However I do like to look up at the sky if I can't see the sun, as that light refracts high in the sky as well. If you can, grounding with bare feet at that time of day is also beneficial as the resonant frequency of the Earth is more in tune with our bodies, however this depends where you live. If you can get out b/w 9am-11am you'll get a lot of the melatonin benefit, and you'll be able to see the sun by that time. Later on in the day there are different hormonal benefits.
