FLAGRANT 1st Amendment violation. No "but they're a private company" excuse anymore. Should go right to the Supreme Court.

it's so bad I'm personally shocked the USSC hasn't said a single thing about this yet. they should make some kind of statement quickly. because my God. otherwise what is the point of them.

As far as I know, they only rule on cases brought to them.

As to their constitutional competence, that's been 404 for over a hundred years ... 'lost in translation' so to speak.

The Tenth Amendment center is probably the best resource for learning the meaning of the US Constitution and how the federal government increasingly violates it. https://tenthamendmentcenter.com It's cloudflare-blocked for me so i need to pull it up on archive.org.

It's pretty interesting stuff! The crazy rulings really started with the Progressive Era going back to the 30s.

tl;dr the solution isn't the supreme court - it's state nullification of unconstitutional federal agencies and laws.
