I don't frequent fast food restaurants, but when I do almost invariably there's some kind of hold up. Oftentimes a rather rotund cashier will stick her head out the drive thru window and say: "Sorry, for the wait." I haven't said it out loud, but I've always wanted to respond with: "No problem, it's probably mostly water weight." I'm bad.

๐Ÿ”ฅHave you ever heard of lipedema? Eleven percent of women in US have it. Not all fat ladies are fat because they eat too much. It is a genetic condition that occurs during hormonal changes...mine since puberty.

It was discovered by Mayo Clinic docs in 1940, but yet when I was there in 1974, I was not given a name for what I have. It didn't get a name until last August. There are five types. All cause heavy legs and posterior. Most haven't a clue they have it as most doctors are not aware. Lipedema-simplified.org is a great resource if you ever care to stop the fat judgements and stop assuming all fat is from over eating and lack of exercise. Even if a lipedema lady (no men have it) has a gastric bypass, she will only lose in her upper half. It is painful and has many co-morbidities.๐Ÿ”ฅ I am not saying there aren't real fat ladies, but fat shaming a lipedema lady is very hurtful and there is enough pain from the condition! We need no more.

Iโ€™m a medical massage therapist and have several clients with lipedema, itโ€™s terrible because thereโ€™s essentially nothing that can be done short of liposuction. But... lots of overweight people donโ€™t have lipedema, so assuming someone does is a stretch.

Donโ€™t people genetically gain weight in certain areas. Like legs primarily or upper body for example? Most men donโ€™t gain much in their legs. My sister and I inherited a grandmotherโ€™s body style which means we tended to gain weight in the legs disproportionately to our upper bodies, and had larger size legs than most others to begin with without gaining weight anyways. Whereas some women gain more disproportionally in the waist and not the legs which is likely a an inherited genetic tendency.

Expand full comment

Some women seem to have size 8 or 10 bodies above the waist with bottom halves that are size 14 or 16. Genetics definitely at play. Seen rarely. I see plenty of women (and men) all over heavy and that they could definitely do something about. Obesity is definitely a problem.

I was diagnosed with Crohnโ€™s in the late 80s which I believe was from a reaction to a 3-part hep B vaccine it was suggested I get for a job, before I educated myself on the dangers of these. Iโ€™ve been on prednisone and even the biologics, until it messed with my heart. Your GI doc sounds typical - and thatโ€™s not a good thing. They are often big drug pushers.

I do sincerely hope you are healed but these diseases do go into remission and prednisone did work for me too. Then it didnโ€™t, hence the biologics. I take nothing now and, God willing, if I ever do get another flare I will totally do the carnivore diet.

Please avoid sugar alcohols - I was doing keto a few years ago, after being flare-free for 10 years, and was shocked when I got sick again and lost 30 lbs in 1 month. I believe this was from the erythritol I was using as a sweetener. Prednisone did work for me then.

The GI doc I saw in the hospital was akin to a monster and I fought with him as he wanted me back on biologics again. A better GI doc I saw afterwards said there was no way it was from a vaccine - yet he was wrong - since the link has now been well-established. I find they are wrong a lot.

If needed, my best advice to you would be to check out the SCD diet - Specific Carbohydrate Diet - book โ€œBreaking the Vicious Cycleโ€ by Elaine Gottschall (now passed) who healed her daughter of one of these diseases, or a remake of this diet called the GAPS Diet (book as well). The BEST website for these diseases is www.listentoyourgut.com (also in Canada) with excellent information by a woman who healed her Crohnโ€™s. It does seem strange that strawberries would have caused this. Best wishes to you!

Thanks for the info! I have always had an iron stomach and NEVER had these symptoms before and I don't drink or take any prescriptions.

Yes, doctors are wrong a lot. My GI doc is typical but I could not get in to see ANYONE else to help me. Even after going to the ER, they just gave me a scan and antibiotics, then sent me home to friggin waste away.

I suspected pesticides because the symptoms came 2 hours within eating half washed strawberries, affected my husband as well, but mine didn't go away. The GI of course ruled that cause out, but when I researched, I found that glyphosate is agent orange/round up, does affect the gut, and is sprayed on wheat and veggies and fruits. This is a case of creating a problem (poison), creating a solution (Big Pharma), then prescibing to fix (doctors). Monsanto/Big pharma/doctor are all poisoning us... IMHO, GI issues may stem from this and manifests differently. If you do not detox from it, it likely lingers in the body continuing to wreak havoc on your immune system. Once the gut is out of balance, it is difficult to get it normal again. You start to have all kinds of health issues, and doctors just prescribe for the symptoms. We know that, so if we find the source of the health problem that created the symptoms ourselves, we should detox.

