My husband & I both had an eye exam recently. We haven't had our usual annual exam for over 3 years. She asked us both if we had taken the covid shots. At first, the question bugged me because I couldn't figure out why it even mattered and that maybe she was one of those pro-jab doctors and I might have to suffer through a pro-jab speech. After I answered her question (a big, fat NO to the jabs), I mustered the courage to ask her why this information was pertinent for an eye exam. She explained that she's seen a large increase of eye problems since the rollout of the jabs and many she suspects, is the result of the jabs. She's a new Optometrist to us but I gave myself kudos for selecting a good one!

I had a typical blood draw scheduled with my husband last November as my husband’s company pays us to learn our BP and cholesterol #s. I’m a volleyball sports mom that goes on regular bike rides and dog walks and definitely not a triathlete.

I had to have blood drawn from both arms as my blood spurted out of the needle. The phlebotomist asked me if I was a Triathlete. I learned each Labcorp and Quest lab increased the gage of their needles for blood draws to accommodate for the THICK & clotting blood drawn from jabbed people. Therefore PURE BLOODS have blood that is too thin to be drawn in the new needles.

Expand full comment

Yes. Probably from excessive menstrual bleeding. I know of several young women having menstrual issues with excessive bleeding for weeks. 3 to 4 weeks. They could not get an appointment at the gynecologist for 8 weeks. Once there the doctor said we have been seeing a lot of this lately. That's it. Nothing else. I at least bought them blood builder supplements as I told them I did not bleed like that after childbirth. It's not right. I hoped the supplements would prevent anemia etc. Useless doctors.

Expand full comment

Which supplements did you use? My daughter 50 yo has anemia.

Expand full comment

MegaFood Blood Builder https://g.co/kgs/gQcAeB. I take one a week as I am not anemic but for the iron. It is easy on the stomach too.

Expand full comment

FWIW, I know a bit about iron supplementation as I have 3 kids who were/are elite runners. A typical red blood cell lasts 120 days in body circulation, but a pro-level runner who is clocking easily 70-80+ miles a week, thus circulating that same RBC a lot more times in a day, may see it last as little as 30 days. So iron supplementaton is a necessity.

You just need to take chelated iron (easy on the stomach) + Vit C in the mornings, separate from other multi-vitamins as there would be conflict in terms of absorbtion with all the other essential metals (zinc, calcium, magnesium etc) . There's also some kind of enzyme which builds up through the course of the day that inhibits iron absorbtion, hence the morning requirement.

Expand full comment
Mar 20, 2023Β·edited Mar 20, 2023

I am a distance runner (not elite but I run 40-50 miles per week) and even for non elites, it’s definitely an issue for many runners, especially females. I have to take iron supplements too, whereas I never did when I was younger and not a runner.

The Blood Builder supplements actually include vitamin C so that is helpful.

Wow the reviews for that are amazing. I might pick some up just cause.

I use this product too. Female distance runners tend to have issues with low iron levels and my functional medicine NP did tests and we discovered I had low levels. She recommended Blood Builder and I’ve found it easy to take and effective.

Expand full comment

Is there any way they can get it from iron rich foods?

Expand full comment

Yes. But as this excessive bleeding and anemia caused by the vaxx I feel demands a more substantial consistent support for what their body is going through. I am not a doctor. I avoid them.

This is my opinion based on how I approach health. Nutritional support through good fresh quality foods, sunshine and exercise, and supplements.

Your daughter may very well be anemic. I only offer this thought as something to consider. Anemia and hemochromatosis share some of the same symptoms.

I navigated my husband's hereditary hemochromatosis diagnosis. Doctor first thought hubs had "anemia." Hubs knew enough to say, "Nah...not anemic...It's something else."

Thankfully, he had a doctor who thought about it some more and decided to do additional blood work that included a 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍 iron panel. This includes key indictors for hemochromatosis -- ferritin and transferritin levels.

