Yeah the Immunity case is a big deal, but what I am really waiting for is the Chevron Doctrine case. Doesn't really matter as much who is in the White House when the federal bureaucracy is out there running amok. No one person can keep tabs on all these 3 letter agencies at all times, which means the President has to delegate some of that oversight. We all saw how that went in 2020.

This is the one I’m interested in as well. Disappointed in the Texas/New Mexico water case. I’m not sure about Kavenugh. Think he’s a phoney.

He isn’t the only one…I call her Amy Phoney Barret. They are such a disappointment and frankly Alito going along w barring ACCUSED from owning a gun is frightening. Anyone can accuse anyone else. What is that about ?!?

Given what Kavanaugh and his family were put through during confirmation hearings, I had hoped it would be like being tested in the fire and he would come out like steel. It was a miracle that he survived.

Yet, instead he seems to have gotten Stockholm Syndrome.

And Amy Comey Barrett; when I heard she had to ‘have The Talk’ with her black adopted daughter about racist Americans, I saw through her.

Could any ‘realist’ candidates make it through the confirmation process now?

I have called her Amy Commie Brett since her first decision. Kavenaugh is a PoS too.

many have said the ACB is compromised - I don't know what for, but that seems to be the theory.

She and Kavenaugh seem to go out of their way to not be what the media claimed they are/were (Trump-ets). I know a certain men’s CBB commentator who consistently dis-es his alma mater’s team when calling one of their games. He tries way too hard to show impartiality. 😖

You have a point - you would think though that at their level of intellect they would push back and be who they really are. Clarence Thomas comes to mind - that man will go down in history as one of the best Supreme Court Judges we've ever had. Everyone should watch his documentary - I'm so glad he finally gave his side of the "high tech lynching" that was spearheaded by Robert L Peters.

Or she’s just that ‘brainwashed’. Wealthy women seem particularly vulnerable.

Both her and Kavenaugh have "out of country" baby adoptions. Some have floated that they may be controlled through the adoptions (not being totally above board).
