And they are a 6-3 “conservative” court. Feds for Medical Freedom (https://feds4medfreedom.org/) is still fighting the one for federal workers, but we just “happened” to get an en-banc panel with two Clinton judges, so were ruled against 2-1. We are hoping and praying the majority-conservative 5th Circuit court approves our request for a full hearing. Or else the only alternative is an appeal to SCOTUS, and we’ve all seen how that goes.
But anyway, I am tired of people making excuses for Trump. He did not dismiss Fauci, fought governors that wanted to open up their states like Brian Kemp in GA, enforced vaccine passports at his hotels, promoted boosters at his campaign events, and endorsed WEF acolytes Greg Abbott and Mehmet Oz for Texas governor and PA senator. My novice guess is that this is being done to lower crop yield and quality and also to weaken trees in the forest, making them more susceptible to disease (According to the U.S. Forest Service, tree mortality from bark beetles and drought has reached over 29 million trees, up from 3.3 million trees in 2014.) or fire, which we've had more of in recent years. And who knows what this is doing to us as well all living things.
