What this bill would do is finally empower the victims of the crimes of illegal aliens too sue local and state officials that release criminal aliens from custody. What the bill aims to do is impose the toughest crackdown on states cities and localities that refuse to turn over illegal aliens that are under federal detainers, people here illegally that have been charged or convicted of a crime, but instead sanctuary city officials just release them onto the streets. This bill creates what is called a right to private action which allows victims or families of illegal alien crime to sue the municipalities, cities, state or local officials who release violent offenders and they offend again. I can only say it’s about FREAKIN TIME! This federal bill would strip state officials from what they call civil immunity. Still not a very good reader but has a successful career in manufacturing and a super organized wife. Wellll I’m sure the most ambitious people during the era of the Wright brothers truly believed that one day every plot of land would have their own airplane. Yes, it led to advancement of commercial Airplanes and space flight, but we still don’t each have a personal plane nor could we afford one.

I saw cool personal tiny airplanes at the air show in Oshkosh this summer. They had tons of propellers, weren’t that loud, and were smooth. They fly very low. In 1980, I attended a week long "combat handgun" course at Gunsite in Paulden AZ taught by Col. Jeff Cooper. Paulden is in the high desert area and composed mainly of ranches. When I went grocery shopping, I noticed that at least half of the shoppers in the store were "open carrying" like in an old Western movie. Of course, in ranching country infested with rattle snakes, a rancher is not going to go without a pistol on his/her hip. But nevertheless, it was an eye opener to this California boy. Unless you've experienced it yourself, had self defense training, or otherwise are exposed to gunfight reality, most people don't understand how little time it takes to kill a bunch of people with a gun. As they said, police 3 minutes away...set a timer for three minutes and see how LONG it is, then think about someone with a gun/guns trying to kill as many people as possible in that three minutes.

Wellll I’m sure the most ambitious people during the era of the Wright brothers truly believed that one day every plot of land would have their own airplane. Yes, it led to advancement of commercial Airplanes and space flight, but we still don’t each have a personal plane nor could we afford one.
I think this flying car is similar. It will probably lead to incredible technology over the next 20-30 years but I highly doubt it will advance to everyone being able to not only afford one but control one. I mean, what happened to the jet packs we were all supposed to be able to own? They just fizzled out about a decade ago.
I saw cool personal tiny airplanes at the air show in Oshkosh this summer. They had tons of propellers, weren’t that loud, and were smooth. They fly very low. I can see that being more of a reality for the common citizen than these cars. (I’m sure I sound like the less ambitious from the Wright brother era 🤣)
Our son went to Oshkosh for that plane gathering this summer. Even though he's in his mid-60's, he's just recently acquired a "sport" flying license, some kind of relatively new designation and has a fabric vintage plane although he didn't fly to Oshkosh because his wife won't fly with him.
It was so fun there. The military flyovers were breathtaking and so patriotic. And I never knew personal aviation had advanced as far as it has. I was intrigued.

A "normal" human being has an automatic protective instinct about children (and women). It's an instinct that our culture used to consider to also be a social duty. "Carrying" is empowering to that instinct to protect.
It is for the above reason that "governments" generally view the empowered individuals of society to be a threat to their control and thus favor "gun control".
I used to service multiple schools in the area to work with kids who had disabilities and mental illnesses. One day, there was a lockdown drill, but it wasn't disclosed to me, so I thought it was a real situation. Obviously I was relieved when I learned it was not real, but also a bit perturbed. I told the principal they were lucky nobody tried to enter that room because they would have had their head knocked clean off their block.
In 1980, I attended a week long "combat handgun" course at Gunsite in Paulden AZ taught by Col. Jeff Cooper. Paulden is in the high desert area and composed mainly of ranches. When I went grocery shopping, I noticed that at least half of the shoppers in the store were "open carrying" like in an old Western movie. Of course, in ranching country infested with rattle snakes, a rancher is not going to go without a pistol on his/her hip. But nevertheless, it was an eye opener to this California boy. My observation was that this store would never be robbed as the criminal would be horribly outgunned.
