As "seniors" (I hate being classified by something as arbitrary as age) shouldn't we have an obligation to work on ourselves, become more conscious and pass that along as a legacy to others? Life learning should be ageless, don't you think? And is this ever a period of time where we can learn! But I hear you...I run into the same thing. I'm just so tired of walking on egg shells.

I gained significant health advantages by changing my diet and lifestyle some years ago. These improvements were very apparent to all. People would ask...I would tell them and not one single person ever took my advice. So I don’t care anymore. My health is kick ass now at going on 75. On a swift river out west last summer my kayak got hung up on rocks twice requiring me to climb out both times onto the rocks and haul it to deeper water to keep going. In the middle of nowhere. I think I’ve got this. Lol. Baring the unforeseen but I’m not afraid. Cheers!
