Our extended family group all caught a bit of "covid" a few weeks back when we were at a family wedding and I've seen outbreaks of things like norovirus and flu, spread through ships and barracks like wildfire.
So unless it's an airborne or surface bacteria every time, I have to believe that there MAY be such a thing as viruses that infect without contact.
We also have thousands of viruses at any one time in our bodies right now. The difference is that for us PUREBLOODS, our immune system is constantly fighting those off. The immune system needs practice.

this is true except vaxes still have utility in certain subsets and groups of the population. When I was in college in the 1980s there was a measles out break on my campus and they cancelled events , classes for 2 months. are these out breaks due to low rates of vaccination, waning immunity, vaccine failure...? Measles can still kill and injury young children.

I have met several older people with hearing damaged by measles. Always been known the measles jab can have bad side effects. I had to weigh it up for my children.
I think for all vaccines goes, that you have to weigh the good and bad. How dangerous is the disease? How many people do you know who are disabled by the disease? And how many do you know harmed by the jabs? I had most children's diseases and the only one I was really sick from was whooping cough. But I hear that the vaccine is not water tight and has nasty side effects.

quite a few of the recent measles outbreaks have occurred in fully vaccinated populations. one recent one was a naval ship that had to be quarantined for a few weeks when a full on measles outbreak occurred amongst the fully vaccinated crew. also a few schools have experienced outbreaks amongst the fully vaccinated students. as far as measles being able to kill. so can the common cold if someone is immunocompromised. chickenpox vaccines has caused a rise in adult shingles because adults are not exposed to the pox on a regular basis anymore. adult and childhood shingles. i had 3 vaccines as a child. children today are on schedule to receive over 70 vaccines by age 18 with zero studies done on the effect of all these vaccines together. at least one vaccine trial study lasted a full four days to look for any adverse events.

From what I recall, he said the smallpox vax was initially bad. I’m one of the baby boomers who got it as a child and if it did harm during my generation, I was never aware of it, but that was towards the end of the time they were administered.

I did that deep dive 32 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. I chose not to vaccinate my children. It’s quite clear now, as there is quite a bit more very solid research, that unvaccinated children fare better health-wise than than vaxxed kids. Best decision I ever made.

I used to be onboard with all things vaxx until five years ago when our doctor nonchalantly gave my son the first (in a series of three) HPV (Gardasil) shots, assuring us both it would prevent cancer and was a no brainer for all kids in early teens. My turning point was when in 2020 Big Pharma couldn't get enough infections to make estimates (because there was no pandemic, duh) and Pfizer cut it off on 161 people and then injected the placebo group. Because emergency! Which only provided a handful of infections, it's emergency and no emergency at the same time. At this point they should've recognized that there was no emergency and run those trials for several more years.

The SCOTUS, which by the way is the only court in America that has the Final say about stuff, has decided that the jab mandates in NY City schools ARE LEGAL. That's kind of a big deal in a big city. So one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind does NOT apply in this particular situation. Precedence is a colossal force in law. Now that the so called High Court has said it's OK to give the murder shots to the NY City kids it probably won't even look at any other similar challenges by any other cities in any other states. The court has spoken, so to say. Please tell me if I am missing the big picture here. I hope I am.

Refusing all exemptions is blatantly illegal under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. So has anyone affected actually sued Tyson to hold them accountable or is it just the usual complaining with no action?
The only reason I know they wouldn't accept ANY exemptions is because I know a lady that works for them (she even worked in HR at one time). She tried everything she could--even talked to a lawyer--before the "fully vaccinated" deadline. She had a religious exemption and the HR department told her that if she was not fully vaccinated before November 1, 2021 she would be put on 1 year unpaid leave of absence. That no employee is allowed to be on the property unvaccinated- it is a health violation. Back then they were using OSHA as a threat too. The lawyer pretty much said the employers can do what they want. They wouldn't even let people do testing if they wanted to remain unvaccinated. Tyson still will not hire anyone unless they're fully jabbed. They ask when you apply for a job. The ones that wanted to keep their jobs had to get the jab. Then they got $ 200.00 blood money plus had 1000.00 drawings every week for a couple months and a 10,000.00 drawing once. That makes me think the govt gave them $$ for each employee they pushed into getting jabbed. The area here has very few job opportunities so many of them gave in. At the time, the 1st booster was starting to be available.. My boyfriend has been on a weekly dose of ivermectin since the 2nd jab gave him bad headaches, etc.. I lost my job when the lockdowns ruined our area.
Anyone can study the relevant case law and draft a complaint, filing a lawsuit only costs a few hundred bucks. Also there are numerous organizations that provide pro bono legal representation in cases like these. Yes, she would have likely been fired, but with persistent legal action there's a good chance she would have been rehired with back pay.
Failure to provide religious accommodation is patently illegal unless in results in an unreasonable hardship to the employer (which they must demonstrate). Them spouting off about health regulations is nonsense and is no defense allowing religious discrimination. The law is crystal clear on this, they can't do it. The dirtbag lawyer you talked too blew it off because there was no money in it for him, not because what they were doing was legal.

