I think he got into politics solely because he could see the downward trajectory of our country (and maybe even because he had seen first hand how easy it was to manipulate the system; IDK). For way too long, I didn’t truly understand the “they’re not after me…I’m just in the way” comment. It’s true, and IMHO, the only reason that he got into politics at this stage in life. If it was solely for his ego, I think he’d have done it long before. Remember when HRC said he’d make a great President? 🤣 She was right, and I can ignore his stance on the jabs (for now) to give him another chance. RFK fans - I get it! But he can’t win so think long and hard before you split the vote and hand the decision the House.
