My husband & I both had an eye exam recently. We haven't had our usual annual exam for over 3 years. She asked us both if we had taken the covid shots. At first, the question bugged me because I couldn't figure out why it even mattered and that maybe she was one of those pro-jab doctors and I might have to suffer through a pro-jab speech. After I answered her question (a big, fat NO to the jabs), I mustered the courage to ask her why this information was pertinent for an eye exam. She explained that she's seen a large increase of eye problems since the rollout of the jabs and many she suspects, is the result of the jabs. She's a new Optometrist to us but I gave myself kudos for selecting a good one!

I had a typical blood draw scheduled with my husband last November as my husband’s company pays us to learn our BP and cholesterol #s. I’m a volleyball sports mom that goes on regular bike rides and dog walks and definitely not a triathlete.

I had to have blood drawn from both arms as my blood spurted out of the needle. The phlebotomist asked me if I was a Triathlete. I learned each Labcorp and Quest lab increased the gage of their needles for blood draws to accommodate for the THICK & clotting blood drawn from jabbed people. Therefore PURE BLOODS have blood that is too thin to be drawn in the new needles.

Expand full comment

Yes. Probably from excessive menstrual bleeding. I know of several young women having menstrual issues with excessive bleeding for weeks. 3 to 4 weeks. They could not get an appointment at the gynecologist for 8 weeks. Once there the doctor said we have been seeing a lot of this lately. That's it. Nothing else. I at least bought them blood builder supplements as I told them I did not bleed like that after childbirth. It's not right. I hoped the supplements would prevent anemia etc. Useless doctors.

Expand full comment

Which supplements did you use? My daughter 50 yo has anemia.

Expand full comment

MegaFood Blood Builder https://g.co/kgs/gQcAeB. I take one a week as I am not anemic but for the iron. It is easy on the stomach too.

Expand full comment

FWIW, I know a bit about iron supplementation as I have 3 kids who were/are elite runners. A typical red blood cell lasts 120 days in body circulation, but a pro-level runner who is clocking easily 70-80+ miles a week, thus circulating that same RBC a lot more times in a day, may see it last as little as 30 days. So iron supplementaton is a necessity.

You just need to take chelated iron (easy on the stomach) + Vit C in the mornings, separate from other multi-vitamins as there would be conflict in terms of absorbtion with all the other essential metals (zinc, calcium, magnesium etc) . There's also some kind of enzyme which builds up through the course of the day that inhibits iron absorbtion, hence the morning requirement.

Expand full comment

I am a distance runner (not elite but I run 40-50 miles per week) and even for non elites, it’s definitely an issue for many runners, especially females. I have to take iron supplements too, whereas I never did when I was younger and not a runner.

The Blood Builder supplements actually include vitamin C so that is helpful.

Expand full comment

Wow the reviews for that are amazing. I might pick some up just cause.

Expand full comment

I use this product too. Female distance runners tend to have issues with low iron levels and my functional medicine NP did tests and we discovered I had low levels. She recommended Blood Builder and I’ve found it easy to take and effective.

Expand full comment

Is there any way they can get it from iron rich foods?

Expand full comment

Yes. But as this excessive bleeding and anemia caused by the vaxx I feel demands a more substantial consistent support for what their body is going through. I am not a doctor. I avoid them.

This is my opinion based on how I approach health. Nutritional support through good fresh quality foods, sunshine and exercise, and supplements.

I love this! I took this after a hemmorrage through childbirth.

Expand full comment

Your daughter may very well be anemic. I only offer this thought as something to consider. Anemia and hemochromatosis share some of the same symptoms.

I navigated my husband's hereditary hemochromatosis diagnosis. Doctor first thought hubs had "anemia." Hubs knew enough to say, "Nah...not anemic...It's something else."

Thankfully, he had a doctor who thought about it some more and decided to do additional blood work that included a 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍 iron panel. This includes key indictors for hemochromatosis -- ferritin and transferritin levels.

We're both of Irish descent, and the Irish have the highest rates of hemochromatosis in the world. Sometimes referred to as the "Celtic curse," the Irish even have their own association: https://haemochromatosis-ir.com/

Sorry to hear about your friend. The problem of the vax vs natural immunity is that very few people understand what "immunity" means and were sold a lie. For respiratory infections it doesn't mean you can't get it. It's not a one and done. It's a broad response that covers an entire field of similar viruses etc. So if you ever had a coronavirus infection (highly likely given there is a constant background of these e.g OC 43) you already had some immune memory as your immune system primarily looks for proteins that are functionally-constrained (if those proteins mutate too much it leads to a dead-end for replication) and makes memory to those (nk cell, tcell, mucosal antibody adaptations). The immune system is very picky about solidifying antigen specific antibody memory responses to non-constrained proteins (like the spike protein) because those can be both maladaptive by allowing more serious infections later on in the future (ADE) and may cause potential auto-immune issues.

If people had actually read up on the immune response to respiratory viruses, they would have upped their vitamin D and prepared themselves with off-label medicines/supplements and avoided these shots altogether.

Expand full comment

A virus does not need to exists for vitamin D to be effective at maintaining individual health. In fact there is no proof that a virus actually exists. Definitely do not pass on the ibuprofen recommend. Check out the associated lawsuits. The heavy bleeding must suck, but NSAIDs damage the kidneys, deplete glutathione, and a bunch of other stuff that is long term bad.

