Zelensky is an ally. Why did trump send aid to him? Why have we been training them for years and teaching them how to act like a professional army, not a bunch of drunk conscripts like their neighbors to the east?
Ukraine is an ally. We have Ukrainians here training in the USA. That’s not something you do with an enemy or a neutral party.
Russia has an even bigger problem with extremists. Almost 30-40% of their army is composed of the group “Wagner”, which is named after what and who are the owners affiliated with?
Where are they training here in the US? I know that we have had a DOD contract to train them there ever since we got together with Russia and successfully convinced them to give up their nukes, but I'm not aware of a US domestic training program where we bring their soldiers here.
Whether their president is Jewish, Christian, Muslim, or Buddhist is irrelevant. This is not our business.
Ukraine is a puppet state set up by a color revolution perpetrated circa 2014 - see Maidan massacre. Russia's aims are not land or attack of the west, but more than likely the preservation of the social and economic fabric in their near-abroad. I partly agree with you, but I know that they must've learned from their mistakes of deploying digital currency as a choice in the EU. Everything has been tested, we just weren't aware. When I'm in a line at a store and I see a group of young people paying with their Apple Pay, I take that as an opportunity and I let them know why digital money is all about control. That was great, thanks. I came to Vermont about 7 years ago for work, and I knew nothing about the place, really. It's a beautiful place, with a fascinating history. But there are two Vermonts, and I love the Vermont of the old-timers who've been here forever and have names like Zebediah and Silas and whose grandparents came from little towns in Quebec, and who keep on farming the same land after 200 years...that Vermont is wonderful. BUT, the "hippies" outnumber them in votes by another 100,000 or so, so it's a lot cause. About half of Vermont doesn't vote at all, and I don't blame them.

I needed a vax card # to buy a museum pass. That was in February ‘22 but we also needed vax cards to go out to dinner at some places but we found some brew pubs, out of the fancy areas, who did not care about cards or masks).
I contacted a ‘friend’ who was also RVing down there, and they wouldn’t go out to dinner with us since we weren’t vaxxed.
The big reservation and dining restrictions and lockdowns were in ‘20, 21. We were booking in late 2020, early’21, so they were enforcing lockdown and quarantine rules.
It eased up and we ended up in Paso Robles and Cambria in March ‘21 and it was all about masking, but no lockdowns.
So, the laws are in the books and at least for now not enforced. People will get uses to that until out of the blue, for some crazy leftist notion, one of those laws will become important to them and they will begin enforcing it. Stay alert.

Sometimes easier said than done. The application of the federal employee mandate has not been evenly applied across all agencies. My daughter (a member of Feds for Med Freedom) left DoD employment two months ago. She took her training and got the hell out. She tried to hang in there. Received an accommodation on religious grounds that were earnest. Was even accommodated to use saliva testing. She filed an EEO and was working that process. She came out of church one Sunday and said that she was not even going to accept the saliva test. She knew that even this was not right. And she knew that compliance was unacceptable. It was crazy because vaccinated employees were getting Covid and spreading it but that was irrelevant. The result of her refusal to saliva test was that she could not come into the office and could not work remotely due to the sensitive nature of her work. Thus, she was forced to stay home and use months worth of her hard earned time off. She was even willing to stay home without pay after her leave was exhausted and was originally told that this was an option. She lost opportunities for advancement and training during this time. Then her supervisors conference called to tell her that she was going to be considered AWOL. Leave without pay was no longer an option. Ironically, she was given a raise and and a promotion a few months before she was forced to stay home and take leave.

The en banc court decision for fed employees is still pending in 5th Circuit (of course, injunction is still active). But the DoD C19 mandate for service members greatly affects the fed employees. Why? The DoD has the largest fed workforce. They could not enforce the fed mandate, but boy, have they made our jobs difficult (no TDY, mandatory testing, etc for unvaxxed). Now with the service member mandate no longer in effect (remember, service members have stringent physical and medical guidelines for “readiness” to uphold) their logic for holding the DoD civilians to the same mandate (technically two different EO’s but the same directive: get the C19 shot) falls apart. Many agencies outside the DoD have relaxed their treatment of the unvaxxed (they can go on TDY, no mandatory testing, unvaxxed can be hired, etc.). So this mandate repeal will trickle down to the other fed agencies, and, for sure be used in related lawsuits such as the CMS mandate.
Hold tight. As a retired federal manager, most agencies will not take the legal action and test termination. My wife is still an active fed employee as well. Her agency threatened, and threatened, and threatened. The last mandatory response date is almost a year old, no follow up from her agency. BTW, Johnson & Johnson actually has a Covid vaccine, conventional vaccine, not mRNA experimental crap. We researched this and are keeping this as an option if she ever receives termination papers.

