I'm way beyond "vaccine hesitancy"....I'm somewhere around "vaccine no freaking wayancy." Make no "MISTAKE" about it.

The judge’s perceptive order said, “It is difficult for this Court to imagine what could be more intrusive and more destructive to the employer-employee relationship than requiring employees to forfeit their bodily autonomy in the name of maintaining their livelihood.” Would someone please send this to.....EVERY dipstick employer who embraced this BS! How many people lost their careers??! How many people suffered permanent injury?! How many people died?!

And why, we may ask, is the CEO of Moderna even at Davos, pontificating to the billionaire thugs gathered there? Is his visit considered a fund-raiser?

So it only took two years for demand to drop for the covid shots. What a gullible bunch we humans are.

Our moronic politicians in the NW are also trying to remove some of the largest hydroelectric dams. The stated purpose is to help the salmon, which R-Mike Simpson (Idaho) admits removal of the dams on the Snake river may not even help salmon. We need more investment in hydro not less. The USA is becoming more and more like a third world country where the most idiotic ideas get government backing due to back room deals and “special relationships”. Such as the FBI having an office in the Perkins and Coie law firm.

“People, I’ve said it a million times and I’ll say it again: Constitutional rights are only as good as what a court will enforce. It’s not magic. We cannot depend on the Constitution to save us, especially if we lose the courts.”

Sadly, we know this is true. The SCOTUS will touch nothing to do with the 2020 election. Shut up and forget about it, and only periphery on anything covid related. The plan all along was to get the jab on the children’s school health requirements. That way, Pharma is forever immune from prosecution. Our last bastion in DC was the SC, and it would seem they have been corrupted as well. I hope this does not set precedent for the rest of the country who live in blue states. But the one lone bright spot is more will turn to homeschooling or the pod type.

My latest interview. I’m putting it here because Jeff’s pieces get many eyeballs & I wanted this to be seen / shared also.

My usual apocalyptic expectations. Wish it wasn’t.

Best to all,

Mike

What if Trump released a statement acknowledging the Jabs have injured a lot of people, and that the regulatory agencies and medical industry have been corrupted by big pharma money.

And he'd push hard for major reform of the entire medical system regarding medicine and vaccines.

He'd take flack from the left (who won't vote for him anyway). It would give cover to those who fear speaking out and losing their jobs. It would totally flip this tyranny on it's head.

Jeff, you are so right; when the Court system is undermined, Constitutional rights fall to the wishes of tyrants at the local, state and national level. The focus is now on number two; in order for the corrupt administration to complete their assignment of delivering an unarmed civilian population for ease of control by the ambitious globalists and their enforcement arms at the UN and CCP.

The leftist agenda is a conundrum regarding children: Do we murder them early on by abortion or a little later with vaccines or even later by grooming them into mutilating their bodies and minds so that they kill themselves? But let’s do kill them…whatever it takes.

Demonic.

"The poll also included a bunch of race-baiting nonsense about so-called “replacement theory,” which I think is a euphemism for people worried about anti-white discrimination in government hiring practices. "

No, that's just old-style call straight-up racism and "hate". "replacement theory" is the theory that the Democrats are actually fine with the "crisis" at the southern border, because they intend to replace the people who don't vote for them with immigrants who will. Now combine that idea, with the observation that they are requiring us to get jabbed, but not the immigrants, and where do you wind up?

Couple of things... First, the SCOTUS is worthless. What a bunch of outright hacks. I mean WTF, they rule against 2 of Brandon's mandates, letting the medical one stay, and now this for NYC kids... They're so wishy-washy. They've become the personal court of the Communists. Second, Shanghai locking down for seven cases. I've said it for 2+ years that CASES DON'T EQUAL DEATHS. Not to mention, the tests themselves are bogus. I'm about ready for these people to get what's coming to em.

The federal courts have been offline for Constitutional issues related to government’s Covid mitigation measures since May 2020, when SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts used his opinion in South Bay Pentecostal v. Newsom (590 US__2020) to direct federal judges to refuse to review executive and legislative acts undertaken in the context of the declared public emergency.

The federal judges have complied, including multiple instances of SCOTUS justices refusing appeals of constitutional cases without explanation: two examples (prior to the latest Jeff reported on today) are Klaassen v. Trustees of Indiana University, USDC Northern District Indiana, 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, 21A15, appeal denied Aug. 12, 2021 and Keil v. City of New York. USDC Southern District New York, 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, 21A398, appeal denied Feb. 11, 2022.

One federal judge stepped out of line in September 2020 - USDJ William Stickman in Pennsylvania, in Butler v. Wolf, 486 F.Supp.3d 883

But SCOTUS took care of that, by denying petition for certiorari, on Jan. 10, 2022, of a Third Circuit ruling that Stickman’s order was moot because the Pennsylvania Governor and administrators had temporarily lifted restrictive public health orders at the time of the Third Circuit appeal (20-2936, August 2021)

USDC, Western Pennsylvania - https://renzlaw.files.wordpress.com/2020/09/pa-butler-v.-wolf1.pdf

Third Circuit - https://www2.ca3.uscourts.gov/opinarch/202936p.pdf

SCOTUS 21-698 - https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/21-698.html

In other words, federal courts in America have already fallen to the globalists.

Many state courts are still holding on, thanks be to God and courageous state judges.

I live in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley in California. It is no secret to the farmers (and many of us) that this drought is manufactured. In June of 2019 California had enough water stored to last 5 years with no rain. Newsom release 50% into the ocean.

"It’s really challenging not to see some conspiracy in California’s perpetual water shortages. Why won’t the governor get involved and weigh in on the 50% of water flowing to the Pacific when the people of the state he was elected to represent are being forced to do without, and California’s farms and ranches, which feed the country, are being starved of water and dying off?"

"Ed Ring explained in his recent water Abundance article, in 2014 a supermajority of California voters, 67%, approved Proposition 1 to fund water storage projects. As of the spring of 2022 not one project has begun construction"

It also doesn't help that they're spraying us nearly every day. The morning starts with clear, blue, beautiful skies and by the afternoon there is a criss cross patterned, overcast sky (I have many pictures). I was born and raised here, am 55 years old. I know this is not our normal weather. We rarely see clouds from May to September. I've watched a couple of specials on this, 'The Dimming' on CHD.tv and 'Look Up' that report barium and aluminum being released. It's found in the air, soil, and water. My novice guess is that this is being done to lower crop yield and quality and also to weaken trees in the forest, making them more susceptible to disease (According to the U.S. Forest Service, tree mortality from bark beetles and drought has reached over 29 million trees, up from 3.3 million trees in 2014.) or fire, which we've had more of in recent years. And who knows what this is doing to us as well all living things.

That hoody-wearing fool in PA that pushes the jab is so demented. He pushes a lie that 95% of the state have had one shot. Some say he meant just the Philly area. Check out the glee as he forces the Jab on his young kids:
