This is a bit of a sidebar, but found it very interesting. It supports the "HIPPA isn't about privacy, but about data sharing" theory.

A cancer surgeon was recently interviewed by America Thought Leaders. They were discussing ivermectin.

She noted that a patient wanted nothing to do with chemo, etc., and wanted to try ivermectin. He drove from Missouri to Tennessee and paid cash for over-the-counter ivermectin. Later, this doctor found that a "prescription for ivermectin" appeared in his records. "How'd it get there?" she asked...

That's a good video to share with normies to throw shade on jabs and be pro-IVM. The doc lady is very credible. And she's one of us!

I assumed that the patient driving to Tennessee to get ivermectin paid with with credit card or debit, until I listened to the interview. He paid with cash. So, what does that leave us with? Cameras filming us and AI identifying us? Trackers of some sort placed on certain products that would register the purchase and connect with one's ID in one's wallet? And if this is happening, what else?

Maybe he put in his rewards card number. I can get a discount on gas with mine at Kroger.

So that is why ‘rewards’ are everywhere! Whose reward is it? Throwing pennies in discounts at us while tracking/selling the data of non-social media/non-smartphone/cash only users. 😡

I guess we shouldn’t be surprised. They send us coupons in the mail to encourage us to buy our same favorite products again.

We use Instacart for Costco purchases. Bet thats all tracked to. We just don’t realize it because they don’t send specific coupons individually.

You have a cell phone…they are tracking you.

Everything tracks you.... even my Pet Supplies Plus store. They also screen record your browsing in addition to your every move.

But none of that should be associated with his chart in his doctors office.

That is very interesting and worth being mindful of if or when a cancer diagnosis is found. Also scary medical records story leaves me baffled and highly concerned.

This tracking stuff just HAS to stop- its disgusting. We really need several huge and expensive lawsuits to end it!

Yes, HIPAA is actually a listing or disclosure of all the ways they are allowed legally to share your private health information. It's actually not at all about privacy.

I have a subscription to Epoch Times and I saw that interview. I thought it was amazing, but how do you share? If I forward anything from there, people can’t watch it because they don’t have a subscription.

Some of their videos (American Thought Leaders anyways) are posted on a Rumble channel by same name. Those can be shared like YouTube videos. Does that help?

My understanding is if two medical providers use the same EMR, they can both see all of your data. I have an out of state doc who uses EPIC and I needed stitches in my home state. The home state urgent care could see my prescriptions from out of state doc because they both used Epic software.

One thing I have learned multiple doctors and facilities can all see my records, and yet none of them have any of it correct.

That’s true. My chart said Smoking Status unknown. BS, I have never smoked. I asked the nurse to change it.

Yep.

That's one of the alleged benefits of EMR. Everyone can see all your records. So you don't have to get reports sent between drs or remember your drug names yourself (because patients "never do that").