Expand full comment

Yes, ibuprofen is a great drug but what they don’t tell you is that it is associated with increased cardiovascular events. Not just chronic use but even occasional use elevates one’s risk of stroke to some degree. Seems like everything comes with a trade off.

Expand full comment

I guess everyone and everything promotes or has an element of fear. So many things cause strokes, kidney or liver damage when used in excess over time. Alcohol for example, when abused can cause extensive damage, when used in moderation it can be beneficial.

If you have a healthy lifestyle, I don’t think the risk of using ibuprofen for 2-3 days a month is great, or going to do much harm. I do think it can be of great benefit.

I’m a senior now, don’t need the ibuprofen and am extremely grateful it was available for me to use. I won’t live a life of imposed fear. Personally, I believe in moderation.

Ibuprofen worked wonders for me. I had extremely heavy periods, so much so that I was afraid to leave the house because my bleed throughs were so heavy.

I was publicly embarrassed more than once because I would bleed through tampons & pads within 30 minutes sometimes soaking my clothes. Once it bled through so badly I had to scrub the seat of my car. I was in constant terror of bleed throughs.

Ibuprofen changed all that. I was able to go out in public without fear. There are many articles online which also refute your claim. Here’s one for you that’s easy to read: https://www.shape.com/lifestyle/mind-and-body/ibuprofen-heavy-period-flow

YES BUT they are also tracking vac status through ICD10 codes. You need to know this and not answer.

I have a few guns and I know how to use them! They can shove their β€œ codes”. Retired from pharmacy, I know the game! Big time.

"The U.S. government has secretly been tracking those who didn’t get the COVID jab, or are only partially jabbed, through a previously unknown surveillance program designed by the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), a division of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention"

"They’re also tracking noncompliance with all other recommended vaccines using new ICD-10 codes, and have implemented codes to describe WHY you didn’t get a recommended vaccine. They’ve also added a billable ICD code for β€œvaccine safety counseling”"

Lol you have to get me into an office where they practice chronic medicinal trauma inducement to ask me if I'm vaxxed. I refuse to go back after my PCP told me when would not prescribe Ivermectin if I got covid (during my annual physical) in late 2020. He defended his position based on "people are getting sued for that.". I retorted that some or many of his patients are dying because he would not treat them. You okay with that? " He changed the subject.

I had already answered in the negative when I got my mammogram before I knew they were tracking with the ICD 10 codes. But my GP already knew that I didn’t take the jab so they’ve got my data one way or the other.

Expand full comment

as i understand it the ICD10 is key. they need a visit for that. yes they have our data. Mine knows I havent had it according to their system but i could have gotten it elsewhere. the ICD10 is what will be used in this major database as i understand it. connected to the banks ultimately

Expand full comment

Yes, the banks. That’s the scary part. CBDC.

Expand full comment

True. Don’t comply. Find something else to say.

The MDs are building a case against you whether they are aware of it or not. G

And I think most know. They are told they need to know for the ICD10 code I am sure.

My step-son has a lump in throat he said started after his 2nd covid. Doctor told him probably not cancer because some days it swells more than other days. Almost a year and he does want it evaluated. Blames it on covid, he had two shots.

I'm loving this trend. The medical providers are more confident to stand up for science now.

Agree, but where were they in 2020, 2021 & 2022?? ☹️😠

Meh, more like they finally took their head out of their fleshy side and read actual data instead of what the 3-letter agencies recommended.

I love how the stigma is on getting the jab now. Yeah. They fell for it or caved or for whatever reason. So many health issues and they are nearly all vaxxed. I can't keep up with it. It's getting worse not leveling off.

Expand full comment

At some point the damn breaks. It's simply a force of Nature.

Expand full comment

I think that is SO true - but what also may be happening is that many folks are simply TRUE BELIEVERS, and have totally gotten behind the idea that the only way we will be saved, the only way "forward", is THRU "vaccination".......... and are tired of hearing our rhetoric. I fear that it is a bit of both at play here - and it's frightening to think they may not want to speak out because it contributes to the weakening of the narrative. Divide and conquer.

Expand full comment

I thought the exact same thing! Vindication! But I still feel stigma over my being non jabbed.

My accountant had an eye issue after the jab, retinol.

My early 50s friend had a detached retina after his shots.

Searching for pfizer and detached retina gives many results like "Investigators Detail 6 Retinal Abnormality Cases Seen After COVID-19 Vaccination".

Of course to get the article published, they must start with "Although rare..."

I have an acquaintance in her late 30s/early 40s who also had a detached retina about six months after the shots (maybe after the first booster??).

ugh, this scares me so much. I had vision correction in 2019 (I was blind as a bat from far away...actually qualified for a new free study/procedure from Bausch & Lomb because of it). It has been phenomenal....changed my life. But lately in recent weeks I am struggling to see the computer more and more. They told me this would happen as I lose my up close vision due to aging (plus they said surgery could accelerate it). But now I am worried maybe the jabs did something :-( I so wish we had known not to get these things back in 2021.

Expand full comment

Please don't worry, Jen, it's not good for you! Follow the American Frontline Doctors protocol for reducing effects of the jab, and realize that right around 43-46 we ALL lose our close vision. I had surgical correction for far vision and now keep reading glasses everywhere, and don't mind using them.

Above all, remember God will take care of you!
