I get that. I noticed that every little twinge, I would think I was not getting a certain nutrient or whatever. I have a whole cabinet full of supplements. I noticed my cabinet was a my 'go-to' and I made a concerted effort to just stop. It wasn't easy, but remembering that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image always helped. ♥ And...eating right and no processed crap helped immensely.
<remembering that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image always helped. ♥ And...eating right and no processed crap helped immensely.> The best medicine EVER!!! Huge smiles reading this.
Don't take this the wrong way: Nobody here gets out alive. We're all going home one day, sooner or later. In the meantime, remembering like you're doing, feeding the vessel unprocessed food! (lemme think, who invented that stuff again? 😉) and finding joy in and gratitude for small things, like, breathing!, being *able* to eat, being able to walk... you know, the things we tend take for granted - boy can that add a richness to the earth trip. Short trip. On a scale of eternity. Nothing to fear. 2¢
Look into Cardio Miracle. I'm trying it instead of á la carte. Every person is different, thank God ;-) and maintaining a positive attitude is important.
Can you recommend some research for me? I really need to shed some supplements. It’s almost like a mental addiction at this point.

Hi Willing, when you say research, you mean into more supplements, or how to get supplements naturally through food and sun exposure?
