Mine is (while crossing my forehead, lips and heart):
"Open my lips, O Lord, and my mouth shall sing your praise. Glory to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of thy Mercy."
Since I am a serious devotee of the Blessed Mother (aka Virgin Mary) and specifically the Virgen de Guadalupe, the ‘patron saint of Mexico’, I have expanded my daily ‘sign of the cross’ to include…”In the name of the Father, the Blessed Mother, the Son and the Holy Spirit”.
I too say this when waking, getting in my car to drive, at the end of my ‘blessing’ before I eat my food, and whatever situations pop up during the day that could use some divine intercessions! 💓🙏🏻
Upon waking each morning, followed by a, "Good Morning God" (ala Good Morning Vietnam style!), that is the verse that starts my day.

That is a beautiful excerpt from Roman Catholic Rosary prayers.⚘️♥️🙏
I make the sign the Cross many times during the day..upon waking, before driving, before eating.
In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen. ✝️

The miracle of Our Lady in Guadalupe is awe inspiring.
I love Our Lady the Holy Mother of God, very much too. ♥️
This is beautiful, Fred!
My preacher always says to say "Good Morning Lord", not "Lord, it's morning". Have to be there, but it is pretty funny when he says it.
Thanks for the reminder!
My 'long-since-gone-to-JESUS' Pastor (like yours) admonished us to say "GOOD MORNING, LORD!"
not
"Good Lord, it's morning!
Such simple, good advice...and so easily ignored.
Mine too!
