I read an article yesterday where a 72 year old gentleman shot down a walmart drone which was hovering over his home. I applaud his aim. When the cops were cuffing him he proclaimed he couldn't breathe - he was standing up - I thought it was nice mockery.
Thanks, a week or so ago I asked a county council guy what was allowed if someone was flying a drone over personal property and he cited the FAA. In his reply and your link there was no attempt to address the evasion aspects related to drones. Hopefully an intelligent attorney will take Mr Winn's case and force an acknowledgement that this will become a more serious issue in the not too distant future. Thanks again!