My novice guess is that this is being done to lower crop yield and quality and also to weaken trees in the forest, making them more susceptible to disease (According to the U.S. Forest Service, tree mortality from bark beetles and drought has reached over 29 million trees, up from 3.3 million trees in 2014.) or fire, which we've had more of in recent years. And who knows what this is doing to us as well all living things.

this is true except vaxes still have utility in certain subsets and groups of the population. When I was in college in the 1980s there was a measles out break on my campus and they cancelled events , classes for 2 months. are these out breaks due to low rates of vaccination, waning immunity, vaccine failure...? Measles can still kill and injury young children.
measles vaccine came around after I was out of school I guess. We all had it. No one died from it. The jabs are now killing 80 or so children every year, but the virus does not. I have met several older people with hearing damaged by measles. Always been known the measles jab can have bad side effects. I had to weigh it up for my children.
I think for all vaccines goes, that you have to weigh the good and bad. How dangerous is the disease? How many people do you know who are disabled by the disease? And how many do you know harmed by the jabs? I had most children's diseases and the only one I was really sick from was whooping cough. But I hear that the vaccine is not water tight and has nasty side effects.

I had the measles in about 1954 when I was 5 years old. I guess my immunity from that experience has persisted all these years. Never a problem!

From what I recall, he said the smallpox vax was initially bad. I’m one of the baby boomers who got it as a child and if it did harm during my generation, I was never aware of it, but that was towards the end of the time they were administered.

I did that deep dive 32 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. I chose not to vaccinate my children. It’s quite clear now, as there is quite a bit more very solid research, that unvaccinated children fare better health-wise than than vaxxed kids. Best decision I ever made.

I used to be ok with vaccines before this whole eye opening thing. Now I can say I'm a proud ANTI-vaxer. I now know that these evil people invent the disease AND the cure. It's why Bill Gates is involved. Microsoft Windows always seems to need anti-virus updates.
I used to be onboard with all things vaxx until five years ago when our doctor nonchalantly gave my son the first (in a series of three) HPV (Gardasil) shots, assuring us both it would prevent cancer and was a no brainer for all kids in early teens. I started doing research and became more vaxx infuriated by the day. That was the last one my boy will get on my watch. After that same doc got angry when I refused to take a pneumonia “vaccine” I dumped his shot happy Big Pharma touting ass and found a new GP at church who doesn’t push that crap.
Our doc did that too with our son. I was livid! Still am. I hate all doctors after all this. When I have to see a doc, I immediately do not trust anything out of their mouths and do not trust their treatments plan they now have to EARN it. It’s not fair to the real, genuine docs….but the majority spoiled the whole bunch.

My turning point was when in 2020 Big Pharma couldn't get enough infections to make estimates (because there was no pandemic, duh) and Pfizer cut it off on 161 people and then injected the placebo group. Because emergency! Which only provided a handful of infections, it's emergency and no emergency at the same time. At this point they should've recognized that there was no emergency and run those trials for several more years.

The SCOTUS, which by the way is the only court in America that has the Final say about stuff, has decided that the jab mandates in NY City schools ARE LEGAL. That's kind of a big deal in a big city. So one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind does NOT apply in this particular situation. Precedence is a colossal force in law. Now that the so called High Court has said it's OK to give the murder shots to the NY City kids it probably won't even look at any other similar challenges by any other cities in any other states. Refusing all exemptions is blatantly illegal under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. So has anyone affected actually sued Tyson to hold them accountable or is it just the usual complaining with no action?

