Sadly, the dead guy's parents are filing a civil law suit against Penny. And, as we know, there is no shortage of lawyers in New York willing to do such a thing.
I didn't see that "civil proceedings" would follow with valiant Mr. Penny--but yes...there is NO shortage of greedy, scumbag "barristers" in the NYC "justus" system! So...we should do another "C & C Multiplier" for Mr. Penny when the civil suit is filed. He needs all the help he can get against this woke'sist Justus sytem!!

It sure is Julie. I can't help but think it is God's divine intervention in a deeply corrupt in-justice system. I thank God, Penny is a free man. Now, Bragg and the corrupt judge both need to face justice. It so nice to know that in little more than a month, they will no longer have "top cover" from the DOJ to do as they please.
