🗞*COVID NEWS AND COMMENTARY* 🗞
🔥💉🔥 On May 10th, the New York Times published what may be the most important story that you didn’t hear about, a story immediately swept off into the news maelstrom, headlined “Emergent Hid Evidence of Covid Vaccine Problems at Plant, Report Says.”
Uh oh.
The NYT reported that House Democrats “released” — gave to reporters — a report on a Congressional investigation into a covid vaccine manufacturing plant that started having problems in February 2021. In April 2021, the manufacturer admitted to federal officials that 25 million safe and effective doses had been contaminated. It was finally ordered closed in November and 400 million more safe and effective doses of Johnson & Johnson were ordered destroyed “due to poor quality control.”
Bet you didn’t hear much about this story, did you?
The timing of the report’s release is also quite interesting. It was “released” on Tuesday, May 10th. Just a few days earlier, on Thursday, May 5th, the CDC “strictly limited” the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to people at highest risk, allegedly because of months-old reports of a half dozen non-fatal blood clots, which the CDC cleared after a short pause at the time.
Back in 2020, Emergent, a well-established biodefense manufacturer, got a $628 MILLION DOLLAR contract to make J&J and AstraZeneca jabs. But problems at Emergent’s Baltimore plant were well known even before it got the contract to make the safe and effective covid drugs. The Times obtained an email between federal Operation Warp Speed officials from as early as June 2020 noting that reliance on the Baltimore plant would raise “key risks” and the site would “have to be monitored closely.”
Spoiler: it WASN’T monitored closely.
A different June 2020 email between Emergent executives expressed internal concerns about the plant’s problems. Emergent’s top manufacturing manager wrote the company’s CEO saying, “Of all the things we have to deliver on [Operation Warp Speed] the thing that keeps me up at night is overall perception of state of quality systems at Bayview…room to improve is a huge understatement.”
The House report noted that Trump OWS officials even told the FDA in 2020 about their concerns about Emergent. So, the FDA had plenty of warning.
Later, a November 2020 email from an outside quality consultant told Emergent that there were SERIOUS problems at the plant, stating plainly, “Ultimately Emergent will have to decide what level of risk they are willing to accept, but this is one of those where you really better listen to me and do exactly what I tell you to. I am stating very loudly that this work is NON-CGMP compliant. And a direct regulatory risk.”
Then — this is so insane — in February 2021, employees at the plant yanked yellow warning tags stuck to contaminated batches and re-labeled vials right before an FDA inspection. Then after the inspection was finished, they allegedly put the tags back on after federal officials left. The House report says that senior Emergent executives knew about the switcharoo, so it wasn’t just some awful idea the plant workers came up with.
House investigators wrote that “despite this apparent attempt to impede oversight,” and despite the FDA noting OTHER serious quality concerns, the FDA still “granted Emergent some leniency” and allowed the badly-run plant to continue making millions of doses of the safe and effective vaccines.
Then in March 2021, Emergent officially notified HHS about what it described as “mass contamination.” Yet it still continued making doses until its contract was terminated months later in November. A November 4th report in the Times describes Emergent as a “centerpiece of Operation Warp Speed” and the SOLE domestic manufacturer of J&J.
Emergent got about $450 million before its contract was terminated. Then, according to Yahoo News, it received another $320 million-dollar “severance payment” when its contract was ended for cause in November. It actually made more money by screwing up, since only $180 million more was to be paid under the terminated deal.
The House report stresses that “no contaminated doses were released to the public.” As if they could possibly know that. I’ll bet they are relying on Emergent for that conclusion.
In testimony before Congress, Dr. Peter Marks, the FDA’s director for Biologics Evaluation and Research, explained “Shame on us for thinking that [Emergent’s] experience in manufacturing would mean they would be able to move ahead and make the vaccines in a high-quality manner that we would expect for an experienced vaccine manufacturer.”
Representative Carolyn Maloney (D-NY), chairwoman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, announced “inexperienced staff and high staff turnover contributed to vaccine contamination… Emergent’s business practices are simply unacceptable, and I urge the federal government to carefully consider future contracts in light of Emergent’s failures.”
Representative James E. Clyburn, chairman of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, admitted in a statement there were numerous red flags at the plant, but blamed the snafu on “Emergent executives [who] prioritized profits over producing vaccines in a responsible manner that complied with FDA requirements.”
It’s definitely NOT the government’s fault.
🔥 Why is this story so important? Because it sheds light on how the safe and effective vaccines make their way to citizens’ arms. Here are FACTS that this story proved about the jab making process:
1) Manufacturing quality is almost entirely left up to independent drug making companies.
2) Federal regulators who “inspect” the jab making plants can’t identify obvious safety problems.
3) Manufacturers easily hide safety problems from regulators.
4) There are no processes to test vaccines for quality standards — randomly or otherwise.
5) Federal regulators routinely ignore credible reports of safety problems.
6) It can take over a year to shut down a plant even after massive problems are SELF REPORTED.
7) The FDA “grants leniency” to vaccine makers having known contamination in the vaccines.
8) Severance payments for contracts terminated due to poor quality control create incentives for bad behavior.
9) Media downplays major problems with the vaccines and focuses on the “loss of doses” rather than ask obvious questions about how quality for the mandated drugs is ensured across the board.
10) Major vaccine problems are not disclosed by federal regulators until long after the fact.