The only reason I know they wouldn't accept ANY exemptions is because I know a lady that works for them (she even worked in HR at one time). She tried everything she could--even talked to a lawyer--before the "fully vaccinated" deadline. She had a religious exemption and the HR department told her that if she was not fully vaccinated before November 1, 2021 she would be put on 1 year unpaid leave of absence. That no employee is allowed to be on the property unvaccinated- it is a health violation. Back then they were using OSHA as a threat too. The lawyer pretty much said the employers can do what they want. They wouldn't even let people do testing if they wanted to remain unvaccinated. Tyson still will not hire anyone unless they're fully jabbed. They ask when you apply for a job. The ones that wanted to keep their jobs had to get the jab. Then they got $ 200.00 blood money plus had 1000.00 drawings every week for a couple months and a 10,000.00 drawing once. That makes me think the govt gave them $$ for each employee they pushed into getting jabbed. The area here has very few job opportunities so many of them gave in. At the time, the 1st booster was starting to be available.. My boyfriend has been on a weekly dose of ivermectin since the 2nd jab gave him bad headaches, etc.. I lost my job when the lockdowns ruined our area.
Anyone can study the relevant case law and draft a complaint, filing a lawsuit only costs a few hundred bucks. Also there are numerous organizations that provide pro bono legal representation in cases like these. Yes, she would have likely been fired, but with persistent legal action there's a good chance she would have been rehired with back pay.
Failure to provide religious accommodation is patently illegal unless in results in an unreasonable hardship to the employer (which they must demonstrate). Them spouting off about health regulations is nonsense and is no defense allowing religious discrimination. The law is crystal clear on this, they can't do it. The dirtbag lawyer you talked too blew it off because there was no money in it for him, not because what they were doing was legal.
This is why we are losing people. We don't take the time to learn the actual law and demand our rights be respected. These companies are counting on you to be ignorant and passive. We make a half-hearted attempt and give up and complain when it doesn't work. The left doesn't do this and it's why they are winning.
BTW, I truly am sorry for the situation you are in and how this has harmed you. What these people are doing is inhuman and someday they will pay a price for it. Couple of things... First, the SCOTUS is worthless. What a bunch of outright hacks. I mean WTF, they rule against 2 of Brandon's mandates, letting the medical one stay, and now this for NYC kids... They're so wishy-washy. They've become the personal court of the Communists. Second, Shanghai locking down for seven cases. I've said it for 2+ years that CASES DON'T EQUAL DEATHS. Not to mention, the tests themselves are bogus. I'm about ready for these people to get what's coming to em.
The federal courts have been offline for Constitutional issues related to government’s Covid mitigation measures since May 2020, when SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts used his opinion in South Bay Pentecostal v. Newsom (590 US__2020) to direct federal judges to refuse to review executive and legislative acts undertaken in the context of the declared public emergency.
The federal judges have complied, including multiple instances of SCOTUS justices refusing appeals of constitutional cases without explanation: two examples (prior to the latest Jeff reported on today) are Klaassen v. Trustees of Indiana University, USDC Northern District Indiana, 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, 21A15, appeal denied Aug. 12, 2021 and Keil v. City of New York. USDC Southern District New York, 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, 21A398, appeal denied Feb. 11, 2022.
One federal judge stepped out of line in September 2020 - USDJ William Stickman in Pennsylvania, in Butler v. Wolf, 486 F.Supp.3d 883
But SCOTUS took care of that, by denying petition for certiorari, on Jan. 10, 2022, of a Third Circuit ruling that Stickman’s order was moot because the Pennsylvania Governor and administrators had temporarily lifted restrictive public health orders at the time of the Third Circuit appeal (20-2936, August 2021)

I live in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley in California. It is no secret to the farmers (and many of us) that this drought is manufactured. In June of 2019 California had enough water stored to last 5 years with no rain. Newsom release 50% into the ocean.

It also doesn't help that they're spraying us nearly every day. The morning starts with clear, blue, beautiful skies and by the afternoon there is a criss cross patterned, overcast sky (I have many pictures). I was born and raised here, am 55 years old. I know this is not our normal weather. We rarely see clouds from May to September. I've watched a couple of specials on this, 'The Dimming' on CHD.tv and 'Look Up' that report barium and aluminum being released. It's found in the air, soil, and water. My novice guess is that this is being done to lower crop yield and quality and also to weaken trees in the forest, making them more susceptible to disease (According to the U.S. Forest Service, tree mortality from bark beetles and drought has reached over 29 million trees, up from 3.3 million trees in 2014.) or fire, which we've had more of in recent years. And who knows what this is doing to us as well all living things.
