I have one wonderful friend who has been able to lift our friendhship above the nonsense this whole time, even though she is vaxed and masked. She happily calls me her "noncompliant friend." And she hasn't disowned me even though I've told her the truth about masks, etc. Thankful for her, since other friends have drawn the line and are no longer friends.

When the 1970's Vietnam war protests were thriving--I was having babies and was not in college and participating. You will probably want to plan for the contingency that every as opposed to any business will insist that you bow to any mask mandate. Here in southern California, I expect every woketard business to implement mask requirements.
It's hard. I will order direct and have it delivered or I traveled to Lancaster County where normal people and businesses were. I still do it. The woke supermarkets have not got my business for 3 years. I buy direct from farmers too. It sucks to even have to think and act this way but I am in this fight to the end. Go woke go broke whenever I can.
Do you have a farmers market or a Saturday market you could ask? Or call your local Extension Office. Our area has an annual magazine that lists all farms and vineyards, what they offer and when they’re open to the public, etc.
There are several farms here in North FL that have weekly co-op style packages of seasonal produce and also make deliveries to surrounding towns for convenient pickup. When I lived in Santa Fe, NM there was also a farm co-op of seasonal produce. Many small farms network to provide a larger variety. Many of these farms have websites that describe their methods and missions. Do a search for your area and you will no doubt find local farmers you can support. It's also easy to grow herbs and intermingle some seasonal vegetables in your planter beds. Good luck and have fun!
I have been searching online for local central Florida farms but for some reason I’m coming up empty. I went to the big farmers market but most of it was not organic, very huge vegetables which makes me wonder what they are injecting them with and the ones I bought tasted like exhaust. Maybe from being driven around to different markets? I ended up throwing some stuff away, even the avocados which are my favorite! It was so sad. And now I’m not buying from there ever again. I’ve found some produce stands but they can’t seem to tell me if anything is organic. And the one produce stand closest to me I try and support but every time I end up with produce that is bad. It’s disappointing. I even had the guy pick me out a watermelon that he swore was top notch. When I was going to cut into it one day later I noticed it had a small crack leaking juices and bubbling. I cut into it and it was so gross! Reminded me of the movie Christmas vacation where they overcook the turkey and when they cut into it all the gasses escape and it shrivels down to nothing 😂 We were laughing because the watermelon made the same sounds! It smelled and was rotten.
I started gardening last spring and love it! I’m getting ready for a fall plant and just yesterday found that I accidentally grew a pineapple in my landscaping! I thought it was a decorative pineapple plant that you don’t eat 🤦🏼♀️. I was mowing and I smelled it! It was big and bright yellow and ripe!! A critter had tore into the front part which is probably why I smelled it. I picked it, cut off the critter part and tasted it and wow was that yummy. By far the best pineapple I have ever eaten! I told my husband now I’m gonna be a pineapple farmer too! 😂
I know some farmers have websites. Some are you just have to find them. A group of us went together to buy a steer. There are some co-ops too. We drove around are area looking for farmer's stands. We asked them for any recommendations as well.
I just began something that has been a long time dream -- Just closed on farm land yesterday. Bought it for a young couple who will farm it and pay me rent (and eventually purchase price) in vegetables :). Thinking outside the box!

A long time ago I was warned off of organic produce by my farming cousin in North Central Washington State, because the organic farmers they knew didn't follow sanitary practices. I never knew the details. This is more than 20 years ago, before everyone started moving there and taking over the levers of governance. They may have a robust oversight process in place now, since the state government has become more of a presence in everyone's lives there. Both Oregon and California have long had very strict codes backed by agency oversight about what is/is not okay in Organic farming. I don't like so much state authority, not sure it's trustworthy anymore, but for a long time I trusted the organic produce from both states.

