required. I left. People must actively push back. All of us. Dont be a sheep!

Also, George Soros is Hungarian, and Hungary booted him out. He is a satanic figure.

In my opinion, it's go time. Let's do this. Maybe this weekend. But soon. Thank you President Trump and Tom Homan.

Tonya's avatar

Another serious problem with healthcare costs that is not addressed by Trump's plan is "core measures" implemented by CMS. Healthcare providers that accept Medicare also have to push specific treatments on patients to meet the government's standards of "quality" care. Treatment plans are not personalized to the individual patient's situation, but to one-size-fits-all protocols that increase profits for the pharmaceutical/medical industrial complex.

Lorita's avatar

THIS: one size does not fit all...so true, thank you for stating that.

yep, I'd like to see all the data collection/reporting nonsense stopped. The "wellness" exam is disgusting -- no physical touching, just all check-the-box stuff. Doctor doesn't even look in your eye. HIPAA stuff total joke. Read the book "Big Brother In the Exam Room" to get details.

Tonya's avatar

Sounds like a good book recommendation!

Trump and Homan are of course taking a HUGE risk if they send in regular, US Military troops. Those troops are trained for war, to "break things and kill people" as El Rushbo used to say.

They are not trained in crowd control, restraint in the face of idiocy, or LEO functions in general.

IMHO, the "protesters" and MN government have brought this on themselves, but I expect to see body bags and the MSM and other usual suspects won't let that pass by without first lying about it, amplifying it, and generally extracting maximum mileage from it.

OTOH, if Trump and Homan can put down this insurrection without loss of life, it will be another miracle of Trump 2.0 Fingers crossed!

Juju's avatar

If it’s a choice between body bags full of our ICE agents and LEOs and counter patriotic protestors trying to defend them, or body bags full of gang members and thugs and violent leftist insurgents basically making our laws moot, then I choose the latter. Otherwise our laws cease to mean anything and every city in every state becomes the playground of anarchists and NONE of us are safe, and justice ceases to exist.

Patti's avatar

I agree. I hope no one else loses their life but I’m doubtful this will be the case.

WHEN WILL THEY LEARN?? TAW. In a few months, they’ll be eating their crow medium rare and the experts will wax poetic, “Healthcare may be more AFFORDABLE, but is had NOTHING to do with TRUMP.” 🤦‍♀️

The ACA was a lie, was bad for healthcare, and made insurance companies richer. How did it get past the SC? Oh, that's right.

BelleTower's avatar

The ACA … Obama did not have the will or courage to address UNDERLYING COSTS of healthcare (like malpractice insurance) … what he did was channel all medical expense through gov-blessed insurers. It was a travesty and even as a young adult I knew it. Certainly I know it now! The bill was passed on Christmas Eve without a single republican vote. I was incensed that, as I celebrated Christmas with my children, that body was busy at work, merrily cementing our financial ruin in order to please some very very large “special interests”. Horrifying. I really do think the division really set in right there and Americans became e slaves to the will of the federal government. My eyes were certainly opened very wide.

RunningLogic's avatar

I don’t think it was a question of will or of courage, but it was more that he got some kind of kickback to help out the insurance companies.

Lorita's avatar

Call me crazy but the healthcare issue is bigger than affordability, in Oregon and California (just what I know about) healthcare is deadly broken: doctors, hospitals, "insurance" providers that are so inconsistent or are unavailable. Yes please let it be affordable but good grief let it be appropriate and of help. P.S. one size does not fit all.

Dave aka Geezermann's avatar