We're both of Irish descent, and the Irish have the highest rates of hemochromatosis in the world. Sometimes referred to as the "Celtic curse," the Irish even have their own association: https://haemochromatosis-ir.com/

Sorry to hear about your friend. The problem of the vax vs natural immunity is that very few people understand what "immunity" means and were sold a lie. For respiratory infections it doesn't mean you can't get it. It's not a one and done. It's a broad response that covers an entire field of similar viruses etc. So if you ever had a coronavirus infection (highly likely given there is a constant background of these e.g OC 43) you already had some immune memory as your immune system primarily looks for proteins that are functionally-constrained (if those proteins mutate too much it leads to a dead-end for replication) and makes memory to those (nk cell, tcell, mucosal antibody adaptations). The immune system is very picky about solidifying antigen specific antibody memory responses to non-constrained proteins (like the spike protein) because those can be both maladaptive by allowing more serious infections later on in the future (ADE) and may cause potential auto-immune issues.

If people had actually read up on the immune response to respiratory viruses, they would have upped their vitamin D and prepared themselves with off-label medicines/supplements and avoided these shots altogether.

Expand full comment

A virus does not need to exists for vitamin D to be effective at maintaining individual health. In fact there is no proof that a virus actually exists. Definitely do not pass on the ibuprofen recommend. Check out the associated lawsuits. The heavy bleeding must suck, but NSAIDs damage the kidneys, deplete glutathione, and a bunch of other stuff that is long term bad.

Expand full comment

Yes, ibuprofen is a great drug but what they don’t tell you is that it is associated with increased cardiovascular events. Not just chronic use but even occasional use elevates one’s risk of stroke to some degree. Seems like everything comes with a trade off.

Expand full comment

I guess everyone and everything promotes or has an element of fear. So many things cause strokes, kidney or liver damage when used in excess over time. Alcohol for example, when abused can cause extensive damage, when used in moderation it can be beneficial.

If you have a healthy lifestyle, I don’t think the risk of using ibuprofen for 2-3 days a month is great, or going to do much harm. I do think it can be of great benefit.

I’m a senior now, don’t need the ibuprofen and am extremely grateful it was available for me to use. I won’t live a life of imposed fear. Personally, I believe in moderation.

Ibuprofen changed all that. I was able to go out in public without fear. There are many articles online which also refute your claim. Here’s one for you that’s easy to read: https://www.shape.com/lifestyle/mind-and-body/ibuprofen-heavy-period-flow

The video with Fauci and Bowser was priceless. We had been isolated to believe we were alone in fighting the death jab, but we were not! People with good common sense knew something was wrong and they didn’t buy the lie. Unfortunately, so many did, and still haven’t figured it out.

A good friend in his late 50’s came down with covid last fall after Thanksgiving. He isolated himself at a place up north because his wife was dealing with impending knee surgery for her 93 year old mother. He was vaxxed and boosted and thought his CoVid would be mild. It wasn’t. He ended up with pneumonia and blood clots, the doctor said was likely caused by the covid. A serious heart problem was discovered, β€œaccidentally” while treating the blood clots. Because heart problems had run in this man’s family, they considered it β€œlucky” that the heart condition was caught. He has had two subsequent heart surgeries and in talking to his wife just this weekend, they think they have the heart issue fixed, but 4 months later are still dealing with recurring blood clots. These are good people, who bought the lie. Everything in me wants to scream, β€œconnect the dots”, but it wouldn’t do any good, so I choose to pray for them instead. I wouldn’t let my husband or I get the jab. My kids, all in their 40’s now got the MMR and later the dpt. They all got chicken pox under the age of 5 together. At that time there was no chicken pox vaccine. Only one son lives in this state. When the jab came out against my stated wishes, they all were jabbed and at least one, boosted. I'm hoping the Xi/Putin meeting is fruitful. Those guys are trending up, NATO guys are trending down (their currencies, and societies collapsing). For some background: When the war in Ukraine erupted, YouTube banned Oliver Stone's Ukraine film, which mostly covers the events of 2013 and 2014, with a heavy emphasis on Victoria Nuland's role in choosing the new Ukrainian leaders. Rumble hosted it, and has now been viewed there by more than 6 million people:

Yes, I had seen them before the Ukraine war on YouTube. I need to go back and look at them. I remember the information on what Vickie had been up to. We also had a close family friend who was a missionary to Russia since the curtain fell, who would share with us some of what was going on. I think those contributed a lot to my current position on the situation. We see Biblical prophecy happening before our eyes as Russia and China, along with other countries start getting closer. Who would have thought this would happen so quickly. And Biden and his administration probably have no clue what is going on.