11) It takes a Congressional investigation to get a bad plant shut down. The regulators apparently won’t do it.
Did the CDC lie about the reason it greatly restricted the safe and effective J&J jab on Thursday, May 5th, knowing that Congress would release its report about the sole J&J manufacturer a few business days later on Tuesday, May 10th? Or, did the two events have nothing whatsoever to do with each other, just another “covid coincidence?”
Let me know what you think in the comments.
💉 It’s not just Johnson & Johnson. Just to remind you: I reported on November 2nd, 2021, that the British Medical Journal (BMJ) issued a report titled “Covid-19: Researcher Blows The Whistle On Data Integrity Issues In Pfizer’s Vaccine Trial.” The report concluded that “poor practices at a contract research company helping to carry out Pfizer’s pivotal Covid-19 vaccine trial raise questions about data integrity and regulatory oversight.”
The blockbuster report revealed that Ventavia Research Group, a Pfizer contractor, “falsified data, unblinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse event reports in Pfizer’s Phase III clinical trials.” After repeatedly notifying Ventavia of these problems, its regional director, Brook Jackson, emailed a complaint to the FDA. Ventavia fired her later the same day. Although the FDA confirmed receipt of her complaint, it ultimately took no action, not even publicly disclosing the reported problems.
Pfizer continues to rely on Ventavia for its clinical trials seeking approval of its safe and effective covid drugs in children, pregnant women, etc.
But don’t worry, the experts have repeatedly promised us that this was the safest and most well-regulated vaccine rollout in history. So you can trust it. In fact, if you even asked questions about the lightning-fast development of these drugs you were labeled a “conspiracy theorist” spreading dangerous misinformation.

A serious question: how many of these major safety signals have to occur before we halt ALL the jabs?
🔥 Now think about the White House’s announcement this week that it “may” have to “ration” ALL covid vaccines because Congress won’t approve another $10 billion. More coincidence?
🔥 Also on May 10th, ABC News ran a story headlined, “Breakthrough deaths comprise increasing proportion of those who died from COVID-19.” It’s a new term! We already had “breakthrough cases,” now they’ve coined “breakthrough deaths,” a handy euphemism for catastrophic failure of the safe and effective drugs.
ABC reported that its analysis of federal data showed that in August of 2021, only about 18.9% of covid deaths were among the vaccinated. But six months later, by February 2022, the proportion of jabbed “breakthrough” deaths had leapt to over FORTY PERCENT (40%).
It’s weird, how could this happen? Once it had become clear that the safe and effective jabs don’t prevent infections, you’ll recall that the experts PROMISED US that jabs are not just effective, but are HIGHLY EFFECTIVE at preventing severe illness AND DEATH. So what gives?
ABC’s cherry-picked expert struggled to find a silver lining, but he’s hanging in there. Boston Children’s Hospital epidemiologist and ABC News contributor Dr. John Brownstein confidently declared that ”These data should not be interpreted as vaccines not working. In fact, these real-world analyses continue to reaffirm the incredible protection these vaccines afford especially when up to date with boosters.”
You can trust Dr. Brownnose, I mean Dr. Jabmore, I mean Dr. Brownstein. Sorry. Anyway, he’s an expert, so shut up.
Now you might think these breakthrough deaths would be a reason to reconsider whether the safe and effective vaccines are really safe or effective or what. But nope. ABC said Dr. Fauci told Boston Public Radio, “Given the fact that immunity is waning, we’ve got to get people boosted.”
See, if it doesn’t work, you need to do it MORE and do it HARDER.
👽 Yesterday, Congress held the first “UFO” hearings in 50 years. Guess who the chairman of the committee is? Adam Schiff. You can’t make this stuff up. Over and over, lawmakers at the hearing said unexplained aerial phenomenon (UAPs) are a threat to national security. In December, Democrats added a law to a Defense authorization bill requiring the military to create a permanent office to research UAPs.
I don’t know, maybe you are worried about UFOs, but to me, it seems like Congress might possibly have some other higher-priority things it should be focusing on like inflation, the supply chain, baby formula, energy and gas prices, the war in Ukraine, jab problems, and so forth. But what do I know, I’m just a lawyer, not a UFO expert.
🔥 This week, South Carolina became the sixteenth state to ban biological males from competing in women’s sports, no matter how good the men look in girls’ clothing. Now guys have to compete based on the sex printed on their birth certificate, even if they can rock a bikini.
🔥 Rat-faced public health expert Anthony Fauci gave people what is possibly the best reason to vote for President Trump again in 2024 when he announced this week that he will quit if Trump gets re-elected.
🔥 Finally, in related news, Newsweek ran a story yesterday headlined, “Elon Musk Says He’ll Vote Republican for First Time in Next Election.” Newsweek explained that Musk attended a virtual free-speech conference and said, “I have voted overwhelmingly for Democrats, historically. Like I’m not sure, I might never have voted for a Republican, just to be clear.”

I’d almost laugh at the ridiculously ironic fact that the FDA let Emergent keep pumping out tainted vaccines with no consequence and yet closes down Abbott and creates a formula shortage with no proven issue at the plant if it wasn’t so tragic. Every three acronym government department needs a total clean out of all top people and every department head on day one of 2024 with a Republican President!!! All of them are so corrupted and don’t work to protect We the People or the Constitution, in my opinion. 🇺🇸
The only threat to national security is Adam Schiff and the rest of the Democratic/Socialists and RINOs.