You know your source was the Hep vax/erythritol. Have you found out how to detox from it? It could be the mercury or another ingredient. Just looked up erythritol... It is known to cause heart and GI issues and made from corn???

I am going to tell her!!!

It was the GI specialist so she should know about the gut. I told her I thought my gut flora could be off from pesticides which caused the severe ulcerative colitis and waiting 8 weeks to see a doctor getting worse. She said it couldn't be that, it would never go away, and I would have to be on meds forever. I didn't know and was scared and so sick but it started after eating those strawberries what else could it be? I lost 25 lbs and all my blood work came back vitamin deficient. I was bed ridden and nothing absorbed. The steroids helped stop the inflammation. Because I didn't apply for Biologics (about 5k a month without insurance) as told, she gave me another script for prednisone. I was on it 2 months and healed. I did detox and ate pre- probiotic foods. My gut wasn't healed after the initial round of prednisone. My point is that if she allowed more time for guts to heal they might not need $$$$Biologics which causes cancer and blocks your body from fighting infection.

This is a problem for a lot of people and they just listen to the doctor when there are safe alternatives.

I have shared this a lot to help others.

After having compared the highly processed foods that are bought in grocery stores with that sold in fast food restaurants, I don't see any advantage that either has in nutrition. The vast majority of obesity has nothing to do with food, being caused by addictions to the high fructose corn syrup in the soft drinks generally consumed far in excess of their zero nutritional value. The hold up in any restaurant is totally based on short staffing, not obesity.

Aug 9, 2023ยทedited Aug 9, 2023

The vast majority of obesity has everything to do with food. Read over a dozen cancer books in the past 2 years, at least 4 of them twice. Natural sweetener, the rebranded high fructose corn syrup , is definitely a culprit. But as Jim Mercola, Cliff High, the cancer books, and others have explained in detail, the single biggest culprit for both obesity and diabetes type 2 is seed oils. As Alton Brown has explained in good eats, they are unstable molecules, meaning they oxidize (go bad) quickly, and easily, especially after they are exposed to air and/or heat. The worst is rapeseed oil, which you know as Canola (Abbreviation for Canadian oil) Oil . It is toxic. In WWII, it was used as lubricating oil, because that is all it is good for. They hydrogenate it to make it "just" toxic over time. Cliff says it can stay in your system for 7 years. Unfortuataley, since it is cheap, you can guarantee every fast food restaurant, and almost all others, for sure fry with it, and likely cook with it. Seed oils include peanut, soy , corn, safflower, sunflower, and olive oil. Make sure you buy extra virgin olive oil, because all other is suspect, and often adulterated. Coconut oil and ghee, or clarified butter, are your best cooking options. Lard, bacon fat, duck fat, goose fat, are all bot as good as those, but far better options than seed oils. When the food industry shifted away from them and into seed oils in the '60's, that was the beginning of the obesity problem in this country.

Eat out at your own peril. We seldom do after learning this, and when we do, we ask "why oil do you cook with?" If it is different oils for different cooking, ie. frying sautรฉing, then ask that too. Furthermore, seed oils are used in. making most processed foods, so almost all of them are toxic too. Eat out, or eat processed foods, at your own peril, especially if you don't read labels or ask questions.

MSG, which goes by many names, is used to make lab rats fat for studies.

Expand full comment

Well if she has not ventured out in all this time, she is likely to catch something as her immune system must be in pretty bad shape at this point.

I was thinking the same thing. She will likely catch something because she hasn't left the house all this time and her immune system is so sluggish at this point, plus the mask is hindering one of the major detox pathways, the lungs. So she will go out, she will likely get sick (probably with covid since the rest of us have already been exposed and she has not), and then she will feel justified that not leaving the house was the right thing all this time.

I would agree with that. I bought a bottle of nattokinase but haven't been taking it much because I'm not that concerned.

Other viruses have spike proteins including other coronaviruses. Most of the time our bodies manage them well. To me, the real issue with Covid19 is that these idiots turned the human body into a spike protein factory which keeps churning out more and more dangerous proteins and is not what the human body is supposed to be doing anyhow.

People do get myocarditis from other viruses. It's unfortunately one of those things that does happen. Poor Andy Gibb died because it happened to him. He hadn't been treating his body too well, using drugs and alcohol, but I'm sure it happens now and then to people who live cleanly.

