What’s to stop Biden (or any subsequent president) from appropriating all UST debt from foreign entities? In one fell swoop the debt would be greatly lessened. This might be the true goal, however difficult future funding may be impacted. But who cares? Just print more money and buy up additional newly created debt!

It's a dang good question. As it is with wealth confiscation and battering the world with SWIFT and Sanctioning, the Collective West led by Idiot Elites is now isolated from the Non-West. And the only solution ever proffered up by the Idiot Dear Leaders is to double down with the same already failed modeling (go figure?). The more this salient into thievery goes on, the greater the isolation becomes. Increasing isolation means an increasing weakening across the board ... political influence, control of resource base throughout the world, and so on. Do enough of this crap and the entire system crashes. Which is watch we are now seeing unfolding before our very eyes.

The United States is now caught in a debt trap with no avenue of escape, at least not as I can determine. And so, there are only two main possibilities left open. It's either the whole control pyramid goes into outright collapse, or else the Apex Banking Establishment steps in with a 'new' restructuring of the entire financial basis of the Western World architecture. It is likely a bit of both. In other words, first the crisis and then the solution. There is a lot of chit-chat in certain circles regarding. But usually, the chit-chat is short on answers. But one thing seems to be agreed upon is that increasing power and control will shift towards the BRICS-Plus centered rest of the world.

Exporting manufacturing out of the West and paying for real tangibles from the rest of the world with manufactured inflation denominated in Fantasy Money was never, never a good business model.

You might be on to something!!!

Guarantee, it will lessen the movement from foreign investors into the USD; the $ has always been a safe haven in the past. Think about it.

What better way to hasten its demise? That's the goal here isn't it? It's what appears to be the goal anyway, destroy the great republic--the shining example of how a free people can control their own destiny---sadly we have been undermined from within and our great republic is going the way of other great republics...

That may be the inevitability of the current trajectory.

Best to you.