The EO covering federal contractors is not being enforced. Federal government knows that many contractors will say no to the shot and tell them to pound sand. I partly agree with you, but I know that they must've learned from their mistakes of deploying digital currency as a choice in the EU. Everything has been tested, we just weren't aware. I needed a vax card # to buy a museum pass. That was in February ‘22 but we also needed vax cards to go out to dinner at some places but we found some brew pubs, out of the fancy areas, who did not care about cards or masks).
I contacted a ‘friend’ who was also RVing down there, and they wouldn’t go out to dinner with us since we weren’t vaxxed.
The big reservation and dining restrictions and lockdowns were in ‘20, 21. We were booking in late 2020, early’21, so they were enforcing lockdown and quarantine rules.
It eased up and we ended up in Paso Robles and Cambria in March ‘21 and it was all about masking, but no lockdowns.
It's infuriating and insulting! And people are not ever going to "let it go."
So, the laws are in the books and at least for now not enforced. People will get uses to that until out of the blue, for some crazy leftist notion, one of those laws will become important to them and they will begin enforcing it. Stay alert.

I just lost a good friend, 59 years-old to a massive stroke. No previous health issues. Sadly, she had swallowed the covid lies completely.
She was vaxxed and boosted to death.
Sometimes easier said than done. The application of the federal employee mandate has not been evenly applied across all agencies. My daughter (a member of Feds for Med Freedom) left DoD employment two months ago. She took her training and got the hell out. She tried to hang in there. Received an accommodation on religious grounds that were earnest. Was even accommodated to use saliva testing. She filed an EEO and was working that process. She came out of church one Sunday and said that she was not even going to accept the saliva test. She knew that even this was not right. And she knew that compliance was unacceptable. It was crazy because vaccinated employees were getting Covid and spreading it but that was irrelevant. The result of her refusal to saliva test was that she could not come into the office and could not work remotely due to the sensitive nature of her work. Thus, she was forced to stay home and use months worth of her hard earned time off. She was even willing to stay home without pay after her leave was exhausted and was originally told that this was an option. She lost opportunities for advancement and training during this time. Then her supervisors conference called to tell her that she was going to be considered AWOL. Leave without pay was no longer an option. Ironically, she was given a raise and and a promotion a few months before she was forced to stay home and take leave.

The en banc court decision for fed employees is still pending in 5th Circuit (of course, injunction is still active). But the DoD C19 mandate for service members greatly affects the fed employees. Why? The DoD has the largest fed workforce. They could not enforce the fed mandate, but boy, have they made our jobs difficult (no TDY, mandatory testing, etc for unvaxxed). Now with the service member mandate no longer in effect (remember, service members have stringent physical and medical guidelines for “readiness” to uphold) their logic for holding the DoD civilians to the same mandate (technically two different EO’s but the same directive: get the C19 shot) falls apart. Many agencies outside the DoD have relaxed their treatment of the unvaxxed (they can go on TDY, no mandatory testing, unvaxxed can be hired, etc.). So this mandate repeal will trickle down to the other fed agencies, and, for sure be used in related lawsuits such as the CMS mandate.

Hold tight. As a retired federal manager, most agencies will not take the legal action and test termination. My wife is still an active fed employee as well. Her agency threatened, and threatened, and threatened. The last mandatory response date is almost a year old, no follow up from her agency. BTW, Johnson & Johnson actually has a Covid vaccine, conventional vaccine, not mRNA experimental crap. We researched this and are keeping this as an option if she ever receives termination papers.
Our 42-year-old son took the J&J shot and almost immediately started having convulsions and was running a fever with chills. That was over a year ago. His employer threatened termination if he didn’t comply. The long-term effects? His immune system is much weaker. He catches every bug going around. You might want to rethink taking any kind of Covid shot.

The EO covering federal contractors is not being enforced. Federal government knows that many contractors will say no to the shot and tell them to pound sand. Not enough workers it plenty of job openings outside federal opportunities. Like people have been saying: if majority of workers stood up to job vax mandates, we likely wouldn’t be in this mess.