One of our state senators in Arizona sent out a reminder that businesses by law do not have to enforce mask mandates, children under 18 cannot be masked in schools without their parent/guardian's consent and no government building is allowed to force people to mask. She ended it by saying if you go to a store and they want you to mask, leave and choose a different store. Oh, and the Governor's power to call a state of emergency only last 120 days, then the legislature has to approve it. (Personally, I would have cut that down to 30 days.)
True, but if she has to push it through the legislature first, there will hopefully be some pushback. There has to be a darned good reason for me to put a mask on (needing medical care comes to mind) and I am not going to do it to buy groceries or go to the ballet.
I boycotted Trader Joe’s, whose products I dearly love, for almost 9 months while they imposed this idiotic policy in Sarasota. I also wrote corporate a letter telling them how much I’d spent at the store over the years (it was a substantial amount), and did not return until it was lifted. When I did return I made sure the guys there new why I had not come in.

I recently agreed, as a favour, to attend a meeting at a local Aged Care facility to help the management with some planning issues, which also involved my driving nearly an hour in each direction to attend a 1 hour meeting during a busy working day. When the meeting invitation arrived it stated: “Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your meeting time so that we can administer a RAT test”. I declined the meeting invitation - but being a sucker, I did agree to meet with these people at a different (and much more convenient) location
It is refreshing that at least this time there are sane voices like his speaking up. I am praying we can put a stop to it before it even starts. I would feel better if I lived in your state where masking is schools is now illegal and the districts know not to defy DeSantis. Ours put in a weak budget provision and Charleston County violated it immediately and then supplemented the funds with federal dollars. It is a big help that Florida is leading with such a firm hand. It gives our states the needed boost of courage.

never get a mammogram. they are radiation, and squeezing your breasts that hard does them no good, and if you have cancer, squeezes the cells out to spread. Get a thermograph, and an ultrasound if you want. Note. Insurance will NOT pay for an ultrasound unless you have a mammogram first. No mammograms ever again for my wife, who has/had stage 2 breast cancer. So far I have convinced 2 other women to cancel appointments
I can't remember how much radiation exposure one mammogram is now, but I was flabbergasted when I found out. It's equivalent to something like 25 chest x-rays! Never again!
Not correct. The amount of radiation from a standard 4 view mammogram is less than the amount of radiation from 1 chest xray.

Tim you are right. I’m beginning to learn that cancer is primarily a metabolic disorder, not gene-based, although there are genetic propensities for some types of cancer. Metabolic therapy for cancer is a relatively new field and very exciting. The slash/burn/poison model of cancer care has not resulted in significant advances in cancer survival but the costs of this approach are astronomical.

Today I was thinking about the metal ice cube tray w/the pull back handle. I know that isn't what you are speaking of as in good old days, but it is popped into my head for no reason. Then I remembered the crank salt ice cream makers and how that was such a huge treat to have friends over. Everyone chattering until the ice cream was served up then it was silence w/some slurping. Peach was always my favorite. That memory did pop in from the peaches I need to use up.
It's been many years since we made ice cream. I often made peach and my brother really liked it. He's estranged himself from me; maybe he'd reconcile over peach ice cream. Nah, don't think so. Is there any possibility you could supply a little "non-compliance" handout for those of us who will REFUSE in all circumstances to mask up? How about a little something to hand to the receptionist, office manager, store manager, school principal that basically says they have NO legal leg to stand on to require a mask (with some precedent rulings cited), no medical data to back up their masking claims, and that THEY are ripe for a lawsuit if they push their luck? That in the case of a medical office, since if THEY require me to LEAVE their office because I refuse to mask up, no I will NOT pay their ridiculous "cancellation fee" for my appointment, because they are the ones who broke their commitment to the appointment by making me leave, not the other way around? Let's put them on the defensive -- on the hot-seat -- and have the legaleese to back it up. Whattaya say?!

I have been reading crazy stuff that is proliferating online due to Maui refusing to talk and now locking down drone flyovers. I just read on Robert Malone's SubStack that Finland is culling 120,000 foxes and minks to prevent the spread of avian flu. Birds spread avian flu, not necessarily foxes and minks kept in cages. Holland (I think) is getting ready to slaughter hundreds of thousands of cattle. Those wind turbines they've put in the Atlantic are devastating whales.

