I think it comes down to expectations. I don't expect anyone to pay any full price, but I do suspect there will be some useful idiots tossed into the legal system. Rx is now MiC, so I don't expect it will hurt them too much, TBH. Re-orgs will take place, new CEOs will be instated with a "mandate to improve quality" or something like that, and it will go on until the empire crashes.