I think that if we don’t wake up and we still cling to the idea that our foreign policy is only righteousness and truth, that we have some God-ordained right to rule the world in order for us to stay on top then I’m afraid we are in for a rude awakening very soon. God is still judging the nations. What we have become as a nation has resulted in our judgement. We now have a pervasive evil in all of our institutions that seeks to destroy the family, robbing children of their innocence and substituting some very sick evil ideas. And we export these as

β€œWestern values”. Some people think of America as a wonderful beacon of liberty and justice. I did as well, and supported every war of the past thirty years without giving any of it much thought. Madalyn Albright felt that the deaths of 500k children was unfortunate but β€œworth it”. But as with COVID in 2020 my eyes were opened to other things. The world is pulling away from us, and with good reason. What normal people would want the insanity of our new sexual ethics foisted upon them? Most of the world thinks we’ve gone nuts! And they are right. Come quickly Lord Jesus.

This is pretty big: Germany’s Health Minister changes tune on vaccine injuries: Karl Lauterbach is having a dramatic fall from grace

https://unherd.com/thepost/germanys-health-minister-changes-tune-on-vaccine-injuries/

-

"Over the past two years, more than 300,000 cases of vaccine side effects have accumulated in the Ministry’s own system, and more and more people are lodging compensation claims against the state β€” which, based on the contracts signed by the EU with vaccine manufacturers, is liable for any vaccine-related damage. Meanwhile, the subject of vaccine injuries has begun to be openly discussed in the German mainstream media.

All this has forced Lauterbach to make a spectacular U-turn. In a recent TV interview, he admitted that vaccine-induced injuries are a serious issue, and that his ministry was planning to launch a programme to investigate the negative consequences of Covid vaccination and improve care as soon as possible."

And in a blink of an eye, the US lost its hegemony.

Every modern president before Biden worked hard to keep Putin and Xi apart. Biden, in a flash of light, forced them together and made it a match made in heaven. (oh, the ClichΓ©, sorry).

Expand full comment

So right but not unexpected. Biden was just in the right place at the right time. If it wasn't him, history would have found someone else to pop the balloon. The USG empire is aged and has passed it's expiration date. I knew this when the USSR collapsed as the left wing of the Enlightment came to an end. The right wing of the Enlightenment is the other shoe to drop as this civilization cycle ends with the collapse of the USG empire. The only question is whether or not the USG empire would exit gracefully or not. The NWO elites and the neocons apparently are determined to hang on even if they have to burn the whole world to do it. This is a major watershed in history.

Expand full comment

You're so right. The neocons have been setting up Ukraine for over a decade, first with a DC-sponsored coup, then eventually with the election winner cross-dressing comedian Zelenskyy. He ran on the promise to repair relations with Russia, all the while watching the neo-nazi scum bomb The Donbas Russian-speaking Ukranians. It's rumored that Zelenskyy has an expensive home in Flordia so he can escape in his high heels and loaded with off-shore cash, thanks to the US taxpayers, when it all hits the fan.

The neocons are using the Ukraine military as fodder to soften up Russian forces before the eventual attack through the flat farmlands of Ukraine. Napoleon and Hitler used the same route to attack Russia. It worked well, right? πŸ˜„

This insanely stupid war sponsored by the US will be the catalyst of our destruction, just from a financial standpoint. We won't get over this one if allowed to continue to WW3. You can see the sides lining up. China and Russia today signed a sweeping economic agreement, other countries are lining up on each side, nations that have been shunned by the US. Iran, North Korea, and yes, Turkey. They, too, are signing financial agreements with Putin. There is no way the US, if war happens, can fight on multiple fronts. We can't attack Russia and defend Taiwan against the inevitable Chinese attack.