Yes! THIS!!! It was all planned right up to giving the kids the day off school. How long will it take for people to wake up and see what they are doing. I just told my husband last night - once you know and see what they are doing you cannot unsee or unknow it. It all becomes glaringly obvious when all the lights are on it exposing it. Let's just look at who is in the White House. Biden isn't competent. His Press Secretary isn't competent. His VP isn't competent. I believe he's being run by Obama, who definitely isn't competent. The former Press Secretary, who now has a show on MSNBC, isn't competent. The AG isn't competent. Our senators and representatives aren't competent. Maybe the only institution left that still shows signs of competence is the SCOTUS, and I have my doubts about Roberts, Brown-Jackson, Sotomayor, and Kagan.

One of my relatives is an art teacher in a middle school. The previous teacher was a trans person, whom she witnessed mistreating students. It sounds crazy, but she has experienced spiritual warfare in the art room, with students feeling like someone is pulling their hair, with things falling off the wall, and a general feeling of oppression. She reported the students change their gender identity from week to week. This is in a semi-rural school system outside a large city. She recruited prayer warriors and is committed to staying in the position in hopes of having a positive influence.

Jeff, remember that Dr. Brownstein’s simple protocol, endorsed by Dr. Mercola, is to nebulize a bit of food grade hydrogen peroxide in a saline solution every hour until symptoms subside. Effective for ANY VIRUS...it works, we’ve been using it for years. Keep the solution in the fridge so it is there ready to go. It works. It’s safe. It’s inexpensive. So!
1/2 cup ginger, 1/2 cup horseradish root, 1 onion, 10 cloves garlic crushed or chopped,2 cayenne peppers chopped, 1 cut up lemon, 1 1 cut up orange, sprig of rosemary, 2 tablespoon chopped fresh turmeric ( or 1 tbsp powder) , raw apple cider vinegar (acv), raw honey. Put that herbs in jar, cover with acv and let sit for a month. Strain it and add as much honey as you like to sweeten it up to taste. Will keep in fridge until Jesus comes back. Then we won't need it. I need to make a new batch because we do eventually use it up.
NOTE. This is the more exact recipe bi sometimes use cayenne powder but not that much. Ingredients don't have to be exact. Take a couple tbls about 3 times a day when feeling plague ish.
Colloidal silver is also amazing. I take it when my daughter gets sick and I have any early sign of illness. She has been sick 2.5 wks and I have not gotten sick!
I drink about 1/4 cup of colloidal silver daily. It can be mixed in with tea or coffee water, soups, stews, anything liquid. To keep my immune system in good working order. So far, so good! And Iuse Xlear nasal spray morning and at night before bed to clear out anything that might be lurking in my nasal passages or throat.
If you want to up the ante a little bit, I used colloidal silver, hydrogen peroxide, and a bit of iodine. I am shocked at what it can fix. Even strep throat.
I can’t believe it took me until I was almost retirement age to find this out.
Do you put this into a nebulizer machine? Also, what is the best form or brand of colloidal silver? I googled it and was overwhelmed. Don’t know what to buy but I’ve been hearing about it for years.

Use the table top nebulizer that you plug in. I bought the Trex S model, recommended by Dr. Mercola. There’s a small reservoir you put the liquid in. Keeping the mixture made up and in your fridge makes it easy to hit the ground running. I also write the formula to make the new batch right on the covered mason jar in my fridge so there’s no question about formula. You want it ready to go when you need it. One batch lasts a long time, but I replace it 4 times a year to make sure it’s fresh.

There's a YouTuber called "Hawaii Real Estate" I started following earlier this year before we travelled to Hawaii. He had some excellent videos about areas of Maui and was a well established YouTuber. He has stepped up recently and is recording/sharing the stories of those who escaped the fire to make sure their voices are heard and that their experiences aren't eventually suffocated over time. He also rode through the fire area after it happened and has 1.5 hrs of recorded video of what Lahaina looked like. It's been shared on his channel to make sure people see the true devastation.