From the FLCCC website: " TRE (time restricted easting), which stimulates autophagy, a natural cleaning process that eliminates damaged, misfolded and toxic proteins." - this is intermittent fasting, which is very popular, easy and effective. I try to adhere to this as much as possible for its other benefits. #2: "Ivermectin also binds to the spike protein, thereby facilitating its removal." - very well documented safety history. I think the question now is whether or not extra measures are in order given past infection with Covid, not just given repeated vaccines. I wonder what people here might have to say about the following:

The suggestion of immune system impairment after infection is interesting, because it seems to me that my adult children and young grandchildren (none of whom were jabbed) were much more susceptible to illness this past year. Covid ran through their families, in some cases more than once, and it seems that they had no end of other cold-like infections.

Previously, I've been assuming that the jabbed people are spreading excess infection due to their depleted immune system functioning, making it more likely that the non-jabbed will get sick at school or at work or in public places.

Also, both families live with repeatedly jabbed grandparents next door and in more or less constant contact. I've been wondering if there's been some kind of shedding going on that was making them sick, but this new data makes me think it might be their prior infections with Covid.

Expand full comment

The same thing is going on with my family. None of us are jabbed, but my husband and kids are around jabbed people all day, every day at work and school (high percentage jabbed around us). We all, especially my 11 yr-old, were sick constantly this last year. I also got a horrible case of shingles-- I believe very strongly that it was shedding related. We all did have covid, twice actually. I try so hard to support our immune systems and we detox regularly and eat in a nutrient-dense, pristine way, and take a few high-quality, carefully chosen supplements. I'm at the end of my rope and very concerned. Not sure what to think or do at this point. I do think there is a shedding element, but I am now concerned that covid really did mess with our immune systems. Or something else lurking in the evil plans of the powers that be. *sigh*

Expand full comment

Sorry to hear that, Jen. My wife and I are retired, but we do socialize with the grandkids several days a week, and we've been remarkably untouched, including by Covid. Now that I've said that, I'll probably start getting sick all the time, but I mention it only in case my supplements have a role in it. My wife takes Hydroxy for long-term Lyme, so she's probably not a good comparison, but I've done very well for a couple of years with Quercetin, NAC, zinc, high doses of D in the winter, 2000 C, B 12. The problem of the "Outcome Scenarios", IF the HIV-ish connection is accurate, is the excess deaths will continue unabated into the future until a considerable number of jabbed are dead.

If 70% who got jabbed got the death juice, and 30% of them die the next 5 years or so from suppressed immunity, that is a depopulation bomb. IMO, if the HIV scenario is true, 30% is a low number.

I do not believe we have seen the actual intended outcome of the jabs. Yet.

Professor Cahill said a little over year ago that MOST vaxxed would expire in 5 years. (I was horrified to hear her prediction). I recall that bc I remember telling a friend who got really upset at me since he was vaxxed 3 times. Now, unless more damming evidence continues to accumulate, it doesnโ€™t seem a large percentage of the vaxxed have any negative consequences. At least it seems that way. When I say a large percentage, I am just indicating many vaxxed appear to be ok or they are NOT revealing new health issues openly.

One guy I knew, 66 yo with new A-fib died suddenly a few months ago. Moderna shots. Another lady, 65 yo, breast ca diagnosis but not fatally serious. Another guy who had cancer already had heart surgeries earlier this year. Another lady was in hospital with covid earlier this year and had been vaxxed to the hilt. But was said to have recovered and apparently fine now. One lady, 4 vaxes, has a stomach issue for which no testing showed anything discernible. A group of other acquaintances, all vaxed, no issues as far as I know. So it does appear that perhaps a larger percentage of the vaxes were either saline or peopleโ€™s bodies cleared them and any underlying damage isnโ€™t easily discernible. Yet, perhaps! But could reduce their longevity at the least.

Expand full comment

My worry is that here in British Columbia, Canada, we have something called Bill 36 which mandates ALL healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated (and not only for Covid, but whatever the govt decides they must take)- public and private in order to practice. This is the law and it does not only cover doctors and nurses and all students in any health care courses of study. If a large percentage of these people start dying or becoming too ill to work - who will actually be around to take care of our citizens? I said this from the start that mandating experimental vaccines for all military and healthcare was a potential threat to the safety and sovereignty of our country and it seems like this may be part of the purpose today.

Expand full comment

What better way to depopulate than to kill the healthcare workers?

