A giant mess! I am of the school when a law ceases to be just I have no obligation to obey it so we leave that slot blank, I want them to come explain to me why they have the right to know - we have received no follow up. One wonders if even the agents have trouble explaining this little tidbit to taxpayers… and if the information would wake up too many people to the nefarious tentacles of our own govt.