I'm speaking from personal experience in regard to conversations I've had with others. I know it's anecdotal. I would hope that we could all become more unified. This isn't as much about left/right as it is anti-establishment/establishment or 1%/99%. In many ways, the two political parties are very similar. They are both owned by corporations/lobbyists/billionaires and neither cares about the common American citizen. Both are also pro-war, for obvious reasons.
I think the thing more people need to understand is that the DNC and GOP are not government entities or grassroots organizations. They are both owned by (different) billionaires. They are private companies, just like your local pizza shop. Their owners own them to make money. Because they are billionaires, the only way they are going to make enough money for their needs is to go global. That is why they are anti-American, anti-small business, pro-Wall Street, etc.
The answer IMO isn't more political parties - that would just end up being more of the same. Instead of 2 globalist anti-American entities, you'd have 4. The price of entry to buy a legit political party is going to make that so. The answer, IMO anyway, is outlawing political parties and limiting the influence of money altogether. Probably not popular in "conservative" circles. But, I'd point out their way hasn't conserved a single thing of value. And it's time we rethink what "conservative" means (hint: it doesn't have to mean free markets, pro-Wall St., and other such globalist propaganda).

I have one wonderful friend who has been able to lift our friendhship above the nonsense this whole time, even though she is vaxed and masked. She happily calls me her "noncompliant friend." And she hasn't disowned me even though I've told her the truth about masks, etc. Thankful for her, since other friends have drawn the line and are no longer friends.

The woke supermarkets have not got my business for 3 years. I buy direct from farmers too. It sucks to even have to think and act this way but I am in this fight to the end. Do you have a farmers market or a Saturday market you could ask? Or call your local Extension Office. Our area has an annual magazine that lists all farms and vineyards, what they offer and when they’re open to the public, etc.

There are several farms here in North FL that have weekly co-op style packages of seasonal produce and also make deliveries to surrounding towns for convenient pickup. When I lived in Santa Fe, NM there was also a farm co-op of seasonal produce. Many small farms network to provide a larger variety. Many of these farms have websites that describe their methods and missions. Do a search for your area and you will no doubt find local farmers you can support. It's also easy to grow herbs and intermingle some seasonal vegetables in your planter beds. Good luck and have fun!
I have been searching online for local central Florida farms but for some reason I’m coming up empty. I went to the big farmers market but most of it was not organic, very huge vegetables which makes me wonder what they are injecting them with and the ones I bought tasted like exhaust. Maybe from being driven around to different markets? I ended up throwing some stuff away, even the avocados which are my favorite! It was so sad. And now I’m not buying from there ever again. I’ve found some produce stands but they can’t seem to tell me if anything is organic. And the one produce stand closest to me I try and support but every time I end up with produce that is bad. It’s disappointing. I even had the guy pick me out a watermelon that he swore was top notch. When I was going to cut into it one day later I noticed it had a small crack leaking juices and bubbling. I cut into it and it was so gross! Reminded me of the movie Christmas vacation where they overcook the turkey and when they cut into it all the gasses escape and it shrivels down to nothing 😂 We were laughing because the watermelon made the same sounds! It smelled and was rotten.
I started gardening last spring and love it! I’m getting ready for a fall plant and just yesterday found that I accidentally grew a pineapple in my landscaping! I thought it was a decorative pineapple plant that you don’t eat 🤦🏼♀️. I was mowing and I smelled it! It was big and bright yellow and ripe!! A critter had tore into the front part which is probably why I smelled it. I picked it, cut off the critter part and tasted it and wow was that yummy. By far the best pineapple I have ever eaten! I told my husband now I’m gonna be a pineapple farmer too! 😂

I know some farmers have websites. Some are you just have to find them. A group of us went together to buy a steer. There are some co-ops too. We drove around are area looking for farmer's stands. We asked them for any recommendations as well.

A long time ago I was warned off of organic produce by my farming cousin in North Central Washington State, because the organic farmers they knew didn't follow sanitary practices. I never knew the details. This is more than 20 years ago, before everyone started moving there and taking over the levers of governance. They may have a robust oversight process in place now, since the state government has become more of a presence in everyone's lives there. Both Oregon and California have long had very strict codes backed by agency oversight about what is/is not okay in Organic farming. I don't like so much state authority, not sure it's trustworthy anymore, but for a long time I trusted the organic produce from both states.
As I wrote about on my stack with the poem image, I have a new medical group scheduled to evaluate me mid-September, but if they require masks, I won't go!

