Still, as others have mentioned, coffee has many health benefits. I have started drinking coffee again after years of having green tea in the morning. I missed it and probably just needed a change. Interestingly, my sleeping has improved since I started having two cups each morning and even more oddly, sometimes when I wake up too early, unable to get back to sleep, after a cup of coffee I fall asleep on the sofa for a while. We all react differently to caffein and other food stuffs; camomile tea makes me nervous and keeps me awake at night! So, if coffee helps you focus and doesn't cause problems, I say enjoy it!
