Trump's quotation of Biden was in the context of his live-commenting on Biden's rant via his Truth Social account. I think the o.p. probably assumed others either watched Biden or followed Trump's comments or both. I can understand Trump having a firm policy of never admitting a mistake, but that seems different from even still taking pride in OWS, which seems oddly, dangerously, out of touch. It makes me wonder if he has no one around him who will tell him the truth.
