They are absolutely lusting for a hot civil war, pumping the hatecraft and division until we all live in entirely separate realities. Alex Jones, who I always assumed was a nut case, based on only peripherally paying any kind of attention to news, was showing some fine analogical thought, and he exhorted everyone not to let them provoke violence. During the George Floyd protest era, our police chief in Detroit knew out of state (probably deep state) provocateurs were on their way in to cause violence, and had them arrested with their nail guns and black masks and hoods. My friend, back in the Cenozoic, before his prefrontal cortex was mature, used to go to SDS meetings here in MI. Those kids knew that the ones who said they could get weapons and who advocated violence were FBI Cointelpro provocateurs. If the deep state can engender a hot civil war, or provoke one with false flags, guess whose rights get taken away or what technology will be forced on us in the name of security?
I do have to say, though, that "mendacious rhetorical cannonade" is a fine poetic phrase, old school American writerly eloquence, like William F. Buckley or Frederick Douglas.
It's just become so obvious to me that someone (the intel agencies) have been amplifying relatively minor or largely unimportant divisions among the people to create "usses" and "thems." Divide and conquer. It's been decades ongoing and has consumed both parties.
Covid was a massive failure on their part. It did not go at all as planned and a lot of people woke up. I sometimes think all they have left at this point, as they realize just how much we have figured out and just how unpopular their ideas have become, is to goad someone into violence so they can force what they want on people under the guise of "security." That, or shift gears and move the plan forward in a different direction.

It turns out Alex Jones isn’t a kook. He knew for years what is happening and why.