I am in Montgomery. They are all over the place here as well. Big uptick in masking since the news started shrieking a couple weeks ago.
One of our state senators in Arizona sent out a reminder that businesses by law do not have to enforce mask mandates, children under 18 cannot be masked in schools without their parent/guardian's consent and no government building is allowed to force people to mask. She ended it by saying if you go to a store and they want you to mask, leave and choose a different store. Oh, and the Governor's power to call a state of emergency only last 120 days, then the legislature has to approve it. (Personally, I would have cut that down to 30 days.)

I recently agreed, as a favour, to attend a meeting at a local Aged Care facility to help the management with some planning issues, which also involved my driving nearly an hour in each direction to attend a 1 hour meeting during a busy working day. Tim you are right. I’m beginning to learn that cancer is primarily a metabolic disorder, not gene-based, although there are genetic propensities for some types of cancer. Metabolic therapy for cancer is a relatively new field and very exciting. Peach was always my favorite. That memory did pop in from the peaches I need to use up.

Is there any possibility you could supply a little "non-compliance" handout for those of us who will REFUSE in all circumstances to mask up? How about a little something to hand to the receptionist, office manager, store manager, school principal that basically says they have NO legal leg to stand on to require a mask (with some precedent rulings cited), no medical data to back up their masking claims, and that THEY are ripe for a lawsuit if they push their luck? That in the case of a medical office, since if THEY require me to LEAVE their office because I refuse to mask up, no I will NOT pay their ridiculous "cancellation fee" for my appointment, because they are the ones who broke their commitment to the appointment by making me leave, not the other way around? Let's put them on the defensive -- on the hot-seat -- and have the legaleese to back it up. Whattaya say?!

I have been reading crazy stuff that is proliferating online due to Maui refusing to talk and now locking down drone flyovers. Their refusal to address questions is just leading to conspiracy theories. I’m hearing some of those kids were put on buses when they were sent home. Where did the buses go? Where are the kids??? I just read on Robert Malone's SubStack that Finland is culling 120,000 foxes and minks to prevent the spread of avian flu. Birds spread avian flu, not necessarily foxes and minks kept in cages. 1. I'm recovering from some kind of seasonal cold right now and, alas, I have no walking Petri dishes to blame. 2. I'm in full agreement with Dr. Ladapo. We must not comply. I remain upset that my church has not been outspoken about the covid/vaccine scam, and in the event the church should decide to require masks, they will not be graced with my attendance. One of my relatives is an art teacher in a middle school. The previous teacher was a trans person, whom she witnessed mistreating students. It sounds crazy, but she has experienced spiritual warfare in the art room, with students feeling like someone is pulling their hair, with things falling off the wall, and a general feeling of oppression. She reported the students change their gender identity from week to week. This is in a semi-rural school system outside a large city. She recruited prayer warriors and is committed to staying in the position in hopes of having a positive influence.
It doesn’t sound crazy at all. Any Christian who thinks the apostles and Jesus had to battle demonic activity and we don’t is deluded.

Then we won't need it. I need to make a new batch because we do eventually use it up.
NOTE. This is the more exact recipe bi sometimes use cayenne powder but not that much. Ingredients don't have to be exact. Take a couple tbls about 3 times a day when feeling plague ish.

There's a YouTuber called "Hawaii Real Estate" I started following earlier this year before we travelled to Hawaii. He had some excellent videos about areas of Maui and was a well established YouTuber. He has stepped up recently and is recording/sharing the stories of those who escaped the fire to make sure their voices are heard and that their experiences aren't eventually suffocated over time. He also rode through the fire area after it happened and has 1.5 hrs of recorded video of what Lahaina looked like. It's been shared on his channel to make sure people see the true devastation.

I'm speaking from personal experience in regard to conversations I've had with others. I know it's anecdotal. I would hope that we could all become more unified. This isn't as much about left/right as it is anti-establishment/establishment or 1%/99%. In many ways, the two political parties are very similar. They are both owned by corporations/lobbyists/billionaires and neither cares about the common American citizen. Both are also pro-war, for obvious reasons.
