I had a covidian say after getting covid again that she was glad as now she has natural immunity too. I was left speechless. She did not see the irony.

Heard my brother say, oh I'm on an immune suppression drug (true) and that's why I've had Covid 4 times despite my being 2x vaxxed and boosted. Can't imagine the damage being done in his body. He's nearly 60 so... one of these days I won't be surprised to find he died in his sleep or had heart issues. He's got a murmur so... of course he also is on Statins which I'm being hounded to do... I tell you. What ever they can do to sell a drug. I have HPB too.. no meds on that either, I try to keep it down by not drinking alcohol, reducing coffee and hydrating. And watching salt in my diet too. I'm salt sensitive.
F you want to make your blood pressure normal within about a month, or less, and go back to enjoying salt, check out dietdoctor.com and Ivor Cummins and others in the low carb community. My husband was on two BP drugs and had to stop one of them within two weeks of adopting this lifestyle because his BP dropped too low. Probably could have stopped the other one as well, but that is another story.
I know you are not making this up because it happened to me. I went on a Keto diet (low to no carbs and no sugars of any kind) and my blood pressure went too low as I was on BP meds. So I had to stop the meds and my BP stays in the normal range all because of eliminating carbs & sugars.
I’ve been 3 years with normal blood pressure and I eat salt as freely as I like. And best of all I eat all the fats I want and lost 33 pounds. Love me some 🥓 bacon!!!
Salt is another myth that has no real science basis. Yes, some are salt sensitive but in the average person the body excretes excess sodium to create homeostasis. Our bodies know a lot more than the average doctor. Most actually need more salt. I salt liberally. Taking salt out never did a thing for my hypertension. Heavy metal detox and stress/anxiety relieving without drugs lowered mine significantly.
Do you know of Dr. Tom Cowan? He wrote a book called "Human Heart, Cosmic Heart". He says the heart is not a pump. A very different way to understand the heart than what he was taught in medical school, and what we are therefore all taught now.
We are electric beings. Why they use electrical shock paddles in open heart surgery. The water in our body helps conduct our electric processes. Including the heart. And water organizes itself in the body for these processes that keep us alive. Structured water. Cowans books are fascinating. It makes me wonder in awe at the stupendous miracle the human body is.
There's a nice youtube by Dr. Berg. I've found his advice really helpful. You are wise to avoid statins! All my friends who took them started literally losing their minds.

Interesting how medical science just disappeared with the covidians (a vax that makes you sicker).

Try a nice sea salt, too. None of that processed stuff.

Your treatment is way better than what they are recommending.
