Hi Dave, Yes! USAID is one of many corrupt agencies built by the deeply corrupt "institutional democracy" to undermine our country. The new CIA is being reorganized from one which has implemented the orders of the institutional democracy for decades - to the demise of our country - to one which is actually protecting our Constitutional Republic.
I’m not convinced that there aren’t a ton of bad actors still in the cia, and doing everything they can to disrupt those doing right.

I think you are correct, but, I also think we are turning the corner on that and removing many of the bad actors and policies, and activities built by the institutional democracy.