The Biden administration is being run by Neocons who could care less about the economy, let alone dead young Americans. They think they can pull off regime change, first Russia and then China. They are mad.

Expand full comment

It's so funny you claim (poorly) that Ukraine was wrong for bombing Donbass. What was going on at the time?

A war. Russians and their proxies, the DPR/LPR, were shooting and killing Ukrainian soldiers. Ukraine had every right to respond. Russia started the war and Ukraine was going to try their best to finish it.

And even that Russia shot down MH17, a civilian air liner, with one of their own BUK missile systems. You conveniently forgot to mention that.

If someone invades your house are you the wrong party for shooting back to defend yourself?

Not at all.

Turkey isn't signing up with Russia. Turkey blocked Russian ships access to the black sea, bottlenecking them.

The Russian war has backfired on Putin, big time.

The Ukrainian army is bigger and stronger than before, the Russian army is weaker than ever and it's stuck in a war it cannot win.

They have been allies for a while. It's not something that started recently.

Those who do not have an appreciation of history are destined to repeat it.

"....Just as World War I and World War II marked the collapse of the British imperial empire, the stupidity of the Biden Administration has sealed the fate of the world and the United States. The world is now firmly divided and the future will never be the same..."

Expand full comment

Your link is nonsense.

Turkey is aiding Ukraine heavily. There are huge amounts of Turkish weapons flowing into Ukraine. Air burst munitions, GMRLS, Drones, and just recently Turkey said "okay, the USA can move ships into the black sea".

"The USA wants war!"

No, it doesn't.

The USA wants Russia to move back to the pre-war lines. Russia is refusing because that would mean losing the land they annexed (when they said they weren't in it for land) after losing 1900 tanks, 166k russian soldiers, a flagship, and a couple regiments of new planes and helicopters.

Expand full comment

Correct, the American people do not want war. But we're not asked for our opinion. The USG neocons and the NWO elites are the ones who want war and Americans have no choice considering the national elections are now fraudulent and we now have an illegitimate Marxist WH regime pushing the war. It's only going to get worse.

Expand full comment

Who started the war, again?

Are you saying papa Putin has been forced by the NWO to invade, kill hundreds of thousands of people, torture children, all for what?

Defending yourself isn't being a warmonger. The person who started the war is a war monger.

That's putin.

How is your 3 day war going, now on it's 393rd day?

Expand full comment

You are obviously very blinded by the propaganda. And, if you only knew who you are calling nonsense on you would become extremely embarrassed. Turkey has one foot out of NATO before the war. You have been trained to hate Russia; that's also obvious. You don't understand that Russia, so called occupied areas, are former Russian territory. By far most of the population speaks Russian, in polls over 75 % want Russia rule. Promised by Ukrainian in the Minsk agreement, signed by the EU and US, there were to be elections, what they got was bombs instead. Why don't they honor the agreement? Tell me that, the US has instructed Ukrainian leaders to not hold them. Why? Why is the US twice against peace negotiations? Why? The only reason is they want war.

Open your eyes dude, you're blind. Did you take the vax too? If you didnt then why did you not trust that scam yet believe this one?

I could send you so many factual links, videos, etc to show you how dead wrong you are, but is it worth my time? Seriously doubt it.

The US certainly wants war, at least the Neicons. What you are promoting along with them is another Vietnam. Or do you think that was a good war too?

Why are you so anxious to send young Americans to their deaths over a sliver of land?

Expand full comment

You said it much better than I could have.

Expand full comment

I go by facts, not propaganda.

Turkey isn't going to leave Nato. With a resurgent Russia people are begging to be let in, not leave. Because of Russia's aggression 2 more nations on it's border are going to join nato including one that was once a Russian territory, Finland.

