Can someone please explain how Joe Biden, President Cabbage, I his current state can award pardons? Is there no one to challenge his mental capacity to make sane decisions? Just wondering. BTW- Be encouraged 😊

Great point. Incompetent to stand trial for crimes, but not to give sweeping pardons to friends and family? 🤔

Since a person who is non compos mentis cannot legally sign documents, contracts, etc., does anything Joe Biden signed have any legal authority? I have been wondering about that for quite awhile.

I realize this is all a charade and no one has the intestinal fortitude to really go after this issue, but still I wonder where it would go if absolutely fair-minded people were to look at it from a straight, no funny business, legal perspective. A little mind exercise to go with the Wheaties some morning! 🤔

I seriously think Hunter had already cut a deal. This changed nothing. I also believe he gave evidence of his Dad by giving up the laptop .

Same. Wealthy families don't drop off their electronics at rinky dink repair shops. And most repair shops would turn it over to police or the Sheriff, not a lawyer.

Great question - I have the same question regarding his access to "The Red Button".

Because we'd have to involve the 25th Amendment to remove him. That takes testosterone, which the GOP has none of.

Plus, it would create the first female president.

So, we can't.

The GOP bends to the prevailing wind. It used to be to Cretin Woke. Now it seems to be bending to the counter-reaction to be installed on January 20th. I say this independently of value judgement. That is, bending to the prevailing political wind is still bending. And bending as such by actions seen suggests a lack of independent thought and/or independent moral judgment on the part of he who bends.

That's pretty much it, isn't it? No belief in any morality, just whatever is practical at the moment. Thus there is no defense of the American people as there is nothing to be gained and there is no mechanism by which the people can defend themselves. It's pretty easy just to let us be killed.

It is pretty much it ... once 'morality' and war lord looting are synonymous, and once 'the government' has morphed over into a criminal syndicate concerting with other criminal syndicates (like the Mexican drug cartels for one).

One can only wonder when he will start awarding pardons to family pets...
