I suspect the commie agitators are the reason for the delay. Drop the decisions and head for the hills.

Perhaps the delay is related to the fence being erected around the Supreme Court. A higher, more secure fence will be needed when the Immunity & Fischer cases, free Trump and the January 6 political prisoners.

I will be SHOCKED if they have the guts to rule as such: Roberts and Kavanaugh especially.

Grim thought, that. One likely bought, the other likely intimidated.

I'm pretty sure the fence erected around the SC bldg story proved to be false. I saw the story, including a picture, floating around on X earlier last week and it was debunked. Now, if I were a SC justice of today, I would make sure my personal security and my home security is on red alert. I think a few of them are still being harassed from their roe v wade ruling.

I'm seeing today that Alito has been absent for 2 days. Hopefully nothing serious.

Hopefully he took a powder, getting a head start away from the commies.

He is sequestered away, writing the decision on either Chevron, censorship, or immunity. I'm going to guess Chevron.

No, no, no, you’ve got that all wrong! It isn’t “Drop the decisions and head for the hills”! It’s “Head for the hills, then drop the decisions!” Be assured, if just the (Trump) Presidential Immunity decision goes against what the liberals want (aka follows the Constitution), they’ll burn down DC in protest! It’ll be more “mostly peaceful” protests they’re so adept at!

I agree. They will get violent. They’re probably preparing for rioting already.