None of the "claimed" Areas were russian. They never were. Russia acknowledged this in several treaties and promised to respect Ukraine's territory. There were never any promised elections.

Why doesn't Russia hold referendums in some of the other Russian areas like Chechnya, Tatarstan, Tuva, and Bashkortostan to see if they want to become independent? Oh, they bombed Chechnya into the ground and put a puppet over it. They enacted severe ethnic cleaning in many of those areas to "russify" them after they declared independence. It's only a one way street. What applies to Ukraine doesn't apply to Russia, right?

Speaking Russian does not mean an area is Russian. Zelenskyy's first language was Russian, yet he is Ukrainian. There are some towns in Alaska that have Russian churches and some that have elders that spoke Russian. Doesn't make them Russian. There are even towns along the border that speak Spanish but they are American. Russia flattened Marinka which is part of Donetsk oblast. Why? They claim it's full of Russian speakers yet killed most of the population.

If someone is shooting at you it's reasonable to shoot back. Russia was still shooting at Ukrainians through the "cease fire". It's reasonable that Ukraine shot back.

Why did Russia try to conquer all of Ukraine if it's only after "Russian speaking" areas? That makes no sense. Yet Russia launched air assaults into Hostomel with the VDV and armored thrusts from Belarus into Kyiv oblast.

I didn't get the clot shot. I submitted an exemption but refused the novavax when offered.

Nobody wants war except Russia. In order to end the war they only have to go back to pre-war lines, return the children, and return the stolen people.

But that's not acceptable because Putin is a tyrant and he wants more power and population to lord over.

As the saying goes "Russia without Ukraine is a country, Russia with Ukraine is an empire".

392 days into Putin's 3 day war and he still can't win and his newest offensive with 300k mobilized men turned into a joke.

Expand full comment

Yep, you bought it all. People like you allow the neocons to start every war and kill millions.

I'm sure you bought the WMD shit too. And that communism had to be stopped in Vietnam. Where's the shock and awe? Ukraine's no different. You idiots never learn.

By the way, when was the last war won by the most powerful military in the world? Tell me; the US spends more on so-called defense than Russia by many factors. And you're giving shit to Russia?

Btw, you need to bone up on your history. Ukraine was never really a country. It was a cut up region after WW2. Two Russians leaders of the past where born there before ww2. Crimea and The Dunbass have always been Russian. These are facts.

I’m sorry for your loss. I also lost my father to what I believe was complications after his second booster. About a week after getting the second booster, he started to form a huge hematoma/rare cancer in an area that previously had a mass that had been dormant for over 50 years. I watched as that cancer grew literally right in front of my eyes at a rapid rate.

Got word this weekend that my ex-sister-in-law, in her 50s, has cancer in two places, the colon and the liver, I believe. I am in NC and she is in AZ, so I don't know her vax status. I hope she explores, and finds, one of the many treatments/cures(?) for cancer other than the usually-deadly-for-the-patient-but-lucrative-for-the-prescriber chemo and radiation "treatments." Also this weekend, a childhood friend's husband (also in his 50s) died from cancer in two organs; I don't know his vax status, either, but in both cases I believe I can make an "educated" guess. So sad.

There’s an amazing substack out there concerning fenbendazol. It’s been used successfully in many cases of late-stage multi organ cancers. I think it’s called fenbendazole can cure cancer, or something like that. It’s a repurposed drug but so is IVM. Looks amazing.

I’m so sorry Alison. It’s so hard 😞 My mom died just a little over a year ago of a β€œrare” bile duct cancer that she started having symptoms of a few months after the first round of jabs. She didn’t get a booster but was gone within 6 months of her diagnosis 😒 She’d been in decent health before that, had some issues with pain in her legs but nothing else really. And I had a healthy colleague in her early 50s who got liver cancer (after her booster from what I can tell) and she died within a month of diagnosis. A runner friend in his 50s got cancer last fall and passed away a few weeks ago. And there are more. It’s really beyond anything I have ever seen in my lifetime.