They are already destroying the food supply.

I don't understand why The Normals don't take these people at their world, that the earth has too many "useless eaters" that must be removed or sterilized.

Covaids

Expand full comment

Yep. And unfortunately due to shedding, most of us unvaccinated now also have some level of vaccinated peoples' spike. So, it will affect the vaxxed and unvaxxed. Likely not equally, but it's the unknown outcomes that are the biggest issue, not the impact to date, which has been noticeable and above the norm, but probably the tip of the iceberg.

Expand full comment

It probably isn't the best analogy, but I look at shedding the same as second hand smoke.

Yes, it's not a good thing. Yes, in high enough quantity in small enclosed places that are poorly ventilated, it will cause problems.

For otherwise mostly healthy people who avoid those situations, it's not an issue unless they have a bad allergy. ๐Ÿคท

Expand full comment

Shedding is what I was thinking of. Tried to look it up, but of course only got the slew of "fact checkers" saying it was false. I guess the open question is - what is the effect over time of repeated, if not daily exposure. A recent article from Walter Chestnut via Jessica Rose used the analogy of radiation for what the spike protein is actually like. It's basically causing damage similar to what radiation does to people who have undergone chemo. A little may not matter, but then then again...

I noticed this decades ago, but for me what did it for me was the conclusion I drew based on my limited experience with them. I concluded that these "white coats" simply cannot believe in God and act the way they do toward God's creation -- as if it's a disease factory just waiting for the "saviors" to find it and "save" us.

I can count on one hand how many times I've seen a doctor over the last 3+ decades. Part of what makes them dangerous, too, is that they do not see themselves as such.

Nothing worse than an arrogant doc.

Just like any profession, there are good ones and bad ones. Unfortunately, many of them are no longer allowed to think outside the box for treatments.

I definitely see that savior complex attitude in most of them too ๐Ÿ˜•

For me and mine, we subscribe to โ€œonce bitten, twice shyโ€ with regard to medical interventions.

Because being a pharma-pusher still pays well. Money trumps morality for a lot of these folks, sadly.

Murder, possible attempt at genocide, violation of human rights, potentially war crimes, definitely crimes against humanity.

It was criminal to mandate the "COVID" "vaccines."

Period. Full stop.

Itโ€™s criminal to mandate ANY vaccine! Period! Full stop!

If youโ€™re going to go there, go all the way. ALL โ€œvaccinesโ€ are poison. โ˜ ๏ธ the whole pharmaceutical cabal is based on lies.

I agree. I responded specifically to the original comment, but you're right, so here goes: It is criminal to mandate any medical intervention, including vaccines of any type.

Period. Full stop. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Easy solution. Don't go to those universities. Screw them.

Borderline? It was criminal...all the universities demanding it!

It was a criminal violation of human rights. Period.

Yes it was. Iโ€™m just particularly outraged for teens and young adults. Hits close to home having kids that age.

โ€œAfter a state investigation, Michiganโ€™s attorney general referred the entire matter to the FBI, which is where the trail ends.โ€

Seriously? No way the fbi is involved in corruption. That must be a mistake. Come on. Only kidding. No surprise there.

The FBI staged the โ€œkidnappingโ€ of Governor Whitmer. Everyone knows it and yet the media never talks about it.

The sad thing is that innocent people were framed and went to jail over this fraud kidnapping.

I know. You know I was only kidding, I hope.

Oh yeah, I knew. But the kidnapping attempt was National news, but the now documented FBI involvementโ€ฆcrickets.

Yeah, an overlooked area of neglected social justice: long-suffering jabs deserve to be treated fairly! ๐Ÿคช

Ya Jeff, off and on yesterday I had thoughts of pitchforks and torches. I eventually settled on listening to 70's country Western while painting my house. It brought back better memories.

Also back to school takes me back to all of us neighborhood kids getting on our banana seat bikes and riding down to the school to look at the posted papers on the doors letting us know who are teachers would be.

I had a banana seat bike! It was girly, off white and pink. On the crossbar it read โ€˜Cactus Roseโ€™. I loved that bike, it got me around town and to the corner drug store to buy myself some wax lips or candy cigarettes. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜

I didnโ€™t have a banana seat but I did cycle up to the school in my two-speed Schwinn to see who my teachers would be and who would be my classmates. Good times.

No suspense at all; one teacher for all 8 grades, but only 5-6 of the grades had students at any one time. Great education, BION. Learned above grade level because that what where the teacher had to focus. Good memories.
