With Ford and others pulling back on EVs, will that impact the battery factory?

Yes, Ford has cut the number of jobs from 2500 down to 1700 new jobs. Yet the destruction of the land is proceeding, while a small group of citizens is fighting it, trying to have a referendum on one small piece of heavy industrial zoning. Homes that were built with huge windows and hot tubs looking out on the Kalamazoo River now look at 24-hour lighting, and the noise and dust are constant. With the Michigan Department of Transportation enlarging roads, people are losing homes and businesses to eminent domain. Many warned in the beginning that Ford could just up and leave when the factory was no longer profitable, and for 15 years they will pay no taxes. Those local leaders (many of whom signed non-disclosure agreements) have continued to take our rights away.

That is terrible. All for this fake "green" initiative.
