I would not be surprised, but the zip codes I was looking in there are just pages of D donations with no Red Win to be found.so it has to be on a much smaller scale by R and may depend on area. The patterns of the volume contributions seem to vary somewhat by locale. It is very intriguing to discover the methodology behind the large volume donations.

And also want folks to be careful so as to not end up being the pot calling the kettle black. Even a small amount of fraud is still, well, fraud.
