Is there any way they can get it from iron rich foods?

Yes. But as this excessive bleeding and anemia caused by the vaxx I feel demands a more substantial consistent support for what their body is going through. I am not a doctor. I avoid them.

This is my opinion based on how I approach health. Nutritional support through good fresh quality foods, sunshine and exercise, and supplements.

Completely agree Annie. Seems as if my adult daughter (who took all jabs) is having menstrual issues. Along with iron issues as well. My kids all raised on natural remedies, good home cooked non-processed foods....lived out in the countryside. Was always my plan to lay down a good foundation.

Once away in big cities like LA all that foundation seemed lost. Now both have many issues flaring up. But I am getting calls here and there for ideas and other ways to help them along. They seem to be dismayed with the "Standard of Care"

Keep being there. Both my adult children, 24 and 25 1/2, are moving out this May. I have supplements and powders and natural homeopathic remedies for them to take to their new home. I tell them that if they know this vaxx is BS, then everything told to us by the msm medical community has to be examined. They see how the homeopathic medicine works.

Thanks Annie

When my girls were little they saw a pediatrician who mostly prescribed homeopathic remedies.

Always there for them

Will check out that iron supplement
